I bought a Sportage 2020 from Kia Spinelli in March 2023. I got great service from everyone that I dealt with in the Sales Dept, felt heard and valued as to what I wanted with no hidden agenda. The After Sale Service Dept.has been just as amazing! From the people who have served me to the job required, and to having the extra bonus of having a shuttle service when you have to work and leave your car. Now that’s what I call complete full service! Check this dealer out, you will not be disappointed!

*** A MUST READ FOR SERIOUS BUYERS***

I went to visit many car dealers searching for a new car and I thought I made the right decision buying a car from Kia Des Sources with Malek. I was very confused when I received my car because it wasn’t the color I was told I was getting. Malek, the sales person I got the car from, however was not there that day when I went to pick up the car. So I did the mistake of leaving the store with the car even though it wasn’t the color car I was told I was getting. They never even called me before Tagging the car to confirm that I would be okay with this car color. When George, the manager, was showing me the car we noticed it wasn’t push to start so we made that comment and his response was “ no but it is keyless entry” which I assumed meant I didn’t need to use my key to unlock my doors like my previous VW Jetta because why make that comment if every car now is made as “keyless entry”. Anyways. So i called the dealer explained to them that my keyless entry wasn’t working and that I don’t have push to start and they told me to bring the car to take a look so I did. They realized that it wasn’t a push to start which I said on the phone and explained to me what “keyless entry” meant. So at this point I was annoyed because I felt like I didn’t get the car I was told I was getting. So I waited to see the manager, George. This manager I don’t even know how he is still a manager there, he was rude and disrespectful towards me infront of everyone in the store and spoke down on me right in the front entrance of the store. I felt humiliated and left. He even tried telling me that if I wanted to exchange the car I would have to pay for the tagging on it even though they tagged it without confirming the color with me first! It took over a week to get in contact with the general manager and I kept getting the run around about his whereabouts and I’m sure it’s because they were all very aware of the situation and how badly they messed up. And let me not forget to mention, this car was purchased under a loyal Kia customer account with my mom who has bought and still has more then 10 cars from them with her company.

In the end, Stephane the general manager handled it as a manager should and he came with a resolution which I appreciated. However, I do not feel like George or Malek have learned from this situation in terms on how to speak to customers with respect and how to do a proper transaction.

After this lease is up, I definitely won’t be dealing with this location again.

Bad experience with the sales person me and my wife had. Kia was our first choice, but after that they just lost a mid size suv deal. We went to toyota instead. Piece of advice, any customer walk in to your door step. You have to take them seriously. Take time to explain. More over dont use your phone texting often while with your customer. Just felt disrespected. We look young but we are serious buyers. Anyway just sharing our experience.

For over a year I’d been looking for a Chevy bolt premier with no luck, until I seen a listing online that Spinelli Kia had the exact car I’d spent so much time searching for and waiting on a factory order to come through.

I live in Ontario but thanks to the help of Renzo the whole process of bringing an out of province car to Ontario was incredibly smooth and they handled basically everything for me. He even picked me up at the rental car outlet and brought me to the dealer.

Once there Alicia helped me through the paperwork in a timely manner as I had another appointment after.

The car was exactly as advertised and I couldn’t be happier, I can’t say enough good things about Renzo and Alicia.

If you live near their dealer or even if your out of province they’ll make the process of getting you into your next car easy and stress free.

Been shopping for a new car for a while and been to a few places but hands down Spinelli Kia has the best staff ever. They worked with us to find the car with all the options that we wanted. I will definitely go back and recommend Spinelli Kia.

Update:
I have received a call from manager to solve the problem but there was no progress on that.
Original:
I have leased Kia Niro. However, salesman (probably Renso) promised full free services to me. He wrote those as free oil changes. When I asked him to correct it and write free full service, I was told, "Don't worry, it's just a service lingo, we will take care of you and will give you full service as promised".
When time has come to provide the service, they have thrown the contract language in my face.
So, I've concluded from my experience that this team was negotiating contract in bad faith from the very beginning. They never had intention to keep their word!

Service department is a pleasure to work with but sales one is decieving.

The service for buying the car was nice, but they did not clean their parking after the snow storm and my car got stuck for a long time because of that. It's not their fault that there was snow, but they clearly didn't clean it since yesterday at least

My favorite Kia retailer. They're always friendly warm and welcoming. The garage and mechanics are knowledgeable and trust worthy.

