"I had high hopes for my experience with Spinelli Nissan but unfortunately, it fell short. They said for the diagnostics it’s going to be between 169 and 279. They said the problem with my car is the 4 coils and sparks which is impossible. Anyone would know that it’s impossible that the 4 coils are burned. When I finally received my car, it had several issues that needed immediate attention, making me question the quality control procedures at the company.
Moreover, the customer service response to my concerns was lackluster, leaving me feeling undervalued as a customer.
Finally, we took the car and we discovered that it wasn’t that problem they were talking about. And, they took 321$ for absolutely nothing, they didn’t even discover the real problem.

I called to book an appointment here as I got notice of recall Takata. My car is Sentra 2003 (I have it now for 1 year) and I got the best customer experience! The person on the phone was very polite and booked an appointment in few days. When I came, all employees were friendly, nice and helpful. Our advisor Nirav Patel was very accommodating and took genuine care of the car. They did quick and efficient service. I am very happy to call to Spinelli branch, because it is exceptional customer experience and car service!

I was at Spinelli for my tire change yesterday including car wash, rust proofing and more. Mr Patel as usual was very cordial and prompt to help. I am always very satisfied with our friend at the service department. Very professional I may add.
I also had the pleasure to talk to Mr Walter Mina at the sale department near by. He will be my new agent for my car leasing. He was also cordial and ready to help. In fact I will probably receive a new 2023 murano next week. Again thank you for your concerns your client Mandi Claudio Vissa

Very disapointed with the service I got when I got there. Went with my parents to test drive a car. Salesman greeted my father happily etc and as soon as he realised I was the potential buyer, he became condescending as if I he told himself a younger individual could never get this car. After test drive, he was dry and rude to my questions and the whole conversation lasted about 10 minutes. I was very disapointed with his customer service. Later bought the same car at another dealer the next day. Judged my age and appearance upon arrival at dealership.

I had a quite interesting situation with my Nissan Sentra 2021 car where I had an issue with my check engine lit on the dashboard; and after 3 times inspected at Hgregoire Nissan Laval, the technicians were not able to identify the problem and I had to wait each visit for more than 3 hours to get it done. After being fed up with Hgregoire I decided to change dealership and I took an appointment 2 days following my call at Nissan Spinelli in the west Island and there, it was all so different. First you meet with the person in charge who asks you about the problem, so cooperative, every 15 minutes he comes back to you and explains where the technicians are at, while explaining what and why they are doing so, he even took me inside the garage to meet with the Mechanic whose name is Mario Michaud if I can still remember his name, explained so clearly what the problem was and fixed it on the spot in less than 1 hour. I strongly recommend Spinelli west Island on Brunswick street because I was so satisfied and happy with their professionalism especially Yatish who is manging the service department, all that because I have dealt with another dealership and I saw the difference.

I was looking to lease a second vehicle, and stopped at this dealership. Met Jevonte Mercury in Sales; stand-up guy, immensely helpful and pleasant to work with. In fact, everyone there was professional, including Yannick (Sales Manager), Mathieu (Finance), and Dave (Manager).
Regrettably the desired car was not in the inventory, but I would recommend them all nonetheless - and make sure to ask for Jevonte!:)

Au mois de février 2022 nous avons dû changer notre véhicule un SUV.

Dans l'urgence nous contactions un concessionnaire mais avions du mal pour nous faire livrer un véhicule rapidement.

Nous nous étions arrêtés sur une Nissan Sentra 2022.

Donc nous contactons Spinelli Nissan un mercredi matin et expliquons à Kyle notre situation. Nous convenons d'un rendez-vous sur place pour l'après-midi, lui explique notre besoin. Et grâce à son analyse, il a été capable de nous proposer le meilleur véhicule adapté à notre utilisation, budget et par rapport à son stock.

Nous avons pu récupérer notre Qashqai 2021 le vendredi après-midi de la même semaine.

Nous remercions Kyle et toute l'équipe pour leurs conseils, leurs disponibilités et leur professionnalisme.

I had given 5 stars 2 months ago for the service they gave me to lease a car. But I guess that’s all that matters to make the sell or lease. I went in today because I had a accident with a cigarette burn on my car seat. They said it’s going to cost around 600 to fix that and on top of that they need my car for 3 days. When I asked if at least they could offer me a car for the 3 days to repair it they referred me to a rental company for 60 a day. So I guess the company doesn’t care about after sales or keeping the clients happy. Seriously 600 dollars for a piece of fabric and labour who is going to patch it a heart surgeon. I have my own business and my policy is keeping my clients happy always. I guess Nissan Spinelli has a different policy. Anyways just counting the months for my lease to end.

