Behaviour of the person who is responsible to deal with the customers should be polite specially when the customer is willing to pay. I have read reviews and experienced rudeness for no reason in this shop. It is a basic humanity to be polite.

I had a vvvv bad experience today in this shop.the lady was so rude she literally asked me to get out of her shop.my mistake was that i just touched the baloon which i was not supposed to i know it was my mistake.i said her sorry again and again and she misbehaved with me alot and asked me to leave her shop.i asked her its my baby first bday i want to buy few things and dont behave like this i will pay her for that but she didnt listen a single word.she didnt let me buy and asked me to leave. Most pathetic experience ever in my life

I came here to buy helium balloons, some candy and party decorations. Really nice selection of all the above. The service is great, I received lots of suggestions and advice for the balloons. I noticed other negative reviews and to each their own opinion but honestly, if you come in as a paying customer and behave respectfully, you will receive the same respect back. If you are just browsing, that’s fine too but keep in mind that service people and shop owners are at work to do a job and they are human beings. I had a great experience.
