Bought my Used 2010 Corolla today. Shoutout to Adrian Chirea for making the whole process smooth. He clarified all the doubts and was patient in dealing with us. No aggressive sell at all. That’s a unique experience for us.

Will keep updating the status of my vehicle but so far so good.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE: story of a second hand car: they sold me a car that happened to be actually dangerous to drive - not just needing a few repairs, but actually dangerous as it appeared after a thorough professional and independent inspection: many leaks including some affecting the air within the car, dampness, damaged engine parts, spare parts that had been replaced with poor quality ones and incorrectly reassembled, etc.etc. All of this sold for way too much considering the state of the vehicle. I finally sold it back to them, for a ridiculous amount considering what they sold it for. During the transaction they at least gave me sort of smile and a warning against frauds. Sure they knew about them. After this, they needed extra phone calls to actually cancel the registration plate, which they finally did a month and a half later, with the wrong date. To correct this, they once again needed several phone calls, emails and a visit in person, which was the only way I got an answer and a correction, by someone else (thanks to this person by the way) than the manager I was trying to get hold of. I certainly did my mistakes (not seeking for proper inspection ahead of time) but if Spinelli has a big name and a polite surface, they also have some good old frauds and dishonest people working there, unless it is plain incompetence. Oh and of course, after they bought the car back, they quickly put it back on the market at a much higher price than what I got it for.

My wife and I were blessed with a child and we needed a second car. Service ahead of the sale was top notch. I received quick responses from inquiry calls/texts and emails. They accommodated my appointment to purchase the car nicely. Very friendly staff. This is where the experience became a nightmare. I purchased a used "as is" vehicle from Spinelli Mazda. I was well aware of the condition of the car. I specifically asked the sales person, "Does this car have an AC system? ". I asked because I didn't want to make the trip from Ontario for a car with no AC. The sales person assured me that the car was a 2015 model, it had AC. I drove from Ontario to Spinelli to test drive the car. When I test drove the car, I noticed that the AC was not blowing cold (it was late spring). I asked about it. The same salesperson assured me that it had AC but it needed to be serviced. I asked If they could recharge the AC at Spinelli (I was willing to pay) but the salesperson said they don't offer that service but that any other mechanic could do it. I purchased the car, drove it to Ontario and took it to my local mechanic to have it safetied which included new brakes, new tires, mirrors, lights and to have the AC recharged. The mechanic completed all the work but told me that the AC was not working because that car did not have an AC system. I was shocked and angry that the Spinelli Salesperson would outright lie. It felt like a sleezy used car salesperson technique. I called Spinelli and the sales manager offered me $200 for the mistake. I asked for them to install a used AC system and I was willing to split the cost. The manager offered that I return the car and receive my money back but that they would not return the money for the safety or the work I had completed on the car. So basically I would pay for repairs just to have Spinelli sell it for more money and I would lose Hundreds of dollars. In the end they offered me $500 for all these headaches. My warning to others is do not trust the used Spinelli dealership (I can't speak on the new sales side). Nothing is worth more than integrity. They will lie to you to make the sale. In hindsight, I purchased my other vehicle from Automobile en Direct and they were great! My mistake was trying to save a few hundred at Spinelli. Education is expensive! Apologies are just meaningless words unless you make it right. I'm sharing this story so that no one ever gets put in this situation again.

Mazda dealership, good place to do maintenance on your Mazda. Coffee is free if your doing maintenance on your car and waiting there. Being a dealership, prices are more expensive then other places but they do a good job and give a good customer service. Wheelchair access.

Personnel très sympathique mais je n'ai pas pu savoir le vrai problème de ma voiture. Ils ont fait un premier diagnostic et une premiere réparation mais le problème persistait. Ils ont alors fait un deuxième diagnostic et un autre remplacement gratuitement de la pièce mais le problème n'est toujours pas réglé.

