I bring my Honda for my maintenance and the service is fast and efficient. I appreciate the chauffeur service when I leave my car. The service team are friendly and professional and I trust their work.

For my car maintenance and for changing my tires and full cleaning: on time, perfect work, very nice and friendly and polite and respectful. It did not take more time than expected. Bravo!

Worst experience ever I had with this car delearship. The sale person ‘’Kenny” who promised and even signed the agreement that Honda will refund immediately the deposit but I had to call & following up for 10 days to get my money back after I spoke with one of the manager.
Never recommend Honda Spenilli.
Disappointing.

I bought my 2015 Civic Honda from Spinelli Lachine in 2017 and have had it serviced by them ever since. Their advice and the service have always been excellent.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and respect from Antonio and Gabriel from the used cars department. They promised everything would be fixed and cleaned by the time I picked up the car but nothing was done. In addition, they never return my phone calls and when I went in person they put me off and told me they were too busy to deal with me. They also mention that the problems I had with my car was not their problem. I wouldn’t recommend buying a used car from those 2 specifically although I am very grateful for Erik the general manager. Erik was the only one to take time out of his day to actually listen to me and come to a solution. Thanks again to Erik and the garage/service department, I hope you don’t let people like Antonio and Gabriel ruin the Honda spinelli name and reputation. This was my first car purchase, which Antonio knew and instead of making it a good experience and gaining a lifelong client, he chose to turn it into a bad experience and showed me exactly the type of person I would never deal with again.

Took an appointment at 7.15am for a simple tire change (winter tires), so I could be gone as soon as possible to get to work. I get there at 7.15am and the advisor told me 1hour to an hour and a half max.it was 9.25am when he came back to tell me I had a TPMS sensor that their mechanic broke and it will take a bit more time. I left at 10am! (No one even apologized, the advisor gave my bill to another advisor because he was too busy. Worst service department I've ever experienced and I worked in 3 dealerships. Unacceptable and unprofessional. Good luck keeping your clientel.

Après avoir appelé une 2e fois pour obtenir les informations, on m'a dit que le gérant allais me rappeler, ce qui n'a jamais été fait.
Après avoir appelé une 3e fois, on a dit qu'on me l'enverrais par email, que je n'ai jamais reçu non plus.
Je paie donc pour un service dont je n'ai aucune idée du travail qui a vraiment été effectué.

Si je pouvais donner 6 étoiles sur 5, je le ferais sans hésiter. Merci pour ton merveilleux services Marie-Ève!

I don't usually post criticisms but i own an older honda. Their team suggested an alignment which i accepted and paid for. I don't use the vehicule frequently. When i did use it, i noticed the steering wheel was way off center for going straight. I called them and they said the guarantee on alignment is 2 weeks so i would have to pay. The car goes perfectly straight as long as the steering is at about 11 o clock.
This lifetime honda guy is not going back there for anything.

Be cautious if you are storing your tires with them - they will not mention nor warn you that you will have to notify them 48h before picking them up because they keep them elsewhere. This was not clear and they did not tell me this verbally at the time of the transaction and when I mentionned this, it was not well received and the customer service experience was not good on my end, very unsatisfied.

Customer service: they don’t care! On October 30th, arrived with an appointment to have my winter tires installed, they were purchased from the dealership when my vehicle was purchased. Waited for 10 minutes outside (ok for that). When the car was brought in, they said they were late with 1: 30 hours to 2 hours delay for installing the tires. After 2 hours of wait time, I went to see where my car was, they said it’s the next one to go in. When you have an appointment at the dealership, you’re already paying premium pricing. The least they could have done is call to say they’re going to be late and to come later. They also knew that I was waiting in the dealership for the car. Very poor customer service, actually none!

My wife and I were looking to buy a new compact SUV as our new family car, we thought to give Spinelli a try. On a Friday afternoon two weeks ago, we walked into Spinelli Toyota since it was the first shop on Boulevard Montréal-Toronto. No one was there to greet us and the atmosphere just felt so cold inside. We were eventually turned away by a sales person who seems to be the only sales person in the show room at that time, who was too busy to talk to us and who showed no interest at all of keeping us. So we walked away and thought we'd give Spinelli Honda another try before we look some where else.

The moment we walked into Spinelli Honda, we were greeted by the reception and within a minute or two, Suzanne came over. She tirelessly and patiently showed and explained to us all features and highlights of CR-V, the model that we were interested in. What do we know, within the next 24 hours, we got ourselves a new CR-V, our first new car! Yes, there were some back and forth, but my wife and I were very happy with our purchase. Suzanne and her team at Spinelli Honda treated us like a family, we felt warm-welcomed and well-informed through out the process. Simple, straight forward and transparent. The last time we went into a car dealership (used car) was 12 years ago and I have to say that I've never felt this comfortable dealing with a car dealership ever before. I would recommend anyone who is interesting in buying a Honda to visit Spinelli Honda and don't forget to ask for Suzanne!

