My car was towed into Spinelli Lachine. In a short time period, I received a call telling me I needed a new battery and alternator. I was given an option of a new alternator, a reconditioned one and another option which I forget. I chose the reconditioned one and was told it would come from Toronto the next day. Sure enough, it arrived the next day and was installed by noon. I was very pleased with this trip to Spinelli Lachine, especially the person I dealt with on the phone who was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. Altogether, it made it a very pleasant experience.

Had a very pleasant and smooth experience with Patrick Lussier, my sales personnel. He was upfront with details and made sure car was ready on time, on schedule. He followed up a few days later to check if I found a “missing” accessory (safely stored in one of the back cubby). Lea Ayoub was equally as great: explained the finance process and blind spots in detail, and highlighted available options. Took care of everything from there.
Patrick and Lea are very friendly and they made my experience very pleasant. It’s my first purchase from the Spinelli group, and Spinelli definitely now has a new family member.

Raza Gheewala is one of the most helpful person I have met not only at Toyota Spinelli but also with life in general! I ordered a Rav4 SE Hybrid 2022 Midnight Black Edition back in January and Raza would not let me go until each and every one of my questions were answered, and believe me I asked many questions! He always kept me up to date with the details of the vehicle in terms of building and transportation. He went out of his way to check up on myself and my wife (she just gave birth recently). He is just a genuine person and I would send anyone I know who wants a vehicle to Mr. Raza right away. Once again 10/10 experience. Also a shout out to Mr. Raymond and Mr. Steven, although we only had a brief encounter with them, they made our visit to Spinelli Lachine enjoyable and exciting!

Worst experience with service department
If you drop the car in the morning, be very clear and careful, as they add “stuff / services” that you didn’t agree. And then they charge you. They are all super nice, but are robbing you if not careful

This was my first time doing business with Spinelli Toyota Lachine, I have to say that Patrick (Lussier) and Lea (Ayoub) we’re amazing to deal with and made my experience phenomenal. I was in the market for a smaller more fuel efficient vehicle and the 2021 Corolla XSE I purchased fit the bill, I’m picky about my cars being clean and in great condition, Patrick was up front with all the info and answers to all the questions and with that made it very easy for me to make my choice. GM didn’t make things easy for my trade/lease buyout, but Lea and Patrick made it happen like true professionals. My family are split between Toyota and GM owners, I’m very happy to say that I’ve made the jump to Toyota! FOUR HOURS to put on winter tires. That’s an hour a tire. No explanation or apology either, and the second time something similar has happened to me. Service department is terrible! I enjoyed my buying experience there, but I will be heading elsewhere for my service.

Maintenant je change de bureau pour le crédit (Raymond) encore une fois super agréable, on reconnaît la grande expérience du bonhomme, la précision des détails voir encore une fois rabais intéressant.
Pour conclure, je repars avec la même voiture que l'estimé que j'avais MAIS beaucoup plus d'accessoires et pour toujours le même paiement 72 mois au lieu de 84

Last friday July 23rd 2021, i brought my 2010 Corrola in for an airbag recall.
The car was perfectly fine since ive had it, when i went to pick it up in the evening i noticed the battery light was on, when i called about it the next day the receptionist told me someone would call me back, noone ever did. The next day my steering wheel locked up on the highway 13/ Des sources exit almost causing me to crash in DDO. They obviously messed it up by not putting everthing back into place properly, causing my alternator to blow. I used to love Spinelli, my credit is A1 and i had my eye on the silver Supra in ther showroom, however i went to Kia Dorval and got a 2021 Stinger instead due to the lousy customer service on Montreal-Toronto in Lachine. Never dealing with them again, like ever.

Impeccable service so far, I walked in the dealership knowing exactly what car I wanted, and although there were very limited ones in the whole country, they really worked for me and we were able to get our hands on the only available one Tacoma TRD Pro that was still available in the color I wanted.