They always do great work and even when I'm on a tight budget they help me figure out what needs to be done what can wait and what is not safe.

They're great and giving me a heads up on what work might be coming up and even help me over the phone at times.

Aujourd’hui et après une expérience de 3 ans je suis très insatisfaite j’ai passé deux heures à attendre ma voiture (le lavage) je reçois les clés je pars récupérer ma voiture et la le choque total rien quand je dis rien c’est son exagération rien n’a été fait la voiture est sale de l’intérieur et de l’extérieur le coffre n’a même pas été touché les coussins pas d’aspirateur les coins des portes meme pas touché et un produit collant je sais meme pas c’est quoi je suis parti voir la personne responsable il m’a envoyer balader comme quoi c’est comme ca si vous voulez on peut passer l’aspirateur si j’ai laver ma voiture a la machine de petro canada j’allais être satisfaite mais la vraiment je suis bouche B j’arrive pas a l’accepter je suis so un choque mais vraiment deux heures deux heures d’attente et a la fin une voiture plus sale qu’avant un service zero le service de lavage et zero

Great quick service, I had the ecu firmware upgrade (recall) done here, they also washed my car inside out, spick-and-span, ceramic windshield coat, and all around inside & outside Armorall & wax, for a discounted price. Same day service & free taxi service round trip to work place.

Had my vehicle recently repaired there after a front end collision. Although the repairs took a long time (through no fault of Kia’s, some required parts were just not available), they still put in a great effort to get the car out and ready for me before a planned road trip, so I could go in my own vehicle. Good work but great service. Great communication not just from the service staff but also their manager. Would recommend!

Staff was all extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. Everyone involved with selling us our car was very pleasant to work with and very patient with all of our many questions. They were very thorough and clear and made sure we understood absolutely everything as we were first time buyers. Very happy with our new car, would recommend this place to anyone looking:)

Having been a Toyota customer for so long, the team at Spinelli Kia was able to win my heart to purchase a Kia Sorento. From the sales with David, to discussing the financials with Danila, and finalizing the pickup with Alicia; it was a smooth sailing experience. The warmth, the customer service, the friendliness and professionalism was above and beyond of what I expected, and now they have a customer who is looking to offer their long term business to them.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. I had ordered a car and put down a deposit to lease at the beginning of January. I was told by doing so that the lease rate was locked in. The car was supposed to come in by the end of February or mid-March. I was notified of some delays and the beginning of April was more likely, which I understood considering the times we are in. 90 days to the day I was told the Offer to lease had expired and that it was no longer valid. The interest rate had gone up by 2%, the payments by $165.00/month and there was nothing anyone can do even with a signed agreement and deposit. They put the blame on Kia Canada. I have bought and leased cars in the past and have never had this issue.

Today I had my car detailed and when I went to pick up my car it has new surface scratches, wasn't cleaned well inside, , had a price with tax in, when I went to go pay it was more I am fed up of kia sources will NEVER go back

These guys are dishonest. They did not honour the price on our signed contract. We agreed to a price, and patiently waited the expected 3-4 months for our car. When the due date approached, they informed us they were increasing our monthly lease rate by 22%, despite having a signed contract. When we said we weren’t willing, they said “Too bad, someone else will be willing to pay that price”.

I urge others to look elsewhere so you do not waste your time. We’re all utterly disappointed that Spinelli could let this happen.

The absolute worst sales staff on the island. Primary tactic to lure you in to the dealership despite the fact that car has already been sold. As though I'll just buy their next best choice (trash laying around the lot) Zero respect for anyone's time except their own. Negative 5 stars.

I’ve been a client of Spinelli Kia for 11 years. 5 cars and multiple referrals since, we remain loyal because of their service at all levels. The sales staff (Sako and Renzo particularly) are knowledgeable and trustworthy. The financing is not at all a hassle. No pressure whatsoever and all questions are answered by Alicia, with a smile at delivery. Finally, for all your maintenance needs, Mathew and his team, Andy and Jerry are always there to help as best they can! Such an amazing team. Hence why the return business! They charged me $52 + tax to install license plates on my car + $25.16+taxes for the front bracket to hold the front plate. In all they charged me $88.70 to do a 15 minute job. I will never go back there!

I leased a Kia seltos and it arrived earlier then promised which is great! I’m very happy with my purchase and very pleased with all the employees I spoke to.