Well as it's big dealers we aspect for great welcome and I really appreciate that I received it. I been over that place to buy a new 2021-2022 Honda car as curtsy I booked an appointment before and after that I reach on the place it was pleasant environment over there to see cars and decide about something. I was trying to work out with one of sales associate for my car and as every customer as I try to negotiate I was good with what they were offering me, just to cross check I am not paying more I called another dealership for price if they can match this price or offer me something better then this one, I was astonished with their answe they replied we can do something better then this one it means the guy over spinelli was not giving me good deal. I told him that I want to book car in 2 days as I want delivery for 2nd week of July still he thought I was joking and not taking me serious was treating me like kid. My friend was about to book car and I stopped my friend by saying we can get some deal if we search more. I told that I will update you before end of day I want to search little and I need time till end of day and asked for his card he actually replied rudely in gentle way that it's on table you can take it from there and he crossed table and walked through managera cabin. I was really not willing to get this kind of rude behavior for asking for few hours of time because he was not giving me good deal even after saying I am ready to book it right now and just asked for few hours to match deals to other place. Rest everything I am good that's the reason I am giving 2 stars.

Very bad experience. I was willing to buy a car from their dealership. They told me it was super clean. Took the car for inspection, once at my mechanic the rust was so bad it was falling appart. A little bit more and I wouldn't be able to lift the car to change the tires. A total waste of my time and money. Car dealership's aren't always trustworthy so don't buy without inspection.

Malheureusement, le service à la clientele de Honda Finance n'est pas le même. Depuis que j'ai pris mon nouveau CRV 2021, l'expérience du service à la clientele avec Honda Finance a été très frustrante.

Terrible. I went in to either buy or finance a new civic but the sales associate wasn't clear or even help me with the info I needed. I explained to him its my first time financing a car so explain to me the process and how warranty works. And all his answers were vague as can be like I was wasting his time or he had somewhere else to be. I know I am not spending 50k but at 30k I was expecting a little more information than what's available online.

Horrible expérience avec l'un de vos vendeurs. Après nous avoir appelé pour une offre "INCROYABLE" à 0% d'intérêt, nous nous rendons sur place pour rencontrer l'un de vos vendeurs. Il nous fait une offre totalement ridicule qui dissimule des frais (garantie prolongée, etc.). De plus, l'offre du 0% d'intérêt n'est plus valide alors qu'on nous avait très bien spécifier que puisque nous étions client chez Honda nous y avions droit. Dès que nous mentionnons que nous ne sommes pas intéressés par l'offre, le vendeur s'énerve et nous envoie balader. Pire service de vente à vie + dernière Honda à vie.

À partir de la commande des pièces à l'aviseur technique Kevin Zhigilov au technicien qui a effectué une réparation rapide et de qualité juste qu'à la réceptionniste je vous recommande sans hésiter ce concessionnaire! D'ailleurs j'ai un concessionnaire beaucoup plus près de chez moi mais ça vaut le petit détour pour un service de qualité!

The dealership is okay just the experience we had with it was not the best due to what happened. Here it is, coming from a distance (vaudreuil) we had an appointment to test drive a car. When we got to the dealership we were told that the car had already been sold. Without any call saying so. Although we made the drive to the dealership. Then the salesman saw one that we might have been interested in and couldn't even get the car for a test drive. Although I understand that it was the end of year the dealership was dead, no one was there (customers). That's why I rated it how I did, might not have the same experience as me just rating it due to the experience I had.

I will update this review to reflect the latest developments. I bought a 2019 Honda Civic LX on Nov. 30,2018, at this dealership. On the evening I purchased the car, I was heartened to note that the nice salesperson lowered the price by $310 to reflect the true MSRP sales price after I pointed this out to him.
Six days later, I discovered that the trunk lid was very noticeably misaligned, with a large gap on the right side, so that it looked as if the trunk was popped open. I brought the car in the next morning and a very professional mechanic worked on the vehicle the same day. After I returned to pick up the car just after 2 p.m, unfortunately the trunk was now misaligned on the left side (although there was some improvement over the original misalignment).
Initially, when I raised the new left-side misalignment with the very nice general manager, he kindly replied they had done everything that was possible, and perhaps I should contact Honda Canada. I pressed the matter, and the general manager finally agreed to take the car back for another tweak to make sure that the sedan that I purchased new for more than $30,000 has a trunk lid that is centered, like nearly all other vehicles on the road, Hondas included.
Again, will update this review to reflect the latest changes.

