When I get the reminders for my upcoming appointment I would prefer to be given a list of any or all add -ons that you are making available or suggesting with their prices so that I could bring it with me to the appointment.

I do not like the last minute pressure placed on me as I am leaving my vehicle.

Great service! Got my winter tires changed along with maintenance check gas tank cleaned out, break pads replaced and cleaned, tires stored with Toyota … for around 1,173.00$. Pricey but I guess it was time after 5 yrs.

I had a recall to replace airbags, so they provide me a one day appointment with shuttle service. All worked well with respect.

Wesley and Bobby were great and friendly. Struck a deal for the 2022 CH-R, hopefully it will be delivered within a reasonable time frame otherwise I would need to cancel which I hope that wont be the case. Another thing to note is that they don't do any concessions, cant negotiate a better deal with them. I think it is due to Toyota being a reliable brand which they take to their advantage, I felt that was a turnoff but i still went on with the deal. We shall see how it goes later.

Dès mon arrivée j’ai été tres bien accueilli. Saj m’a pris en charge. Il a tout de suite su bien définir mes besoins et a été très patient avec moi. Je n’ai senti à aucun moment de la pression ou s’il voulait juste vendre. Je suis un acheteur très exigeant mais je je pouvais je donnerai 10 étoiles J’espère de tout coeur que ma prochaine acquisition se fasse à nouveau avec Saj et toyota spinelli.

Serviced my car and changed my tires. Fast and friendly service! Got my car back in less then two hours. That is definitely a record! Spinelli appears to be more concerned about getting money then providing quality, and attentive customer service. Bought a RAV4 6 months ago, and have had nothing but bad, inattentive customer service that lacked quality assurance. I love my RAV4, but if there was an other dealer in the West Island I would change dealer. They have 10 years to prove that they care, let’s hope it doesn’t take them that long.

I asked a simple question to a man at service and had to hear a whole speech as if I was a kid or dumb, probably because I’m a woman. At the end he didn’t answer anything I asked so I just hanged up the phone. Extremely annoying and not helpful at all.

My service with Bobby and Marc during the leasing of our new car was exceptional. We are so grateful for the car, and most of all, for the care that went into making our aquisition so smooth. Thank you!

Pire service après l'achat du 2em véhicule de Toyota. Ils nous ont appellees pour un rappel de l'auto. La première fois, on est allé pour rien. Ils n'avaient pas la pièce pour la réparer, donc perte du temps. La 2em fois, ils nous appelle pour un rdv et ils nous disent qu'il n'y a pas de navet (à cause du covid comme excuse, mais les taxi fonctionne normal.) et qu'il n'y a pas d'auto de courtoisie. Ma femme travaille et on ne peut pas rester sans auto. Leur solution étaient de louer une, par contre, c'était leur problèmes (un rappel), donc il ne faut pas nous charger des frais. La personne qu'on a contacté n'arrêté pas de répéter que c'était à cause du covid. Mais, on est en zone jaune, alors c'était que des excuses. Ils ne sont pas professionnelle et ne savent pas communiquer avec les clients. Leurs seules but est de vendre des auto, ils s'en fou des clients et service après achat.

The service provided by Mr Edward who works under used car Department was truly excellent. He took the time to clearly explain each every aspect of the car which we were looking to buy. Also he walked us through every step in detail by giving us all the details and explanation we need. It was truly a pleasant experience at Spinelli Toyota. I came for an oil change and I was pleased. The job was completed fast and seems thorough. The parts department were also helpful with information I requested. Not all dealers are the same, but this one impressed me.

Only a great experience on returning my lease. Angela was exceptionally helpful and did all the arranging and paperwork and brought it outside to me because of COVID lockdown. I would go back there again.

Phenomenal service experience here for. Congrats to Duncan and his team on their quick efficient service and top notch communication. We will be back.

About 2 weeks ago I got a call from Toyota telling me about a promotion that they were having and if I wanted to come in and see what they had to offer. On Dec. 18th I walked into Toyota to see Bobby Wojcik smiling face (he had just sold my twin a RAV4 in March), I explained to Bobby that I was just there too look was not really thinking of buying just yet. I looked over and saw this beauty of a car the C-HR, Bobby then proceeded to show me the car, took me on a test drive (which was the deal breaker) and then we sat down and he patiently went through the payment plans and what options would work best for me. At no time did I feel forced to make a decision or fell pressure to purchase a new car. The next day I went back to see Georges Yacoubian who also greeted me with a big smile and we sat down and he explained all the options that I needed or didn't need for my new car. Once I said no to an option that was it, Georges didn't force or pressure me to take any plan that didn't fit my budget. He understood that I had a budget and wanted to say in that bracket. Got the call the next day that the car was mine. When I went to pick up my car I was once again greeting with a big smile and hug from Bobby then was introduced to Steven Guibault who proceeded to show me all the inner workings of the car. He took his time and made sure that I understood what buttons and control did what. We went to his office to sign all the paper and two days ago I walked out of Spinelli Toyota Pointe-Claire with the new C-HR. Love the team there, I would recommend Spinelli Toyota to anyone.you guys are the best. Tracie

Seul bémol, lors d'une inspection pré-achat pour un autre véhicule (pas toyota) qu'ils avaient dans la cour, l'inspection (chez un garage indépendant) a révélé des éléments qui n'étaient pas listés dans le rapport fourni par Spinelli.

