Tres intempestifs. J’ai fait une demande d’information pour un véhicule et depuis ils m’appellent plusieurs fois par semaine depuis 1 mois, et pourtant je ne suis même pas aller voir le véhicule ni démontré davantage d’intérêt.

Ils ont aussi commença m’envoyer leur publicités par e-mail sans mon consentement.

J’ai fait affaire selon moi avec l’un des meilleurs conseillers en automobile, Mr Alexandru Botoc. J’ai été agréablement surpris de voir quelqu’un s’intéresser réellement à mon besoin et pas juste ‘me vendre une auto’. Il a pris le temps qu’il faut pour répondre à mes 36000 questions et a trouvé exactement celle qui me fallait! J’ai vraiment apprécié son entregent, sa passion pour l’automobile tout ça accompagné d’un service courtois et des plus professionnels. Je le recommande sans hésitation. Update to this review, been calling 3 times asking for the price for fixing antenna and want to book a time, the reception kept telling me they will call me back before 4 that day but nobody ever call me back…. Call again Monday asking to fix broken window, still, never answering back. Really disappointed

BEWARE, VERY DISHONEST! I have been trying to purchase an ID-4 for the past half a year thinking that I had a chance of securing one. Since the first encounter with the salesman, a tall blonde guy, I have been informed that there is a waiting list and waiting times of around 2 years for any electric models. I found it odd that they didn't require any deposit to secure the order but I decided to trust the "specialists". The general manager, a woman which I forgot the name was really pushy to try to sell me a Taos or a Tiguan arriving soon, stating that it would only serve as a vehicle in the meantime (even after atating multiple times that I already had a vehicle I was happy with for now). While at service at another dealership, I decided to ask if any ID-4's would be available to check out and asked what their order policies are. To my big surprise, orders are only available through Volkswagen's official website, where Spinelli Volkswagen doensn't even appear (Apparently due to some old building rules not allowing them to sell new electric vehicles). All that to say that I have been on an imaginary waiting list for the past month, without any follow-ups or news. The dealership also seems like it's falling apart with water leaks and rust everywhere. Maybe the old building rule is there for a reason and they should just close doors and let the dealership collapse. Shame on you Spinelli.

I see the service team twice a year for maintenance and tires and every time I’m taken care of. Highly recommend for detailing also, Spinelli has great packages. Thanks again Nicolas!

I’ve had very few positive interactions with this dealership. I brought my first car from here in 2018 and since then they have
- Miss placed my summer tires.
- Was promised a lift to work, while my car was serviced. But when I got there, no one was available. Another customer offered to drive me. Who complained to me how he’s been a loyal customer for years but will no longer be coming back… (that should of been a sign)
- Once I collected my keys later that evening. They locked me in the dealership parking lot, 30min before closing. I had to come back for my car the next morning (at least they offered to pick me up).
- Went to purchase a new vehicle in 2021 and 1 salesman pretended to be the manager, offering me the “best deal” (got a better one at centre ville).
- Now for the past 3 weeks I’ve been trying to schedule a service but no one calls back. And the secretary gives the excuse that they’re in the process of training.

I’ve been putting up with it since they are a <10 min drive away but what absurd customer service. I don’t know how long Spinelli has been management, but still all the same faces. So what’s really going to change?

1 star for the lovely women who sold me my first car, on my 25th bday.
1 star for the helpful man working in parts.

After few very deceiving interactions with different Mercedes and Vw dealers I was, so to say “expecting unexpected“.

Mr Catalin and his team were great. Delivered faster then expected and with full attention and professionalism.