I went to see a 2017 Nissan Rogue SV at the Nissan Spinelli dealership trusting that they would know what they are doing. At first I noticed the car window didn’t go up unless I kept holding the button. The sales man told me that that’s how they are made and that it doesn’t go up automatically unless I hold the button with my finger. Later I found that to be a BIG lie since ALL of the Rogues have windows that close automatically (including the base models). Very dishonest right from the start. I then decided to make a deposit on the car. They had promised to deliver the car in perfect neat condition which is what everyone expects even if you’re buying a used car.

So the day of the pickup came. I went there and no one that I had previously spoken to was there. There was only this one guy aware of absolutely nothing about the car other than to do the paper work. They had promised to use a compound on the car paint along with an interior shampoo. To my huge surprise, none of it was done (don’t forget this was my pickup day). The car was not even touched one bit and was dirty inside and out with the dashboard full of dust. The bag of four tires were full of grease and laying on the fabric back seats of the car which also put mud on the seats. It was a total DISASTER. To put it simple they had done absolutely nothing on the car, but because of that total failure from their part, I noticed the car bumper in the back was misplaced. It was actually coming out of place, which can only occur when the car has been accidented and if that part was replaced. The records show no accident was reported, but that piece had clearly been removed and replaced for some reason.

They really are not professionals. There is no way this car dealer is consistent in their service and they failed miserably on that day. I was extremely disappointed and canceled the entire deal. Never again will I trust Nissan Spinelli. Unprofessional all the way. This is what happens when employees take for granted their ability to deliver a good service. They think they have it all going, when in fact they can’t even deliver a car in its proper condition, and they fail to keep their promises. It’s all talk, just to have you buying from them. In reality - their actions speak louder than their words. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. That’s what I did and got the most friendly and good service I could wish for with my new 2017 Rogue SV that I’m so happy to have found somewhere else.

It has always bothered me a bit when sellers of anything ask for reviews just after the purchase when most people have not really got a clear idea of their item yet. Hence most reviews will be good. I purchased a 2021 Quashquai s awd from Spinelli two weeks ago so this is a very tentative review. I and my family have always used GM or Ford so this was outside the box for me.
1-The people at Spinelli were very nice and the process of the deal was smooth. I got the car for precisely the price I wanted and expected and on the whole have only one complaint. I have always been given a set of winter tires by GM with my new cars and Nissan would not! That is an expensive point. I only wanted winter tires and neither wanted nor needed the all seasons so I have effectively been given a 500-1000 dollar bill I’ll have to pay eventually.
2-The car itself is just what I needed. Though not as large as the Ford Escape, or Chevy Equinox the Quashquai really does not feel much smaller, and because of its 17 inch wheels/tires and quite high clearance the feel is like the larger cars though there is less storage. Now since the Quashquai is marketed and built as a sub-compact it’s not as expensive either so it’s really a good compromise. Being used to North American vehicles there are a few things I would change. The driving position requires some time to work out (I’m 6ft 200 pounds) and the Center armrest is not long enough for optimal comfort. The AWD switch is awkwardly located. The radio controls are on the left of the steering wheel where the cruise control should be and the window switches are not labelled very well. As many reviewers point out power from the 1.4 naturally aspirated engine is merely adequate (hey Nissan try a turbo) and the CVT transmission is an aquired taste.
Now don’t think I’m down on the Quashquai because I’m not all things considered it’s a nifty car that gives you most of what you would find one size larger. It is one of the last cars with in dash CD player (love it) and on my model has a proper key fob rather than the cash grab electronic type which forces you to pay for new batteries (shameless). Built in Japan it seems well put together. The 2022 will be the last of the old school design so if your a Luddite like me get one now!
Overall it’s a really good buy.

The service department just completed a fantastic repair to replace the severely rusted rear quarter panels on our 2012 Leaf. Yatish (Service Manager) and his staff were extremely professional and took a genuine interest in restoring the car to "as-new" condition. This would absolutely be a 5-star review, except for the long struggle involving Nissan Canada and the Ameriguard electronic rust-proofing (sold as the only option for the Leaf at the time) to get this repair authorized.