Terrible service at the used car department. I came in to the dealer for a car I had seen on the website and was then told I should try out another car. Then after 20 minutes they couldn't find the keys to that car and I ended up trying out the first car. I then test drove the car and it was vibrating on the highway, so I told the salesman and he went along for a drive and he could feel the vibration. He then said it was not an issue and they could fix it. He then pressured me to try and make an offer on the car when I clearly told him that I would return if he notified me the issue would be fixed. He then said I was wasting his time at which point I just walked out.

Very easy transaction. Anthony made sure that I received all available discounts +. Steven and George really simplified the hand-off.
I am now a proud recipient of another quality Toyita vehicle that I fully expect to give me years of dependable and comfortable transport.

Would put 0 stars if I could. In all honesty, I am usually not one to complain, but I feel like it is my job to share the horrible experiences I've had at Spinelli Toyota Pointe-Claire to save others the pain of dealing with their horrendous customer service.

Over the summer I went to get my tires changed at Spinelli. I had ordered 4 new tires with a rep over the phone, booked my appointment, and got a confirmation email with all the logistics. Two weeks later when I get to my appointment, the representative at the service desk goes white in the face when I tell him that I'm here to put on new summer tires. He informs me that he has to double check that he has everything in stock before accepting my appointment. He comes back ten minutes later to tell me that he only has two of my 4 tires available as "someone forgot to order the other 2". Please tell me in what world does any car dealership not know that a car takes 4 tires? This is on top of the fact that they sent me a confirmation email of the order when I booked two weeks ago. The service rep then tells me he'll put on two of my tires now, and change the other two the next week. It takes 4 hours to change my TWO tires. At the cash I ask if there is anything anyone can do for me for my trouble, and they say no. When I come back two weeks later, they charge me a second service fee on top of the one I had already paid the week before to put on the two tires they forgot to order. I am beyond frustrated at this point and tell the service rep I do not want to pay for another service fee as this was their mistake. Once again I am told that there is nothing they can do for me. I email the manager and he says that he can give me 10% off the tires, which doesn't even cover half of the second service fee.

A few months later I go in for a recall on my airbags. When I pick up my car from the recall, my dash isn't put back properly and I have to flag down someone in the parking lot to fix it, however my air bag light is now on and I have to go back to them so they can take apart my dash and fix the job that they once again didn't do properly.

Despite all of this I give them the benefit of the doubt and go back to put on my winter tires as they are having a promotion for a 19.95 tire change up until the 15th of October. I book my appointment on October 9th, but the closest available date is November 12th. Once again I receive a confirmation email with the estimated price of 19.95, where nowhere in the email does it say the promotion expires. I get to my appointment, the service rep tells me she can't honour the price because the promo isn't valid anymore. I ask her why I was allowed to book the appointment at this price if it isn't valid, she calls over another sales rep and he says it's a glitch in their system and that, you guessed it, THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO even though I booked the appointment before the expiration date and that this was the nearest date available. They refuse to give me the price that is written on the confirmation email that I printed out, and I email the manager again. My email is rerouted to another rep, and they say that they can give me 50$ off my next appointment.

In my opinion, this offer is an absolute joke. Every time I go into Spinelli there's an issue, so why would I take a credit just so I can waste my time and money yet again? To be honest it feels like they're trying to take advantage of me because I'm young and have put up with their terrible service in the past, but I have reached my breaking point.

Has anyone else experienced horrible service here? At this point I just want a refund.

Previously use to go to Spinelli Lachine which I had 4 Toyota’s with previously. The service was horrible, management especially the sales team was constantly changing. Never able to negotiate anything. Only went there originally because I knew a good friend who worked there. I really like Toyota, enjoyed all my previous leases.
We recently had twins so my current Yaris sadan (which I had only for a year) did not fit the next generation car seats especially on the drivers side. Needed a bigger car. I hear great things from Spinelli Point-Claire and they where awesome! They really took great care of me (Ask for Neo) and helped me get my new 2019 LE Corolla! Love my new car definitely recommend Spinelli Pointe-Claire!

Never buying a car from here ever again. I informed the salesman of my issues but he made me feel like I was delusional. By the way its only been a week after getting the car and I wasn't buying a cheap car im spending 15k. I wasn't trying to get new stuff that didn't need changing i showed him video evidence yet he always comes back at me with the same stupid answer "It's normal! ". Promised me things on the car but never delivered when I mentioned it he basically lawyered me on the technical terms that he used. My advice is basically don't agree to anything unless they write it on contract. I'm talking about the used cars section, the new cars obviously you won't have any issues.

It's a very average car dealer. The sales person who served me was unexperienced, without energy and sounded like coming straight out of bed, and it was 7pm!

My wife and I just a Toyota C-HR. Tbe service we got from Max, Mary and Steven was phenomenal. They took the the time to explain all tbe details and to make sure we were comfortable witb our decision.

Better deal at gravel Toyota. Paid 5000$ less for my sequoia. Service at Spinelli it’s awful they order parts doesn’t come till months later. Customer service is completely disgusting. I attended on 27 December at 7 o’clock in the morning to replace a part only to find out they ordered the wrong part.nice start of the vacation then the attendant said she doesn’t need to hear my grief after customer is unhappy.
