I visit every season for the spa treatments and this year did not disappoint.

Anne is an exceptional massage therapist and did a fantastic job at identifying and addressing knots that I did not even know I had.

Planning on coming back more often from now on.

So I'd like to start of by saying the little spa is cute and welcoming. They offer other services but this is my experience with the onI had no issue there at all. Clean smelled
good. My issue is with the massage therapist. I booked a 90 minute deep tissue massage. I filled out the intake form prior to arriving to tell them what I wanted and the areas that I need more attention. The therapist was late about 10-15minutes. Ok fine no biggie.
Then the therapist start to massage me. I had to tell him where I wanted it numerous times. He didn't read read my intake form. Then he said he needed to leave to take some meds. He was a nice guy. But the massage was not. The massage was terrible and I'm really unsatisfied and disappointed with this service.

Stayed at the hotel for the night and was able to book a 90 min massage. It was wonderful. The spa is small but very nice. Would go again on my next stay over.

This spa is such a tranquil space and so convenient for me too:) Besides therapeutic massages, I'm really enjoying the vegan pedicure - done with all natural products and local BKIND polish. A must try!

The massages, body exfoliation treatments, waxing and nail services are all great (I haven’t tried the facials yet). The team always does an excellent job. My favourite esthetician is Vicky and my favourite masseuse is Ngalula.

I definitely recommend booking a service with them!