The worse experience I have with them. Specially with agent Pedro Simons. I have spent two hours to get there. This agent took only 4 mins to gether my information. After that he stood up and said "I do not sale the used cars and if you want to see them, you need to book a second appointment, thank you" I was shocked and felt that how come he judged me in 4 mins. I already mentioned my requirements when I called them for appointment. He may felt that I could not buy a car. I was like dude, hang on.

I was there this morning, like usual my experience was DISGUSTING, it takes one hour wait before they discuss what you need as repairs, then you wait to get a lift home, as I was at home one of the service people the took care of me called me and said I needed to spend another $1000 dollars to fix my brakes, I course I was astonished when my car is two and half years old and standard, so I told him to leave my car alone and I will take care of it, a little later the same expertise called me back and said oh I read the wrong work order, and everything was ok, I am just wondering if I said yes would I have charged the same, I only say this because one year and a half ago my daughter was looking for a new car, and this adventure the salesman try to STEAL yes STEAL $300 dollars off her for a deposit less than 2 days, I have leased Honda’s for a long time but yet to lease one from honda Spinelli, I just bring it there for repairs out of convenience it is close to my house, but with things like this all the time I think my time with Honda family will end with this last lease, they even bother you about the cabin filter when I looked in my glove box after I got my car back and nothing was moved, if you really want a honda that is your choice, but I am finished.

Pas du tout satisfait. En mars 2017 j'ai acheté une voiture neuve Honda HRV 2017 et on an et demi après j'ai eu une fuite d'huile. Trois jours après problème d'amortisseurs arrière. Je suis allé voir le concessionnaire et ils ont réparé le problème et m'ont dit c'est des choses qui arrivent. Trouvez vous cela normal d'avoir de tels problèmes sur une voiture neuve avec laquelle j'ai fait seulement 12000km? Je prends la voiture avec moi et quelques jours après en conduisant il y a une sorte de vibration du côté conducteur. Je vais voir le concessionnaire à nouveau et la personne sur place prend le voiture pour y faire un tour pour l'essayer et il trouve aussi qu'il y a un truc qui ne va pas bien. Ils disent que certaines pièces en plastique dans la voiture n'étaient pas bien fixées et ils "réparent " le problème. Une semaine après, de nouveau une fuite d'huile. Alors il me disent qu'il y a un autre problème entre les deux blocs du moteur et de laisser la voiture 10 jours chez eux pour réparation. Je leur fait savoir que je suis très mécontent de tout cela, que j'ai perdu confiance dans cette voiture que selon moi j'ai eu un citron. Est-ce une voiture neuve ou usagé que j'ai eu? Je demande une voiture neuve. Tout ce que je reçois comme réponse de nouveau c'est que c'est des choses qui arrivent. Non je ne trouve pas que tout cela soit des choses qui sont normales et qui arrivent. Je ne recommande pas cette voiture.

Not thrilled. My husbands car is nice and he is leasing for a good price but every time he goes in they make a mistake, like he gets sent a message that he has a free oil change and they try and charge him. He dropped the car off for change of tires and oil change at 10am this morning. He was told it would be ready by 12pm or around there. Its 330pm right now and my husband called 15 mins ago to be told "well i dont know what they told you this morning but we are just working on your car now. He has to pick up our son at daycare. Just not impressed, dont say anything if you cant deliver, let us know you are really busy, call and tell us you are running late. COMMUNICATION PLEASE! Updated, its now 4pm and still no call to get the car.there is a reason people take an appointment

Presque le pire service à clientèle que j’ai vu, c’est affreux. Temps d’attente extrêmement longue dehors avant de rentrer l’auto pour le rendez-vous. Ça fait le deuxième rendez-vous ici, et encore une fois attente très long. Justification, le changement vers le pneu d’hiver des autres véhicules. Avec l’expertise et la spécialisation et l’expérience qu’ils ont, ils auraient dû prévoir. Ce n’est pas aux clients d’être compréhensif. Je conseille fortement d’aller à un autre concessionnaire Honda pour le service ou bien dans un autre garage particulier.

Pour faire une histoire courte, j'ai acheté un CRV 2013 dans un autres concessionnaire que Honda. Donc je ne peux avoir un parti pris pour Spinelli Honda car je n'est pas acheté mon véhicule la bas! Mais je vous met au défi de trouver un meilleur service de qualité que ça! Surtout de nos jours avoir un service respectueux et honnête dans un garage!