Dont go there to buy a car if your budget is under 30k (maybe more it was for us at least). Otherwise you will be insulted like us.we went there to buy a used car for 20k-30k but the agents were so rude to us.first no body wanted to take care of us even one of them turn back to us as soon as he realized we are going to his table.then finally after asking several agents one of them accepted us but so rude, he was like stop asking question and leave me alone and did not show us any car, I cant believe they had no car under 30k while in other dealerships, they showed us many cars

I will tell all my friends my terrible experience to make sure that none of them will be insulted like us

Worst costumer service. Will never go to this service again! Probably never will buy a mazda neither. Why because today I had to go to Mazda Spinelli service twice a day for the same problem. In first one none of my problem was solved. All they did was to get rid of me.second time i went to this sevice to proof them that they were wrong! Let me explain. Today i went to Mazda Spinelli to buy TPMS sensors and have them installed on my 18 inch factory rims. The lady at service center (AMÉLIE HENRY) and mechanic (JEHERSON) told me that i dont need TMPS because they are already installed on rims. Despite repeating 5 times that the rims dont have tmps sensors, they neglected me especially the mechanic did not listen to my concerns. After a while he Came and told me that he deleted the waring sing on dashborad and made me leave the service. Before leaving the Lady gave me the number to contact them if the same issues happened again. When I was on my way back home, the same warning popped up on the dashboard saying
”” TPMS malfunction have the vehicle inspected”” I called the number the lady gave me just and she did not pick up my call and did not even call back. I had to go back to sevice to show them that sensors were not installed. Then they checked again and found that new sensors were actually needed to be placed. They blamed Canadian tire to brake sensors and did not want to take responsibility for making me come back again. (I bought my new tires from canadian tire when they were installing tires they had warned me about sensors because at that time they did not have this sensors). Any way Service manager (PIERRE LACELLE) strongly blamed canadian tire for breaking sensors. He charged according to Time they spent on installation of sensors but no body paid me for gas and time i wasted there for the second time.i paid 129 dollars for just sensors installation. Whole process took me more than 4 hours. I am disappointed from the mecanic to manager service. Worst service i have ever gotten in my life. I will never go back again. My wife was waiting for mazda cx50 to come and buy one for her. I told her not to buy mazda because of your bad service.it is not only me complaining about service in Spinelli Mazda. You can see a lot of complaints about this branch. The owner does not seem to take these bad reviews into consideration. If they did they would improve their service in this branch. Thank you.

Amélie était ma conseillère de service lors de ma visite.elle était très professionnelle en fournissant des informations sur les services. Je garantis que c'est l'un des meilleurs concessionnaires Mazda.j'ai visité trois autres mazda.c'est l'un des magasins du concessionnaire qui propose de nombreux services pour l'entretien de ma voiture.les techniciens sont aussi très doux.et le service était rapide. Je demandais ma voiture jusqu'à un certain temps.ils ont terminé les services dans les temps, la qualité du travail est également incroyable.

Très mauvaise expérience avec ce centre automobile. La prise de rendez-vous a été catastrophique, aucun suivi avec le client.

Une fois mon véhicule pris en charge, j’ai trouvé que le temps d’attente pour diagnostiquer le souci était bien trop long par rapport à la panne.

Malgré que le personnel soit sympathique, je ne recommande absolument pas ce centre automobile.

A great experience! I got my CX-30 recently. Antoine was extremely helpful and honest at all times. He explained everything in depth for a first time buyer (like me). All staff members I had contact with were really nice and useful. I have been to quite a few places while doing my research for purchasing a car, and out of all of them, Mazda Spinelli staff members were the nicest and most useful. None of them once were pushing me into buying like most other dealers.

"Les pneus d'été sont inclus". Les pneus sont arrivés 5 mois plus tard déjà usés jusqu'à l'os et ne sont pas la bonne taille pour le véhicule. Cet attitude est non professionnel et non sécuritaire. Faites des économies mais pas sur la sécurité svp.

J'ai profité de la promotion du service de nettoyage de ma voiture. IMPECCABLE!:) Ma belle Mazda 3 toute noires a retrouvé tout son lustre. Ils ont vraiment pris le temps de tout corriger sur la peinture. Il y avait des taches que je n'arrivais pas à nettoyer due à la sève des arbres et autres. Merci!

Went to Spinelli Mazda in order to change the tires from winter to summer tires. Service was slow this day, but I was warned and decided to stay. The summer tires are soo much quieter. Thanks Spinelli Mazda.

Went for service recently everything was good, I ask to check my brakes and they cleaned them even though I only went for an oil and filter change.good dealer, excellent service.

Watch out for the bait & switch in the used car sales. They put up ads online with low prices, and even if you call them they will say the car is in stock. When you show, the first thing they do is tell you 'that' car is out and we have a similar model (this one was over $2,000 more than the advertised price).

