I have been a regular client for the past three years, attending numerous sessions. Recently, due to my loyalty and consistent patronage, they offered me a discount because they realized something was wrong since after 20 sessions, there wasn’t any good progress. The premise was simple: the more sessions I attended, the greater the reduction in cost. However, until that point, I had been paying the same amount without any adjustments for the past two years.

During one of my visits, my assigned aesthetician was unable to make the appointment, resulting in a substitute taking her place. It was during this time that the manager or owner approached me, expressing concern that they were losing money due to the discount I had received in the previous two sessions. Despite explaining that their employee had granted me the discount after consulting with her, the manager refused to acknowledge it and instead attributed the decision to her employee's personal issues, claiming that she was delusional due to grief. This revelation shocked me, as it was disheartening to hear such derogatory remarks about their own staff members.

Additionally, I faced another issue when I had to cancel a session due to being at risk of COVID-19. Considering the potential danger of infecting others, I made the responsible decision to stay home. However, the establishment insisted on charging me for the cancellation, seemingly prioritizing financial gain over the well-being of their clients and employees.

Overall, I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism displayed by the manager and owner. Their refusal to acknowledge the discount granted by their own employee and their willingness to charge me for a cancellation due to health concerns left me questioning their priorities and commitment to customer satisfaction.

I absolutely love this place. I go to laser my back, shoulders and wax my tattoo. The service here is amazing. Adjani is great and so are all the other technicians. I drive an hour and a half to come here over any other place for hair removal.
Prices are amazing and I always leave feeling great.

Terrible customer service, no respect for clients time when The owner is not there…. Khatereh was on vacation and her employees called and change my appointment for 30 mins earlier.
They are located in downtown and finding a parking spot is a disaster, I had to park in a public parking for $15 and when I arrived there 6 minutes late the reception was talking to someone and after talking her time she said you are late, let me see if we can accept you…. After going to different rooms she came back and said you should wait when my colleague finish with her client she will come and see you and decide if she can take you or not!
I will never go back there

Very good service everyone is kind and doing a great work I love this plays I recommend to all my friends and the pricing are very worth it
