Unbelievable. They take your money, overcharge you, take forever to even answer about a refund and use double standards when it comes to the covid enforcement policy, bordering on xenophobia.
The offices are nice, most of the staff are friendly yet some of the people in charge seem to be taking very questionable decisions, we're not the first to say so and sadly probably not the last.

Pleins de promesses en l'air pour te faire signer des contrats. Ne respectent pas leur paroles. Très difficile de rentrer en contact avec la direction. La plupart des commentaire positifs sont des travailleurs de la place. Contacter moi en privé pour plus de détails.

Honnêtement il y a tellement de personnes qui ne sont pas contentent de votre service qu'il serait facile de faire un recours collectif pour régler la situation mais surtout pour sensibilisé les nouveaux locataires des pièges dans lequel ils pourraient entrer.

Stole from my account on multiple occasions, which they admitted to (but called it a "mistake") when I persistently confronted them about it, yet were not willing to repay me for what was stolen.

I had several bad experiences here, especially with the office manager in charge of signing you up. He was quite deceptive in his actions and tried to overcharge me on several occasions. The space isn't great for freelancers as it just serves as a thoroughfare for other companies and their employees, or doubles as the lunch area for other companies. It proved to be very distracting.

I would consider another co-working space than spaces.

Spaces - Mile End overcharged us by $540 at the end of our contract and won't refund us the amount or the $250 deposit that they charged us at the beginning of the contract. We have now been out of the space for almost two months and the staff evade our calls and emails about refunding the nearly $800 that they owe us. Completely unprofessional.