When I complained, it wasn't the salesman's fault as he doesn't "update the website". Then eventually showed me the car that was advertised, but it had more kms and didn't have a rooftop like the ad mentioned. When I called them out on it, they said it was a mistake and the manager asked the salesman to update the site. LOL! Minutes ago, they had said the salesman doesn't update the website! UGH! Waste of time.

Service non adéquat, système d'achat en ligne à ne pas utiliser. ''Sauvez du temps, préparez votre visite express". Nous avons perdu + de temps que nous en avons gagné, en plus de devoir reprendre le processus à zéro. Clavardage en ligne, nous mentionne qu'un véhicule X est disponible pour l'achat (d'ailleurs le service de clavardage était laborieux délai de réponse importante même si je répondais dans l'immédiat). L’employée mentionne que nous allons recevoir un appel d'ici la fin de la soirée pour débuter le processus d'achat. Aucun retour de leur part. Nous utilisons le système en ligne payons le dépôt de 500$ pour réserver le véhicule X. Nous recevons un courriel ''Félicitations votre auto X sera bientôt dans votre garage". Mention d’un appel à venir dans les 24h pour la prise de possession. Aucun retour pour la 2e fois. Nous téléphonons pour nous faire dire que l'auto X est finalement vendue depuis samedi et qu'ils ne savent pas s'ils peuvent nous rembourser notre dépôt de 500 $ qu'il vérifiera ne comprend à peine notre demande. Devons téléphoner de nouveau. Parlons au directeur général. Nous confirme que nous serons remboursés dans un délai de 48h. Nous indique que c'est un nouveau système. Comprenons cette réalité, mais il est inadéquat d'exiger un dépôt pour un produit qui n'est pas disponible et qui était en attente de financement donc réservé à quelqu'un d'autre. Si un programme n'est pas prêt à être lancé dans toutes ses fonctionnalités, il ne devrait pas être utilisé. De plus, une employée nous a confirmé que l'automobile était disponible. Questionnons qui traitera notre demande puisque personne n'a pris notre nom.nommes qu'il le traitera. Il n'a pas demandé notre nom une deuxième fois… De plus, l’automobile est encore en ligne. Je ferais une modification d'ici 48h pour indiquer si le remboursement a été fait ou non.

Will lie to you about condition of used cars. I was assured the body was "mint" but when I showed up the inspection sheet clearly stated the body work "needed attention"

on top of this the car had almost unacceptable brake thickness, and other deficiencies miscellaneously listed on the inspection.

Instead of accurately reporting them, or informing me, the salesperson I dealt with tried to convince me to change the brakes myself to take $200 off the total price.

Waste of time bothering with these guys. They are just hoping to get you in and get you out with a new set of keys.

Pire expérience dans un garage Mazda (je fais toujours mes entretiens dans l'un de leurs garages). Beaucoup de retard lors de notre prise en charge, on prend un RDV et finalement premier arrivé, premier servi.
Aussi la personne nous avait conseillé de jeter nos pneus d'hiver qui étaient - soit disant - trop usés. Nous avons refusé car non convaincus de l'évaluation. Quelques mois plus tard, dans un autre garage Mazda de la rive Sud, le directeur de services me dit que les pneus d'hiver sont ok pour une saison supplémentaire (je ne le pousse pas, il me dit que si c'était ses pneus, il les utiliserait une dernière année). Morale de l'histoire, les pneus sont bons pour 2 saisons supplémentaires contrairement à ce que disait Mazda Spinelli.
Je ne suis pas expert en automobile mais l’honnêteté de ce garage laisse clairement à désirer. A moins de vouloir payer la grosse facture et se faire raconter des histoires, je déconseille vivement. Il y a bien assez de garage pour ne pas choisir celui-là.

J'avais en location une Mazda CX-5 2016 depuis 08/2015, après avoir conduit une Audi A5 2012 pendant 4 ans. Je vous assure que j'ai apprécié autant la conduite de ma CX-5 que ma Audi et ce pour 300$ de moins par mois. Le printemps dernier, j'ai participé à un évènement organisé par Mazda à Mirabel, où j'ai eu la chance de voir et d'essayer la nouvelle CX-5 2017 rouge, J'ai trouvé cette auto tellement belle, mais considérant mon contrat de location de 4 ans il était trop tôt pour pouvoir changer mon véhicule.
Lors d'une visite pour un entretien chez Spinelli, j'ai pu échanger comme c'est souvent possible avec monsieur Mariano qui est directeur. Il m'a fait un prix pour la location de la mazda CX-5 2018 rouge que j'avais adorée à Mirabel. Je n'en reviens toujours pas, j'en ai pris possession le 27 mars. Ça me coûte seulement quelques dollars de plus par mois, mais mes assurances me coûtent moins chère et il n'y a pas de frais annuels pour le démarreur contairement aux 75$ pour mon précédent. Il est à notre qu'ils restaient 17 mois à mon contrat précédent. Finalement, compte tenu de la différence des taux d'intérêts, les mensualités étaient les mêmes sur mon nouveau véhicule pour une location de 36 mois que de 48 mois, j'ai donc maintenant un contrat de location de 36 mois seulement. Je n'ai pas hésité à m'engager à nouveau avec Spinelli, je peux témoigner de la qualité du service d'entretien et de leur professionnalisme avec Amélie et maintenant Emmanuel.