I made an appointment to see the lia EV6 only to go there after clearing out my evening and they dont have it. Even though i called to make sure and everything. Needless to say I went to hyundai that night instead very welcoming and called and planned everything. If my experience with spinelli kia changes ill change the review but as of now this is it.

Excellent purchasing experience. Communication was responsive and quick. An appointment was made available with our salesman Renzo same day as my inquiry. The immediate step taken was a very fair trade in value on my previous vehicle. Renzo was knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. Renzo listened to my payment expectations and worked within the budget. He created a non pressure environment, which is extremely important to myself.

After settling on a vehicle and proceeding with calculations. I was introduced to Annie-Magalie from Finance. Annie explained all possible options and in particular the TAG tracking system. Annie did her due diligence when finding me the best interest rate.

The night we took ownership of our Kia Sportage we were introduced to Alicia. Never before have I had the experience of a representative of a dealership take the time to explain and demonstrate all functionality of a new vehicle the way Alicia presented. She was thoughtful and able to answer our inquiries about the vehicle and all possible issues we may encounter. Once we were finished with the intro to the vehicle all paper needed to be signed, which Alicia tool the time to review and explain all documents.

Lors de mon passage pour le changement des pneus, je demande un changement d’huile. À la sortie, on me présente une facture pour un forfait d’entretien dont je n’avais aucunement besoin, en plus d’avoir mise l’huile la plus chère sans m’avoir informer des coûts. Bref, je suis ressortie avec une facture 3 à 4 fois plus élevé que ce à quoi je m’attendais. Les pratiques de ventes à pression sont répandues de l’achat du véhicule jusqu’aux services. De plus, le lavage a laisser des traces de cire, j’ai du repassé un chiffon arrivé à la maison. Bref, nous ne ferons plus affaire avec eux.

We had an excellent experience with Sako, Annie and especially Alicia. Sako in sales was knowledgeable. He got us the car we needed. Annie was super efficient in explaining what was required of us. Alicia was such a doll! So patient in explaining the contract and going through our car functions. All of them were professional and courteous. Recently leased a new Kia Sorrento from Spinelli Kia. The team offered me high quality service, followed up with an improved offer and was readily available at all hours to finalize the deal. Communicating with Mike, Stephane and George was seamless and easy. Text messages were returned promptly and with accurate information. All figures were presented up front and I felt transparency was very high from the get go (this is a key factor for me when buying a vehicle, it's a personal pet peeve of mine when dealing with some salespeople in the auto industry when figures move around, numbers go up and up each time you progress into the deal - but Spinelli was clear from the start). Special thanks to Mike and Stephane, at the dealership who followed up a few days after my first visit with an improved offer on my trade in, that ultimately sealed the deal and made the economics work. Was also very pleasant and enjoyable to go through the credit check process and warranty discussions with the dealerships finance manager. I rate the experience 5 stars. Thanks team.

Follow up post purchase: Just as an update, 1 month post the purchase and I worked recently with client service and parts to put together a great winter package (tires, rims, mats) - again, the team worked exceptionally hard to put things together for me, gave me full attention, with prompt email / phone replies, and working with the service team to finalize the transaction and arrange delivery of the parts has been more than easy, it has been tremendously enjoyable. Well done team - thank you for all your hard work and attention, it does not go unnoticed (as sometimes things like that do go unnoticed in the busy work we live in, that is often too focused on saving a few dollars here or there). I bought my first new car at Spinelli Kia in Pierrefonds-Roxboro and I love it! Everyone there is really nice! I get all my service checks and maintenance done at the garage there and the customer service is always great! Both men that run servicing are super wonderful and friendly! Sure, cars are expensive - the insurance, the tire changes, maintenance and services, etc.but these are the expenses that come with owning a car - so I can't really complain on that end. What I find really wonderful about the guys in servicing is that they really try to help you with car troubles and find the cheapest alternatives. This is really, really appreciated! I had scratched my car just mere months after buying it and I asked what I could do for the scratch. They ordered me a paint pen in the same color of my car for me to touch up the scratches! It was great! Someone also hit my car with something and ran. I had this pretty deep L-shaped dent in the middle of my trunk hood. I also had a slight dent in the front left bumper (my fault on that one) and I wanted the dents to be fixed. They were able to find a mechanic with great prices to fix my dents! Initially it would have costed somewhere around 500$ to fix them (especially the trunk which was heavily dented), but thanks to some magic on their end, it cost just over 190$. I was really grateful! Now my trunk looks like a normal trunk and the front bumper doesn't look like I knicked a wall

Thanks Spinelli Kia! You guys are great! It's great service like this that will have me returning for my next car once my current one reaches the end of its life!

