A ne pas recommander: Nourriture degueulasse, ils ne sont pas généreux avec leur portion, employée manque de respect envers la clientèle.

Bouffe = nulle, relation avec la Clientelle trooop nulle, aucun respect, aucune politesse, s’il y avait moins qu’une étoile à mettre, je la mettrais. Resto non recommandé. En plus il y avait des cheveux dans ma nourriture et la gérante avait du noir sous les ongles= zéro salubrité, zéro hygiène, zéro propreté

La préposée est très efficace malgré qu'elle soit seule. J'ai pris le bol poulet au beurre, mais tout sur le menu donne l'eau à la bouche. Si vous cherchez une place où manger après l'école venez ici.

2 stars instead of 1 because the food I ordered was good. The service on the other hand, mediocre. The place was not packed at all and we had to wait a while to get service, and even that service was awful. I left a 5 star review based on an uber delivery a week ago, but after visiting the place. 2 stars only. A shame because the food was great.

Excellent restaurant! La nourriture était très bonne, en particulier le Mango Lassi une masterclass, le service était également très agréable.
Je n'hésiterai pas à revenir.

Taste is good, but ordered 2x bowls it was 40$, my sister went last week and gave a naan bread. Taught it would come with it, disapointed it didn't. Also its lots of carbs, on top they put some small amount of vegetables and at the end only rice or potatoes.

I was a regular customer at Spice bros and as a fast food Indian restaurant, the food is definitely good. However, I had a very disappointing experience since my lasts 2 visits. I have noticed that they do not serve clients on a First Come First serve basis. During one of my visit, I walked in, the employee asks me what is my order, and then she tells me it would be ready in 5 mins and to take a seat in the meantime. I took a seat and saw her preparing some food (thinking it would be mine). However, a Uber eats driver walks in and came to pickup an online order. She prepares the online order, another driver comes in, and she prepares the online order again. In short, online orders are given more priority. During my 2 last visits, I had the same problem: Online orders are given more importance.
I have visited the Spice Bros in West Island, and they do not treat their in store customers differently.
And do not get carried away with 5 stars review, since they give free naan for each 5 star comment.
Moreover, if you see the 1 star review, you will see how rude the owner replies back. Overall customer service is zero.

We Always come here before a Rocket game, and will continue to do so. Really worth a try if you're in the neighborhood!

Leur nourriture est toujours SAVOUREUSE et fait toujours du bien à l'estomac et au coeur, en plus d'avoir un service exceptionnel et souriant ️

Semi-regular delivery customer turned never again. They repeatedly send trios without the potatoes and drink, and even expected me to put through another order for items I didn't want or need. After three times of this happening, it's no longer believable that it's a coincidence.

Super expérience, première fois à ce resto, beaucoup d’options, j’étais mélanger mais la personne à l’accueil m’a super bien conseillé rapide et efficace! Niveau du goût super mes papilles gustatives explosait va-t-elle ment que c’était bon. ‍

Food was very good, the only thing was that the banana and chocolate cake was not like pictures & the portion of the sauce was very small but in general worth trying

J’ai commandé la Poutine au butter chicken: les patates étaient mal cuites et la sauce manquait d’épices. Pour le rouleaux au poulet tandori: le pain était mou et le poulet n’avait aucun goût.

Je m’attendais à avoir beaucoup de goût dans les plats mais c’était pas le cas.

Just had food at the carrefour location. Place is very clean and great design. Food is amazing as per all the Spicebros chains, can't go wrong! Will be coming again and again

Nous sommes allés mangé là bas le jour du match des étoiles. Malgré l’achalandage, les employés ont donné un service impeccable, ont toujours gardé le sourire et la nourriture était délicieuse. Définitivement je recommande!

Food was ok. Lady at the cash she seemed to be owner or co-owner very rude, and dishonest. She kept saying order being prepared were in fact nothing was being prepared. Received my order 20 min later. Definitely not coming back, customer service is a priority.

Très cher, soit 14$ pour un hamburger de taille moyenne, sans aucun accompagnement ou boisson. Le goût est cependant bon.
Normalement, nous construisons notre propre hamburger, malheureusement, pour je ne sais quelle raison, la personne derrière le comptoir m’a construit mon hamburger sans me laisser choisir. Très déçu.

La personne m'a fait attendre devant le comptoir sans jamais même me regarder. Après 10 minute je lui ai adressé la parole et demandé si je pouvais commander. Je me suis fais répondre qu'elle ne parlait pas français. Pas la fin du monde je parle également anglais mais on est tout de même au Québec. Donc en anglais, elle m'explique qu'elle a reçu une grosse commande et que je devrais attendre un autre 15 minutes (+ le 10 que je viens de passer a poiroter devant le comptoir) avant de pouvoir commander. Je lui demande donc si elle pourrait seulement faire ma petite commande pour emporter pour une personne, pour me faire répondre que puisque sa grosse commande est entrée avant mon arrivé, que je devrai attendre.

Manque de respect total envers les clients.

Et pour couronner le tout, ils ont l'audace d'avoir sur leur comptoir, une pancarte que offre un pain nan en échange d'une preuve d'un avis Google 5 étoiles. Mais quelle culot et médiocrité c'est incroyable!

À éviter à tout prix, ne vous fiez pas à la note Google puisque ces avis ont été achetés avec de pain gratuit.

Service exemplaire par la propriétaire, un service en français serait apprécié par les employés. La bouffe est excellente!