Overall service and buying experience was terrible. The salesmen (Antoine) was arrogant and condescending throughout experience. Attention to little details was poor (i.e. Appointment times, follow-ups, maintenance, car features and inclusions/exclusions) and sales pressure high to change to new lease very quickly. New car had scratches all over and was not ready for delivery. Salesmen pressured to sign lease before actual delivery. Did not offer any upgrades or loyalty extras. Did not feel welcome and definitely not treated like a loyal (existing) and valued customer.

Decided to cancel "new" lease due to the quality of service and was charged fees ($400 plus taxes). Pretty unacceptable considering was pressured to sign lease agreement before delivery and inspection of new vehicle!

Will not be returning to this dealer. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Très bon service a la clientèle et rapide.
J'avais mis 5 étoiles il y a un an pour le bon service, mais maintenant je doit retirer au moins 2 étoiles après que je me suis aperçu que les les leds drl sont plus de 50% moins puissants après avoir été changés après le rappel pour les CX5 GT 2016.
J'ai vu ça lorsque que je suis sorti de mon véhicule pour le laisser réchauffer le soir et que j'ai juste laisse les leds allumés.
Voici photo que j'avais prise avant et une aujourd'hui avec ceux de moins bonne qualité.
Très déçu de cela, ça me fait considérer peut être a cause de ça d'aller voir un autre concessionnaire lorsque sera le temps de changer mon véhicule.

On a voulu me donner Rv avec un Dir des ventes usagées.ce dernier devait me rappeler. Je n'ai jamais au grand jamais eu de retour. Je me serais déplacé pour rien 2 heures! Car auto vendu! Quel manque de respect. Aucun professionnalisme! Jamais je n'irai chez vous, ni use ni new - et mes ami-es idem. S'il y avait zéro étoile je le mettrais.

Mise à part la gentillesse et le travail du vendeur Patrick Mclennan, je dois dire que je suis très déçu du service. Le directeur des ventes de voitures d'occasion prend les clients pour des valises. Le tout est fait pour éviter la négociation, on t'invite d'entrée de jeu à faire un dépôt de 250$, expliquant qu'ils n'ont pas le choix de faire ça, avant de poursuivre la discussion, il faut réservé la voiture! Réservé une voiture que tu as même pas négocié avant!? Je demande de savoir s'il est possible d'avoir un meilleur taux d'intérêt sur la voiture, et pour le savoir il faut faire la demande de crédit tout de suite (ouin), ce que je fais pour ensuite dire qu'il est trop tard pour négocier car la demande de crédit est faite (n'importe quoi)! Je fais connaître mon mécontentement, pour finalement supposément obtenir un cadeau.
Un démarreur à distance qui sera payé de 50% par le concessionnaire. Pour m'apercevoir par la suite que c'est un démarreur de base qui vaut environ 300$ vendu 750$ plus taxes! Quand je lui laisse savoir il me répond que les concessionnaires ne font plus ça donner des cadeaux! Bien sûr je me met à rire. Le Monsieur en question me parle comme si j'avais jamais acheté de voiture de ma vie! Misère! Je lui donne l'exemple de cadeaux, des changements d'huile gratuit pour une année et il me répond que ca vaut rien des changements d'huile! Heuuuu!? Alors pourquoi pas m'en offrir? Aucune réponse. C'était le cas typique d'agissement qui donne raison à ceux qui font une mauvaise réputation aux vendeurs de voitures.prendre le client pour un idiot! Encore une fois, le vendeur n'a rien à voir avec cette situation, j'ai rien à reprocher au vendeur Patrick Mclennan, mais plutôt à son directeur M. Javier! Si on me demande si je réfère cette endroit, je répond non sans hésitation! Pourquoi j'ai acheté? Pour la simple raison que la voiture que je cherchais depuis longtemps s'y trouvait. Sinon j'aurais jamais acheté là! Et la seule raison que j'ai mis 2 étoiles c' est pour le travail du vendeur, sinon j'aurais mis le minimum possible! Maintenant, il reste à faire installé le démarreur à distance, je reviendrai raconter la suite.