Highly recommended! I went in with no knowledge of the niro EV and Renzo was extremely helpful in giving me all the information I needed to make my decision. He put me at ease and I recommend him to anyone looking for a Kia. Not sure what to say, went to look for 7 seater suv and they have non to show. Sorento will come after 3 weeks and telluride if u want one you need to order with deposit and once it arrive u will decide if u like it or not. At least the sale rep was nice and apologies for that. As Kia dealer it would be nice if u have one to show to ppl. Where am I able to see one, if I cant find it at kia dealer!

I was so Pleased with the process of buying a car from the team at Spinelli KIA! I first met with Renzo who took a no BS approach to my needs and presented me with options. When I decided on the vehicle I ended up with I was offered a fair market price and Renzo made great efforts to accommodate all my questions and give me the best possible value for my trade in. At the time of delivery I met Alicia who made the process painless and didn't burden me pressure to add on extras. I had a small issue with the car shortly after the purchase and Andy in service made sure the problem was solved without delay. I went to the dealer to report a small problem with my Sportage. I spoke to the manager - Georges Zawahry - about it. He explained everything clearly and answered my questions. He helped me with the service dept and introduced me to the technical advisor - Gerry Palumbo. Both men were courteous and very professional. I heartily recommend this dealership for your next Kia.

Malheureusement, nous avons eu une mauvaise expérience. Nous avons été sans nouvelle environ 2 mois. Problème avec une pièce (starter) sur notre véhicule. 1ier délai, 2 semaines. Après 2 semaines, pas d'appel, pas de pièce. Je les recontacte, ils me disent que la pièce n'est pas encore arrivée mais qu'elle est prévu pour la semaine prochaine. (À noter, aucun appel pour me le mentionner). 3 semaines plus tard, toujours pas d'appel de Kia. Nous rappelons pour nous faire dire que la pièce est arrivé et que notre véhicule sera prêt le lendemain.
Comment peut-on laisser un client sans nouvelle? Sans son véhicule pendant plus de 5 semaines. Si la pièce est vraiment ''back order'' donnez des nouvelles à votre client. Prêter lui un véhicule d'au moins la même valeur sinon plus.
Lorsque nous sommes allés récupérer notre véhicule, tout cela a été mentionné. La personne au service me dit qu'elle va faire le message a qui de droit.
Je crois que la moindre des choses aurait été de créditer quelque chose sur la facture. C'est l'erreur de KIA. Assurez vous au moins d'essayer de ratrapper l'erreur en rendant votre client heureux.
Je crois que le service à la clientèle blâme beaucoup sur le fameux COVID. Au contraire, on doit augmenter le service au plus haut niveau.
Comment, en tant que gestionnaire KIA pouvez penser me garde comme client suite à un évènement comme celui la? Vous n'essayez rien. Donc, surement que ce n'est pas important pour vous la satisfaction client.

(Je dois quand même noter que Gerry et son collègue ont toujours été respectueux lors de nos conversations.)

Bref, attendre 2 mois pour un ''starter'' SANS NOUVELLES est complètement illogique.

C'est triste, mais vous venez de perdre au moins 2 clients. Et ce sans que je raconte cette histoire à mes proches.

Prenez les choses en main. COVID, PAS COVID.

À noter que le soir même, j'ai eu un message texte du directeur général de KIA spinelli. Nous avons eu une conversation téléphonique le lendemain matin.
Le directeur a admis ses tords et veux absolument règler la situation.
Il est professionnel et nous en sommes venu à une entente.
Bien sur le but de mon commentaire était d'améliorer le service afin que personne d'autres vivre ce genre de situation.
Le directeur m'a contacté exactement pour cette raison. Il ne veut pas que cela se reproduise. Il était sérieux et va s'assurer de faire changer les choses.
Au bout de la ligne, la situation est prise en charge.

Just leased my third car at Kia des Sources. Service is great. Staff are friendly and helpful. Sako has sold me all 3 cars over the last 10 years and he's a pleasure to deal with. Ali helped with all the paperwork at the end and you can tell she loves what she does. The whole experience was a pleasure and the car is amazing.

Purchased my 3rd car from them, excellent service as always. Sako from the sales department was very professional and accommodating, the ladies taking care of all the paperwork, Alicia and Annie were exceptionally professional, pleasant and efficient. Overall great service!
