Mr. Sebastién absolutely saved the day. I had the worst day while I took my daughter to Montreal for a boxing match, my car did not start, it was Friday afternoon before the long weekend and we were stuck in the hotel parking lot. I finally managed to have the car towed to this Lexus dealership and I had no hopes of getting back to Ontario the same night, since service was closed and loaner department as well. Not only did the general manager kindly took the time to listen to the background story of the problems with this car, but he saved my life quite literally by giving me one of their vehicles to drive back to Ontario until mine will be fixed. Severely unpleasant interaction. First, took 3 calls to be answered by someone willing to speak English, the rest hung up and pretended they couldn't hear.
Next when it comes time to assign an appropriate value to your trade ins. Now comes a lecture about why it will cost 2000$ to 'recondition ' your 1yr old car. Newsflash, they will wash your car and sell it in the vast majority of cases.
This wouldn't be so irksome if they didn't advertise that they would add 1000$ more than others in their advertising. Present them with a real offer for them to match, let alone beat and this statement changes very quickly.
At least should expect the blue book value on your trade. Do your homework folks.

I made an appointment at this dealership to have my handbrake checked because it is not working well. When I sat down to talk with the service advisor, I was immediately given a contract to sign for a $150 + tx "diagnostic fee" (for a mechanical handbrake?), and the car had not even gone in yet. Im happy to pay for an hour of labor to diagnose a problem with a handbrake if it does end up taking that long (even though it would likely take the mechanic 10-20 minutes), but this up front fee seemed strange. I wonder if the service advisors have sales quotas?

Efficient service and smooth communication every time. They can also be easily connected through WeChat, which is quite convenient for us. We love their coffee space too.

I love Lexus cars but living in Toronto it’s a bit more expensive. I did my research and found a beautiful RX-350 but it was in Montreal. I spoke with the salesman Martin Lachine his communication was impeccable and he answered all my questions. I took a chance and flew to Montreal to buy the car. I was met at the airport by Martin at 8: 30am.

When I saw the car I was impressed with how well kept and maintained it was. He did a thorough break down of the vehicles system and components. He gave me advice and tips on products and services to use to keep the car looking and running good.

When I got back to Toronto I had an issue with the seat I called Martin, he told me to take it to a Lexus/Toyota dealership and he reimbursed the cost to fix the issue. He also sent via Purolator the front licence plate holder which in need in Ontario.

If you are looking for excellent customer service and a well maintained vehicle dont hesitate to contact Martin Lachine. I certainly don’t regret travelling from Toronto to Montreal to buy a car from Spinelli Lexus. Keep up the great work:)

I was served by Ivan Wong and Amanda Valois. I have to say that this is easily the best service I ever received at a car dealer. Ivan was such a great representative - knowledgeable and professional, and he really caters to the customer. Amanda was the same. And both are so pleasant. Just bought a used Lexus there. Honestly, I'm not a fan of car shopping so I just wanted to find something of good value and be done with it. Ian Saunders helped me find a model well-suited for me and he did so very intuitively. He was also so patient with me (and my questions) while I mulled over the purchase. I ended up buying the first car he showed me and I love it. The whole team was super, including Melanie in Finance who made the whole transaction really seamless. Just incomparable service.

My first experience at Spinelli Lexus Lachine service department was seamless and professional. I was there for my 1st checkup done at about 1 month/1600km after purchase of a new vehicle. Everything was great! First of all, they had a courtesy car waiting for me and drop off + pickup took no more than 5 minutes. They also fixed some minor issues with the Protex installation, buffed out some imperfections on the hood and fender from when vehicle was purchased in December and now the car is A1. They also made sure to have the 4 tire pressure sensors I ordered for my summer wheels ready, it was really a 1 and done. Also, I must mention their COVID19 sanitary measures are also top.

I was dealing with Mr. Richard Chen. He’s simply great with everything. Rarely in this profession you’d find someone who’s as honest & tells you everything clearly as Mr. Chen.
He took time to clarify my questions & explained me everything there is to buying my car.

Great experience. Quick and honest service (my sales advisor was Marcello Schembre). I bought a Lexus IS 250 F SPORT within 30 minutes of walking into the dealership and Marcello made sure the vehicle was ready for delivery within days. Je comprends que c'est un business, mais je considérer que leur évaluateur doit suivre des cours pour pouvoir évaluer. Jamais me retourner, mémé si leurs voitures sont gratuites.

Had an amazing experiance buying a used ES350. The service was amazing from Ivan Wong (very welcoming and knowledgeable). They got the car all ready as if it was new as I was coming from Ottawa! Drove off within 2 hours! After leaving the dealer noticed one of the doors doesnt lock using the fob but Spinelli Lexus told me they would take care of it and booked me in for an appointment. Really happy with my experiance and new Lexus!

A very bad experience at this dealership. After the first appointment where the wished vehicle was identified and "reserved", the test drive appointment was canceled without any notice due to an issue with the car (no calls, emails or messages were sent to advise about the cancelation). Was promised to get the car fixed and re-schedule another test-drive appointment. We called back a few days later and were told that the car is being sold to another buyer that made a deposit on the car. Came to the dealership, just to be told that nothing can be done by the manager. The experience was quite bad and frustrating with apparent lack of adequate organisation and communication at this location. Cars are great, service is terrible.: (

Don't deal with this dealership. They accepted my offer in the morning then they proceeded with another customer 1 hour after our conversation. They have very bad staff especially someone called Martin. I advice you to not take any word from them as they don't honor what they offer.

Trouvez vous cela acceptable qu’un véhicule usager lexus qui se détail a plus de 30 000$ sois livré avec un gros t-up dans le bas de la porte et deux bosse dans le montant de porte ensuite le gros t-up en question on y voyais la rouille en dessous leur réponse ces le mieux qu’on puisse faire et rien autre ne sera fais naif j'ai ete je naurais jamais du partir avec le vehicule. 4 po par 2 po en crayon t-up. Merci Spinelli lexus Lachine. Je leur es même dit de faire un blend pour leur sauver des coût. Énorme Déception.
Le véhicule a été vue plein de poussière et très sale lors de l’essaie routier la journée que j’ai signé mon achat mon erreur j’aurais dû revenir plus tard le temps qu’il le lave pour voir les defaults mes quand même j’ai fais mention que je ne voulais aucune bosse rouille ou grafigne à la livraison et malgré tout à la livraison j’ai été pas moin de 45 min à attendre mon vendeur pour ensuite être référer à un autre vendeur pour effectuer la livraison sans qu’il n’y es aucun temp de pris pour me montre les diffèrent gadget et autre du véhicule merci bonsoir ses livré.

A la livraison deux belle bosse dans le montant de porte arrière son là il me dit tu reviendra on va les réparer quelqu’un va te contacter. Ensuite je voix le t-up fais et je voix très bien la rouille dans le bas de la porte malgré le t-up.
Que pensez vous qui se produira après une seule hiver la rouille va se propager encore et encore. 30 000$ avant taxe pour ce véhicule je vous rappelle.
On me dit sous peux on vous contactera pour prendre un rendez-vous pour vos bosse, 2 mois plus tard je les contacts pour savoir se qui advient de mes bosse car personne étais entré en contact avec moi encore. Déception encore et encore.