la suite.comme promis je reviens avec la suite. Bonne nouvelle, le tout s'est très bien réglé. Je crois que le consommateur a le droit de faire connaître son mécontentement mais il a aussi la responsabilité de souligner les efforts et le service du commerçant pour régler la situation.
Un gros merci à M. Marianno Garcia, directeur de la succursale, pour la qualité de son intervention afin de veiller à ce que les clients soient entièrement satisfait. Pour moi c'est rassurant et suffisant pour corriger le tir. Donc finalement, après avoir vue l'énergie et les efforts qui ont été fait pour corriger la situation je rajoute 2 étoiles et recommande cet endroit en sachant que la direction veille à ce que leur clientèle soit bien servit.

Le service de Mr Kamel de chez Spinelli Mazda est impeccable. Il est à l'écoute du client, il a répondu à toutes nos questions et la livraison du véhicule s'est très bien passé. Je vous recommande vraiment ce concessionnaire!

I had a experience in Spinelli Mazda for test drive of Mazda CX-5. The Sales representative, New vehicle service "Mr. Antoine Rodrigues" helped me very much with all his honest information that he gave me. You can feel his honesty responsibility during his suggestions. His behaviour is also so friendly that you never feel any inconvenience situation. In addition because of Covid19 situation, he respect all the health protocols that you feel completely calm in every single seconds of your meeting. Mr. Antoine Rodrigues in Mazda Spinelli is incredible with his huge helpful information.

When i first got the car i was served by Joseph, who convinced me to get the extra warranty for wear and tear, which i agreed was a great idea.

All in all, over the course of 4 years, the Mazda 3 was a great car and i had no issues with it (was my second lease, first experience in Ile-Perrot was great).

I returned the car with a scratches and a broken hubcap (which i was assured would be covered by this warranty) I spoke with Yves and he told me they'd fix the damages and credit whatever was covered.

My bill came and was over 2,000$ and nothing seemed to be covered. Although, they told me they'd credit my bill if i took a new lease. When trying to contact Yves, he never called me back and I have been chasing him for answers ever since.

UPDATE:

Mariano Garcia, the general manager contacted me after reading my review and explained to me what happened with my lease due to COVID-19 pandemic. He sorted everything out and explained the process to me. I was extremely impressed with his fast response and service.

I bought a new car at Spinelli Mazda last week.
Mr. Antoine was very attentive, courteous and informative which made it a pleasant buying experience. I appreciated that he also took proper COVID measures by sanitizing items that I would make contact with.
I test drove the model that I was interested in within minutes from the moment I asked. I signed off on the car on Monday night and the car was delivered Friday morning by Mr. Joseph as expected. At the delivery, Mr. Antoine took time to sit with me in my new car and explained the different features and functionalities and even helped me make configurations and setup my phone. My time spent with Mr. Yves from Finance was brief and to the point which contributed to the experience and the paperwork was sorted out timely.
I enjoyed my experience and I would recommend Spinelli Mazda to my friends.
I am looking forward to my first Service appointment and hope that it’s as pleasant as my purchase experience.

I bought my new Mazda 3 Sport at Spinelli Mazda. It was a pleasure dealing with Mr. Jovan Lopicic. He is very kind and helpful. He is different from other salespersons I have met. He has got that human touch, which I really appreciate. He really helped me finding the right car. I also got a very good deal from them. It was a great experience.

My first new car purchase and I regret buying it here even though I love the car. The salesman gave misleading information about being able to refinance the car later after I got my Permanent SIN and spoke as if I can cut down back on my interest rate after that but that was just a false statement. They had played with the numbers as offering more value for my used car but had also removed my Mazda student discount (after submitting my certificate) and there was a negative price in the credits section hence increasing the total. I am fine with this as I got the equivalent of the student discount but the offer initially seemed like it was much better than what it actually was by moving numbers around. Still that statement about the refinancing was what made me buy the car at the time I did and now I have to live with paying the interest for this mistake. Will never consider the dealership for me or my friends ever again