Ils m'ont traité comme si j'avais acheté chez eux et ça depuis le début, je m'explique: j'ai fais faire une inspection sur mon camion avant de l'acheter et j'ai été très satisfait. Une année plus tard des petits problèmes de moteur, rien de grave mais fatiguant. Ils m' ont pris en charge immédiatement et le problème a été résolue une semaine plus tard grâce au membre de leur équipe. I am more than impressed with this dealer. We went in after hearing a weird sound coming from one of our tires, and they took us in right away. The service department was not only welcoming but super professional and very friendly. Next time I have any servicing needs, I will definitely return! The gentleman that helped us (saw a sign with the name Angel, I’m not sure if that was his name or not) deserves a special thank you (was working July 21,2018) One of the best experiences I’ve had at a dealer! My daughter leased through Spinelli and calls in 48hrs prior to wanting to go in to pay off her lease before the end. She is transferred to the leasing managers voicemail who never returns her call. Today she brings the car in for servicing, walks over to the leasing manager who doesn't even acknowledge he didn't return her call. On top of this, the service department, after charging her $700 for front brakes and inspection, do not even wash her car. However, when my wife and I brought in her car to a NY Honda dealer that had no hope in hell of getting a sale from us, they washed the car. Note to all: Think for a moment and ask around.

EXTREMELY upset about the service provided. Had an appointment booked however we missed it due to insane traffic on the highway 20. We sat in 45 mins of traffic trying to make our appointment. By the time we get there it was 20 minutes until closing - the receptionist went to ask someone to help us - no one could. Very funny because I saw one person sitting down watching the FIFA World Cup, and the others all chatting together. Don't be open until 4pm if you actually close much earlier than that. No one would even TALK to us! Definitely lost our business.

Nous avons un retour de location mazda spinelli le 18 aout. On s'est présenté chez spinelle Honda, il y a trois semaines. Nous avons acheté et signé un contrat pour une Honda civic Hatchback bleu 2018. Le vendeur nous a dit qu'il y en avait trois au québec et qu'il l'a recevrait dans 5 jours. Après 10 jours pas de nouvelles. On appelle le vendeur il est malade et un autre jour il est absent pcq c'est sa fête. Nous recevons un appel 9 jours avant la fin de la location qu'il était supposé racheter pour nous dire qu'il n'a pas de bleu et que la couleur n'est pas importante parce que lorsqu'on est assis à l'intérieur on ne voit pas la couleur! Ha! Ha! Il nous a dit qu'il a reçu une Honda bleu avec 500km au compteur et qu'il nous a téléphoné et qu'il n'y avait pas de réponse. Nous n'avons reçu aucun message à ce propos. En 2018 ça existe des répondeurs. Dans la famille, nous sommes 3 bons clients de Spinelli, j'ai une lexus, mon fils une mazda et mon autre fils une toyota toutes de spinelli. Pas certain de faire encore affaire avec spinelli. J'apprécie les efforts de honda spinelli pour nous satisfaire, nous sommes supposer recevoir la voiture bleu dans 3 semaines. À SUIVRE

I bought a used 2014 CR-V from Cosmin Birau a few weeks ago. I have been very happy with the car and the EXCELLENT SERVICE Cosmin has provided for me. He has been very patient, responded to my phone calls promptly and given me clear concise answers to all of my questions. The used car department stay true to their word. Last year I purchased my Accord and through no fault of their own I had to make several trips to the service department. In the end the used car sales team apologized and promised me a complete car wash inside and out as well as a wax. On their word (nothing in writing) one year later I went back and Cosmin Birau ensured 100% satisfaction! The car looked great when they were done! Hello people! I've been dealing with Honda Spinelli for the 4th time in my life. There are a few reasons why I've chosen these guys: personal approach, sales guys are extremely experienced and knowledgeable, negotiations were awesome. After sales servise is impeccable! They know exactly what they are doing. As soon as the contract was signed and my wife was happy - I had a promise to accomplish: getting 3 bottles of Spanish wine to each one of the representatives - because they definitely deserve it.
Life is good and it's way too short.

From the moment that I walked in to driving away in the new car today, it's been an amazing experience dealing with this team! A week ago, I and my husband just bought a used Honda CRV 2015 with low mileage at Spinelli Honda and we are enjoying it so far. They have very nice and very warm staff. Thanks to one of their sales representative named Mr. Cosmin Birau whose very helpful and even gave us free winter tires and one time free oil change. It was a great visit. This place is highly recommended.

Although I did not finished my transaction, I found the seller representative (Kenny Sousa) very friendly and knowledgeable. He tried his best to offer a good product and service, but I had to refuse after I revised my needs. I think it is a good place to buy a car.