I do all my oil changes and maintenance at this dealership. Friendly, respectful staff. They are accommodating and do a good job. This time I jad the vehicle cleaned inside and out and they did a great job for a reasonable price, they even switched out my winter and summer floor mats.

These guys are not cheap. But in their case I understand why. A high quality service cannot be cheap. I bought my Nissans from different places but I service them only at Spinelli. Great tech team and they love their job. I never come back to the dealership after maintenance with issues. Wish they will have their own fleet of replacement cars.

The worst car service. They make you an appointment for oil change at 9 AM and release the car at 4 PM. Oil change takes 10 min. The service manager is rude and lazy. Don't buy cars from them and don't use their service.

I bought a 2016 Nissan rouge from Spinelli Concesioner and. When I bought it has 2 years old and bumper to bumper garanti! But it's always broken! One day noisy, one day Aircondition, one day ECU! One day left tiers sensor! And after paying $152 and three days later other tier sensor! I can't find time for fixing yet! The new problem! Airbag alarm! I HAVE TO SPEND ALL MY TIME AND SALAIRE!
NISSAN IS NOT A GOOD VEHICLE, i don't recommend you

I recently purchased a 2017 Rogue at this dealership and was extremely impressed with the service from start to finish. Farhad, André, and Alexis were all extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. I have to say that the level of customer service I received made a difference in my purchase decision. I never felt pressured throughout the process and I am so happy with my vehicle. I accompanied my sister to multiple dealerships as she was looking to buy her first car. By the time we got to Nissan Spinelli she was very discouraged because we had received terrible customer service. When we met with Farhad he finally made her feel comfortable! My Altima 3.5 SL transmission gave out on me while in Montreal visiting from Toronto. Warranty expired 2 days before visiting the Spinelli dealership where Yatish, the service manager was able to help me out. He was very friendly and did an amazing job for being able to get me a new transmission through Nissan Canada at no cost. Many thanks for the great service provided, speedy fix and getting me back on the road again.

I recently bought a used 2015 Leaf from Spinelli Nissan. Unfortunately, the charger that came with the car did not work, but Marcelin, who sold me the car, found me another charger the same day. The car was so clean and well detailed that my family and friends thought it was brand new. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, helpful and welcoming. I would recommend Spinelli Nissan without hesitation.

Lors de ma dernière visite chez Nissan, j'avais un rendez-vous pour faire un changement de pneus, changement d'huile et un check up sur ma voiture Qashqai. Mon rendez-vous était à 9h du matin. Lorsque je suis arrivé pour mon rendez-vous (à l'heure) on m'a dit que le temps d'attente serait de 4h.

Déjà que je trouvais cela absurde de devoir attendre 4h même si j'avais un rendez-vous. L'attente totale a été de 6h15.5 heures après avoir laissé mon auto au garage (il était rendu 2h de l'après midi), j'ai décidé d'appeler, me disant qu'il n'avait peut être pas eu le temps de m'appeler ou s'ils avaient un mauvais numéro. J'appelle donc au Nissan où on me dit que ma voiture n'est toujours pas prête et qu'elle sera prête vers 3h p.m. Donc 1 heure de plus d'attente.

Déjà qu'on m'avait demander de patienter 4h AVEC UN RENDEZ-VOUS, après 5h elle n'est toujours pas prête?

C'est de l'abus, j'ai l'impression d'avoir été traité comme quelqu'un qui est arrivé dernière minute avec sa voiture lors d'une des journées les plus occuppé du garage. Pourquoi donner un RENDEZ-VOUS une semaine à l'avance si c'est pour faire attendre SIX HEURES le client.

J'ai finalement été appelé à 3h15 p.m, 6h15 après avoir laissé ma voiture pour mon rendez-vous.

Bref, je déconseille fortement de faire affaire avec le service de mécanicien. Le temps d'attente est beaucoup trop long pour un rendez-vous et de plus ils n'ont pas été capable de respecter le délai absurde qu'ils ont donné.

Bien que j'ai eu un excellent service lors de l'achat, le service après vente est pourri.

My girlfriend and I had a great experience over at Nissan Spinelli. We went in looking for a used 2016 Rogue we had seen online. Ralph Khoury had set up our test drive and gave us a run down of the car. We then expressed our interest in a 2017 model that was not prepared for a test drive. Ralph was quick to respond and when we returned from testing the 2016 model, the 2017 was prepped and ready to test. We immediately fell in love with the 2017 model and went a head with the purchase. Overall we had a great experience, and would highly recommend this dealership.
