Did the 75 minute full body massage. It was very good and helped my soreness after Jiu Jitsu classes.

This place is nice, clean and warm. The staff is very friendly and the massage is great. However, as many places in Québec the tips become a must, no matter how much you paid for the service. I may look as a Scrooge, but the real ones are those who do not pay them employees and just promise them big tips.

Le meilleur massothérapeute que j’ai eu, je suis dans le domaine de la coiffure et j’ai besoin bien me faire masser, et on m’a référé à SAM… que dire à part qu’il est INCROYABLE (je n’exagère même pas), il applique des techniques uniques et à la fin on sent à quelle point c’était thérapeutique. Moi je le conseille à tout le monde et je vais y retourner c’est sûr.

Decent deep tissue massage. Although Spring didn't seem muscly or heavy, she managed a strong massage, being quite talented with her elbows!

I just had a 60 min massage with Larry and it was amazing! My whole body felt sore when I walked in and now I have more range in my movements and I feel relaxed. It was my first time at Spa Zen and I surely recommend it.
