Was looking for a massage studio near my house and found this one. Got a 30 min massage today to try it out. Got a massage with Ashley. She was wonderful. Will be purchasing their package special. Will be going back next month.

Great spa for massages. I greatly appreciated my experience with Handy. He gave a great massage and was very kind. Aassage for 1h is currently 104$ + tax. You can reserve online through their new system or call.

I’ve been to Spa Vert twice now, once for deep tissue massage and more recently for anti-stress massage, and both times I had an amazing experience. Easy to book online, convenient location, a lot of availabilities for appointments (including last minute which works great for me), and most importantly very professional staff. I highly recommend.

This will be my go to place for massages from now, Lara was very professional and good, giving 4 starts coz of receptionist who forgot to take my payment and also she almost ignored me, but giving it a go anyway

As a personal trainer, I am often in need of massages. Sometimes deep tissue or more relaxing or lymphatic. No matter what I choose, I always enjoy my experience. I am always greeted warmly and professionally by the reception team and the atmosphere is calm, peaceful and soothing. I even take time after my massage to enjoy tea and relax in the reception area. If you are looking for a peaceful, quiet spa experience with a variety of different massages with excellent masseuses, this place is for you.

Absolutely excellent! I had a real problem with my lower back from tile setting, the staff at spa vert made a huge difference in my mobility that I could feel immediately after the session.

I just received a wonderful massage, I was totally impressed with the therapist, she was able to detect in my lower back where I was injured from a fall several years ago that I totally forgot about.

The environment is very clean & relaxing.

My therapist was strong and attentive when I had my first appointment. I left feeling refreshed.

I was so impressed all these months later I've still been thinking about it and have another appointment booked.

Love this SPA, I don’t even have a favorite masseuse because their staff is so consistently good. Have had massages with Tara, Lara, and a few others… never disappointed. Unpretentious, peaceful, and friendly staff.

I love Spa Vert and have been going there for over a decade. They have a wonderfully relaxing space with exceptionally kind and caring staff from the receptionists to the amazing massage therapists.

Super amazing first experience. I had Katrina and she was so sweet and really listened to where I had pains and worked them. I was so comfortable with her right away and what I really liked about this spa compared to a lot of others is that you start your actual massage an hour from when she starts. Filling out forms and the questions that are asked don’t count towards your time. Super super sweet receptionist both when I called to book and when I came for my appointment time. Definitely would recommend and will be going back!

Gillian gives great deep tissue massages! Been going here for a few years now. They offer discounts when buying a package of massages. Have online appointment bookings.

Had a great experience when I went there!
The environment is very relaxing, and the therapist even gave me a few tips on how to improve my flexibility and avoid having tight muscles which I have a lot of in general.

Was visiting Montréal and came in here for a couple's massage! They were able to accommodate us last minute. The masseuses were amazing! Highly recommend!

The most underwhelming deep tissue massage. You are better off going to a place where they are experienced with deep tissue/sports massage. A deep tissue massage should not make you feel like you are about to fall asleep.

I had a prenatal massage with Tara, it was my first and definitely not my last! The spa is calming and friendly. The staff were all super inviting and explained everything to me with such kindness. I felt so relaxed afterwards! The prices are very fair for the attention and care you receive. Can't wait to go back!

I just had a deep tissue massage today and my therapist Patricia was awesome! She applied just the right pressure and provided a wonderful peaceful session. I highly recommend this place.

Cela fait déjà quelques années que je vais aux spa vert pour mes traitements de masotheraphie.

I moved to Montréal about a year ago and was a bit worried about finding a massage place as I admittedly can be picky about pressure. I found Spa Vert after reading some reviews, and can now happily say I’ve been a customer for almost a year.

The spa is clean, inviting and calming, and I find it to be a lovely space that I look forward to visiting. The staff has always been pleasant and polite, and they are taking COVID precautions seriously (including sending a health questionnaire prior to your appointment).

I’ve only visited Cédrine for my services, but have no plan of switching it up as I really enjoy her pressure and technique. She’s also open to adjusting if needed throughout the appointment.

Overall, I’m quite happy with Spa Vert and look forward to my next visit.:)

Toujours très satisfaite quand je vais à cet endroit. J'y vais depuis quelques années et je prends toujours la même massothérapeute, Patricia. Le personnel est attentionné et ils se souviennent toujours de moi. Je n'ai pas besoin de remplir un formulaire de besoin à chaque fois, ils prennent le temps de se rafraichir la mémoire avant mon arrivée et ils confirment que mes besoins n'ont pas changé avant de commencer. Je recommande!

I've tried many spas and Spa Vert is by far my favorite. The massage therapists are amazing, professional and friendly. I always feel "reset" after a session.

What a wonderful staff. I was in Montreal over a long weekend and had some back tightness from indoor rock climbing. The Spa had a great in-depth questionnaire to make sure that they are able to target the muscles your having trouble with & any medical issue you may have. I will definitely be going back once we are able to travel again.

Great place to go for therapeutic massages. Had a 90 minute session with Gilian and it was amazing, he used cupping techniques that really helped me.

First time at spa vert and had a good experience. I really appreciated that Gilian took time after the session to come up with a treatment plan and gave suggestions for the follow up appointment.

I really enjoyed my visit. This is the only place in Montreal that offers prenatal massage and when you’re 9 months pregnant and all tensed-up, trust me, you’ll give it a try. To my surprise, the place was better than expected! The ambiance was calmed. I felt in peace. Also, the staff at the front was amazing and sweet. The therapists was very professional and had a great sense of humor. She was super cautious with me and always asked me if I was feeling ok with everything, which is exactly what you wanna hear when you’re usually not ok. Hence, my positive review.