I blew my tire nearby, minutes away from this dealership. Since my car has no spare and is a Toyota lease, I was okay going here and that is where roadside assistance directed me to. I understand I didn't have an appointment but after an hour of waiting and me finally approaching the service counter, I asked if I could just leave my car there (as the man behind the desk was supposedly checking to see if my tire was in stock but he was certainly in no rush). I was on my way to work so I gave up and left.
A few hours later, no word from the dealership so I called to make sure I could pick up my car that evening between 8-9pm. Receptionist said no, they close at 8pm. I had asked the service center before I left who said they closed at 9pm, so I was frustrated. Eventually I was told my tire had to be ordered and they'd call before 4pm to let me know my car was ready.
3: 45pm.and no phone call so I called them. Yep! Car is ready and yes, we close at 9pm. Picked up my car that night and noticed damage in wheel well behind the tire, some screws missing etc. I guess they were either too much in a rush and just replaced my tire or didn't even look. I'll go back to my usual Spinelli to get this looked at, definitely won't return to this dealership.
On the plus side, the waiting area was large and clean with plugs to charge phones/laptops. There seemed to be a counter where you could order food, I left at around 9h30am and it was still closed, maybe due to covid?
Side note: no free shuttle due to covid. Rental/replacement car for $34/day. Too bad I had to uber even though my workplace was 10 minutes away.

Avant j'étais dans Rosemont, j'ai acheté 8 Prius et une Matrix chez A ou j'ai été traité comme un nouveau client qui ne connaît rien lors de l'achat en 2015 et du possible retour en 2019 de Prius #8. Je me suis donc tourné vers G qui était près de chez moi pour l'achat #9. Vente étiquette rouge, je regarde pour #10 La Prius Prime 2021. Je demeure maintenant entre W et Spinelli. Je vais chez W pour poser quelques questions sur la technologie Prime et autres.
W: Endroit plus repoussant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur, accueil un peu lent mais correcte Je dis à la dame que j'ai de questions concernant la Prius Prime, après 5-6 minutes le "vendeur" arrive: bonjour c'est quoi vos questions? J'en pose deux pour voir si il connaît ses produits. Avez vous d'autres questions? Non et nous avons quitté. On avait l'impression d'avoir dérangé sa partie de Poker.

Direction Spinelli. Très bel endroit (intérieur et extérieur) avec du stationnement, accueil en 10 secondes. Bonjour j'aurais des questions sur la Prius Prime. Raza vient nous voir en moins de 30 secondes, nous fait une présentation du véhicule, propose un essais routier, on va faire un bon tour. Et au retour il nous offre à boire. On discute un peu et je signe le contrat suite à un bon prix. Véhicule arrivé en moins d'une semaine, formation sur le véhicule et suivi après vente. En conclusion, peu importe où vous êtes Spinelli vaut le détour.

A super big hug filled with admiration, respect and appreciation for Richard, Sophie and Steven at Spinelli with help buying my '21 Rav4. My experience with was so smooth, easy and absolutely NO PRESSURE. I went with a budget which they were able to accommodate and they answered ALL my questions thoroughly and got the car I actually wanted and more. Richard was straight forward and efficient, by the end all I wanted to do was give him a huge hug for just being so helpful. Sophie helped with add-ons and benefits, between her and Richard everything just happened like it was just meant to be. On my delivery date my salesman man was suppose to be off but got called in. It's like god knew just seeing Richard was a relief was checking in on the final process. Answered my questions till the end. I was serviced by Steven on the day I received my car, god bless this man with long and prosperous life, he deserves it. The fact that he maintains his energy and is so charismatic is something I truly admire, non stop working. At this job for 15 years he truly loves what he does and is good at it. We laughed cracked jokes I felt so comfortable. At the end I felt at home and I was not sold a car I was given a beautiful and exciting experience. For all the workers at Spinelli god bless you all and thank you for all that you do.

Bought a certified used Toyota Corolla LE from Toyota Spinelli and the car had only 25,000 km on it and I was assured that the car was inspected and had no accidents. Given the “reputation for reliability” of Toyota I was not even encouraged to buy the extended warranty and I was told the transmission and engine would have warranty for up 100,000 km. Starting last month my car started making a weird noise while driving which seems to be from the transmission. I brought the car in for a a check up and after paying on an hourly basis to diagnose the problem ($69) they told me that there is a faulty bearing inside the transmission and they would have to change the entire transmission (costs over $7,500 including labor) and to much of my surprise it’s not even covered by Toyota and I would have to pay out of pocket. In addition to that I have also noticed some abnormalities in the car that is a clear indication that the vehicle had been in an accident. So please be aware when buying from this dealership as they try to boast a lot about the reliability of their Toyota cars and sell you their vehicles. It’s unbelievable that a transmission fails at 42,000 km! Extremely disappointed at the Toyota brand and Toyota Spinelli dealership and I believe their action of selling this car has been fraudulent. As clearly evident, most of the positive reviews here are from new customers who just purchased a car from them - because they do treat you while at the time of purchase! Wait and see how the service and their vehicles turn out! Be aware of where and what you are buying.
P. S. I spoke with the management at this location and also with Toyota Canada but they offered only a partial compensation to fix the problem. This would still be close to $4,000 cost on my Toyota Corolla with only 42,000 km on it! Toyota Canada told me over the phone that they “never recommend customers to buy used vehicles from Toyota”! So don’t be deceived by the notion of “contacting the client to make it right”. They have no intention of doing that.

