I had my haircut done by Galina and it’s turned out amazing! Galina is very professional hairdresser she cuts your hair taking into consideration its structure, condition, your habit of styling it etc. Now i just dry my hair with a hairdryer and a simple brush and it lays down perfectly. I can recommend Galina without any hesitation. Thank you!

Took a walk-in haircut, and I was happy with the process and with the results. Rates are reasonable. When I came - during early afternoon - the place was not busy at all.

I booked a 90 min massage, it was very relaxing. I got my receipt for insurance. I will be back. PS: use the 5$ valet service at the Hotel10 reception, they have a partnership with the salon, so no headaches on where to park.

I’ve been there twice: one for my brows and the other one was for pedicure. They did nothing to my brows but touching it gently. (I think that it was someone else not the expert) And the pedicure was a really bad experience as it was really uncomfortable, all my nails were in a different shape. But I must say that she is working carefully on cuticules. Please see pictures below (green one how it’s normally and burgundy one is that one I had in Spa Tais) Overall I am not recommending.

Good feet massage after callus removal.lady prepared my feet for vacation. Went back next day for massage with my wife. Good technique.

I have very thin hair, and just to do the crown of the head of balayage took around 6h to do, it was very long and unpleasant as well since lady not only worked slow, she pulled my hair painfully and actually talked more than worked. It's my personal experience, if someone had better, kudos to you guys!

I sent my wife to Spa Tais for her birthday present. The owner and staff were very warm, accommodating and attentive. My wife was pampered for 3 hrs and left relaxed with a big smile on her face. I would highly recommend Spa Tais services to anyone looking to be pampered.

We went there twice. The first time, we went to get our roots done. They were nice and the scalp massage felt good. The lady took SO LONG to do my hair because she was labelled as a "perfectionist". They messed up the colour, they did it a lot darker than the rest of my hair and the dye was on my head/face for days after I got my hair dyed! I went to another salon and they fixed it because you can actually see the line of where they did the darker colour compared to the rest of my hair.

The 2nd time I went for a massage - I wanted to give this business another chance. I went for 2 hours and it was overpriced! The lady barely massaged me on most parts of my body, it felt like just putting oil on my skin. Then when I told her to do it a little harder, she did it a LOT harder but just on my upper back, but the rest of my body still wasn't massaged properly. When I was doing the scalp massage, she massaged my ears too? I've never had that before.
After my massage, the masseuse left the room so I could change. I saw her at the reception area before I paid and when I said "thank you" with a smile, she didn't make eye contact and just left. I wish I didn't put a big tip.

Never going back here again.

Great spa and amazing service. COVID protocols are strictly followed, mandatory mask and hand washing upon entry. Staff are super friendly and professional. Came here for a massage and I must say it was amazing.

I am currently on vacation staying at Hotel 10 and this spa is affiliated with the hotel. I wanted a pedicure and this spa was able to accommodate me same day. I didn’t take note of the lady’s name who undertook my treatment unfortunately but she was lovely and I have to say that my feet have never felt so baby soft I would thoroughly recommend and wish I had someone like this back home