All I can say is.thank GOD I live a block away from this spa! The best massages from EVERYONE.no matter who you get, they are amazing! I come for a massage almost every months, sometimes even twice a month. One time I had to cancel last minute due to the time of the month, and they still charged me.this is was my first time cancelling so it was disappointing since they have zero exceptions.

The best massage place in Town! I drive all the way from the south shore for my massages! They always try to give you an appointment as soon as possible, recommend great therapists for your type of problems. Ive been massaged by 5 therapists there during the years and loved each and everyone of them. Beautiful staff and very professional! When u take 1h massage they actually do 1h massage not 50mins like some other places do! I recommend to everyone! Cant wait to go back after this covid is finished!

I came home from traveling and my lower back which is problematic was locked up and I was in serious pain. I waited 24hrs to see if it would pass and it didn't. I booked an hour and half massage at Spa Vert with Faon. I walked in feeling lots of pain and I left feeling great, no pain. It had all released. Today is the day following the massage and I still feel great and no pain. The place is clean and the massage tables are very comfortable. The staff from the reception to the therapist are courteous and helpful, from offering you a glass of water or to hang your coat. Thank you for the great massage.

They are giving different and opposite information. So one day they said something is fine and the other day they changed their mind. Forexample, I wanted to get the 10 session package with them and reciptionist told me that they include Osteopathy in this package. But, the day after another receiptionist told me that package does not include Osteopath, however my friend has this package and he is using it!

Also, I took an appointment with them for Osteopath and they did not mention that insurance companies do not accept her because she is not registered. So, I ended up paying full amount by myself!

A great, soothing space with qualified and caring professionals to meet your needs. They offer a wide range of services from massage therapy, osteopathy, naturopathy, reflexology and even shamanic healing. Taking an appointment in this space is to treat yourself.

This place is just amazing, from the door to every corner is just relaxing and calm. The music and aromas are incredible. But thats just the place, you have also the attention of the people who work there is from another world, you can see that they loved what they do, the receptionist was so nice, and my session with Katherine Bradner it was just spectacular. For sure I will go again.

I always feel cared for here. The setting feels like an oasis and the staff are lovely. I suggest the Deep Tissue treatment.

I always recommend Spa Vert to my friends. It's quaint, quiet, and I've never had a bad massage (been 6+ times). I like Gilian's massages for sports/deep tissue. When I explain which sports I do he understands exactly what needs to be worked on and I always feel better! The prices are incredible too! I don't usually write reviews, but this spa deserves a 5 star one!

I often call the Spa Vert the day of to book an appointment and they are always able to squeeze me in (super appreciated!). The desk staff and massage therapists are very friendly and attentive. The waiting area is quite relaxing despite it's small space. I have found that each MT has their own technique which has been insightful to experience. Lastly prices range up to $90 for an hour treatment which is expensive but typical for such services. Thank you!

I went there two weeks ago. The receptionists are really nice and supportive.the massage experts also did their job very good. I didn't have any problem for making an appointment.it is possible to fix a time by phone or online but it gives more flexibility if you call them directly by phone. Only thing that I saw, their saloon is not so big but comparing to their service it is not important subject.

Good Massages, Unfair Cancellation Policy: I have been a client at Spa Vert since 2016 and have always enjoyed my massages there. I do, however, think their cancellation policy in the case of illness is unduly harsh. I recently cancelled an appointment less than 24 hours before the time of the appointment due to illness and was charged the full cost of the service ($75) as per their cancellation policy. While I understand why this policy exists and agree that it is only fair to compensate the therapist for their time in the case of a frivolous cancellation, I do think an exception should be made for illness (especially when this is backed up by a doctor’s note, as mine was). Of note, I was three weeks late in providing them with a doctor’s note (as I had to request it from my doctor by phone and this was the the soonest she could provide it to me) but, for me, this does not change the fact that an exception to the policy should be made for serious, medically-documented illness.

My response to your response (I can't figure out how to do this below your message!) : Thank you so much for your response. We might have to agree to disagree: while there are facts in your note I disagree with (for example, I was charged fully for the $50 missed treatment as I was charged $57.49; I supplied the doctor’s note after 3 weeks and 2 days, not “several” weeks; and I had said I would try to provide a doctor’s note in the week you had given me to do so – my exact words were “Hopefully [my doctor] is able to send it to me before Friday…I've asked her a few times now but there's a limit to how many times you can harass someone who is doing you a favour! ” – and, while it is true that I cancelled within an hour of the appointment, this is because my appointment was the first one of the day) I think we also disagree fundamentally regarding this policy. I do not think there should be a time limit to refund a client’s money if the reason for the cancellation was a medically-documented illness, and you do. We are at an impasse!

Tried this spot out of convenience, and keep coming back because of the talent. These therapists are among the best I've ever seen. Highly recommend Gilian for deep tissue massage - he uses numerous techniques including cupping which was new to me. Great experience for a very reasonable price!

This spa is a hidden gem in little burgundy.
I’ve been coming here for a few years and don’t think I would ever go anywhere else to get a massage. Everytime I’ve been it was a different therapist but they are all talented and the level of service is consistent. Love that you can book online and that they offer 120 min massages. Also pricing is reasonable and they offer insurance receipts.

Best kept secret! The only place to go for a massage in town. Great therapists, nice clean treatment rooms and a wonderful welcome every time you go. Can't rate Spa Vert highly enough!
