Spawsys Dog Grooming

Our Morkie is very happy with his haircut! They are so nice, they did a beautiful job and they gave us an appointment super fast! We are happy first time customers and will absolutely be bringing Pepper back to Spawsys. Muchos gracias!

I've been to Spawsys 3 times over the past year. The first two times were ok, I would have given them 4/5. Overall very nice people. I appreciate that I have always been able to book an appointment quickly. I brought my dog there yesterday and now I have mixed feelings. I was happy that my dog smells great, paw fur trimmed and nails trimmed. However, the rest of his body was not well groomed at all (belly hair still very long, orphan hair around the ears, coat around the neck barely trimmed). They were not busy at all so I could not find an excuse to justify the job they did. I'm quite disappointed by the result.

They did not listen when I told them what to do, I asked for a trim and they removed most of his fur where it should have been kept long. Very disappointed, I do not recommend.

Excellent service, avec professionnalisme et amabilité pour leurs clients. Mon chien Mia se tombe amoureuse pour une des groomers là qui la lave et coupe ces chevaux chaque mois. Je suis très remercié car ils offrent une service pas seulement en français mais aussi en anglais et Espagnol! Grâce à eux, Mia est trilingue haha 5 étoiles pour eux car je ne peux pas les donner plus.

Always happy with my dog’s haircut. She looks cute even when they have to do it really short. Plus, being able to easily book appointments online is a huge bonus.

Lovely people doing great work on our dogs. We have a huge Great Pyrenees dog of over 100lbs and they do a phenomenal job of clearing all the excess coat and groom him with so much care and detail. Our other dog is also a Pyrenees mix and has anxiety but there is never a problem. Highly recommend to get your pooches clean and groomed!

We have been bringing our dog Simba at this place for some time now. The owners are great people and the staff is very social and polite. We love going there and we never have to wait to take an appointment. If we need something specific, they always make it happen. Last time we came, we told them that Simba had been sprayed by a skunk and they asked us why we didn’t call sooner. I said that some groomers hate the smell since it stays for quite some time in a dogs fur. They quickly replied and said that they would had taken care of him regardless. They are great people and I would recommend this place for any dog owners.:)

I am very happy and grateful with the service they provided to my pet, the attention and good taro was great, the dedication and care in doing a good job is completely remarkable. I highly recommend them.

I love this place. The groomers are truly animal lovers and they really care about what they do. My dog looked so good! I love them I really recomend this place! We’ll definitely be back

Very dissatisfied. Place was so over crowded with dogs running everywhere. Unhygienic. My dog developed an eye infection the day after. Owners could not care less and were unwilling to take any responsibility. It’s been 3 months since he’s had the eye infection and we’ve spent hundreds on vet visits to resolve it.

I would leave a 0 star review if I could. They completely ruined my dogs coat after I explained to them that he is a special breed with special needs. He came back with his fur completely ripped out and a bunch of matting in his fur that was not there prior. They blocked my number when I tried to reach out to them to resolve the issue. Unbelievable service. DO NOT RECCOMEND.

Took my dog over there last week and they did a bad job on my dog, they don't listen to you at all, people are asking me when I walk my dog what happen, this is really bad don't take your dog over there.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. They just don't listen! I was shocked when I picked him up he was SHAVED NAKED! On top of what was left on his head is awful uneven. I can't walk him because i get asked who massacred the poor dog.

Brought my Keeshond in for skunk smell removal and they did do a great job at removing the smell. However I told the groomer multiple times that with this specific breed you must not shave and you must keep their undercoat intact as it helps regulate their body temperature. Well needless to say my dogs fur has been completely stripped down to nothing… I’m not impressed at all. The groomer said they had no choice bcs of the matting, but there are ways to get matting out without completely stripping the fur. I also specifically said to not use a fermentor brush, but it’s pretty evident they did. If you don’t know how to treat a specific breeds fur don’t touch it. I won’t be returning. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I would give this place a 0 star if I could. This is the worst place I’ve been across pet grooming experiences in the US, Canada, and China. They are not professional at all! This is the first and last time I would ever use them for grooming. Before the cut, I’ve told the receptionist to keep my dog head and ear hair long only trim the body to shorter hair, she acknowledged but then when I picked my dog up, her face and ear were all cut short and the worst is all over her body her hair is only uneven some are long some are short the hair in between her paws were not trimmed at all. And when I complained everything the owner of the store didn’t even apologize and keep saying it was miscommunication and ask the receptionist if I have paid and if so I can leave. What kind of services is this?

The best place to bring my dogs, I can see the love and care that they have. I love there service and they have reasonably prices for they’re hard work