On a perdu 5 mois à attendre un char qui n'est jamais venu, le vendeur ne rappellait jamais quand il devait et n'a jamais fait le moindre effort pour nous avoir notre auto.

When I first walked into the dealership, I was only planning on getting a quote and some info on a car; little did I know that a couple of hours later, I'd be signing on the dotted line.

I couldn't be happier with my experience with leasing my new car here. I had the pleasure of having Bernadotte Johnson as my sales representative who was able to put me at ease during the whole transaction. He was very willing to answer all of my questions, and trust me, I had a lot. I did need to come back to the dealership to get my starter installed a week after signing, but during that time, Bernadotte kept me in the loop and was still happy to help me with my follow up questions.

He was the one who explained me about the car in detail before i start the first drive. He was also an awesome person. He took enough time to explain all those tiny things although the time had reached to closing time. Finally, i met an another fabulous lady from the service section Mrs. Diane Hince (conseiller). She was helpful to know what is going to happen with my first service. I give her a 10 **********. She answered all my question. I strongly recommend Spinelli to my friends.

Got my Toyota Rav4 2020 just 5 days ago and I am lovin it! I love the upgrade that they did, all the newest features of the car. Will never return for my oil change
I dropped my car at 8 am and was told that the car would be ready at 11h30 am.
Once I got there at noon I was told that the car was still not ready. I had to wait another 2 hours with no ride as I was getting late for work. I eventually called my family member to pick me up. Called back at 5 pm however they had no pick up service available. Unfortunately I was told by a staff member that my best option would be to come pick up the car the next morning since they were closing soon.
The following day when I got there by taxi, the gentleman at the counter told me that I should've taken a taxi the previous day to come as they would've "covered my taxi" which was clearly not mentioned the day I called at 5pm.
Complete BS
I asked for a compensation to the manager in place for all this inconvenience and was given a 50$ gift card which could only be applicable after spending 200$ on cleaning services (that coupon was being handed to every customer so it was nothing special)
Completely disappointed and would not recommend

This was my 4th Toyota purchase and by far the best dealer I have dealt with. My rep Raza Gheewala was professional, helpful and efficient. The Delivery coordinator Steve Guilbault spent 50 minutes with me going over the car and highlighting important paperwork. Very good service I would recommend them for sure.

By far the best experience ever! Purchasing my car was as easy as pie, Peter was so great with me and took care of everything I needed. The process was a breeze, not kidding. I also had my first experience with the service department this week and Emmanuel was also a delight! Overall service is good.
Service Advisor should have offered courtesy car but she didn't mention. I left my car on Friday morning, through the weekend until next Tuesday. I was without car for 4.5 days. Changing the steering column and shocks, and also the sliding door, these took quite a bit of time, maybe Service Advisor should pro-actively advise the time needed and offer courtesy car.

I met with a dealer he was nice at first explained the benefits after agreeing on a deal and price I was taken to the finance room to discuss payment and then I was upselled additional products and the price went up it’s very shady way to sell people stuff and when I refused the person got aggressive why I said no.after that I refused the deal and the dealer got rude. From my experience I won’t trust them again even if they gave me a car for free, very unprofessional and 2 faced people they smile and dress in suits but don’t let that fool you. They keep saying they are there to help you but not once did I feel as a customer. They need a lesson in treating customers with more respect. They shouldn’t represent car corporations.

Exceptional customer service! We dealt with Steve, Rodney and a woman whose name I forgot unfortunately but they were all incredibly helpful and walked us through every step of the buying process. I can't stress how trustworthy and accommodating these guys are. I was shocked at how much they cared. The services they offer are exceptional as well, I took advantage of the extended warranty and several other things.
