Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever seen… Never buy from their online site, you will be stuck with your purchase and they will ghost you.

I ordered two pairs of skates to try at home in hopes to save time. Both hurt my foot when I tried them on so I initiated a return on their site. I used the online labels to send them back to them… Without any explanation, they shipped the skates back to me. I tried contacting customer service numerous time via email and phone to understand the problem. They haven’t returned my mails and calls for more than 45 days. I still haven’t received a refund for my $700 worth of merchandise bought almost 3 months ago. Ghosting customers is totally unacceptable. I wish I could give zero stars!

Ils embauchant beaucoup nombre de personnes. Pour Les commandes sont exécutées rapidement. Donc La plupart du temps, il n'y a pas de travail et le gerant demande qu nous devons faire semblant de travailler. C'est très ennuyeux et cela n'en vaut pas la peine.

Extremely disappointed with this company. My son is a goalie and obviously it is very expensive which we all know.

I never by cheap stuff as my son is a goalie and always want him well protected and happy with his equipment. Goalie pads CCm Axis which I have verified has there well known issues.waited 45 min on phone told me go to website, website doesn't load there pictures properly, call back waited again extremely long and even they tried to submit it and cant! In the antrum my son cant play with his pads so I had to buy new ones while I waited (Not CCM thats for sure).

They fell apart at the sewing seems obvious defect! This was precovid then covid hit and he barely played, but they fell apart! Bought him Senior glove and blocker as the set. Glove he couldnt use after 2 weeks was hurting him not enough protection and glove mess fell apart.

I am very disappointed they said sorry past 90 days! Really? 2 thousand dollars of equipment that I cant even resell. Believe me my son has had new equipment since he was 8 and now he is almost 16.we always take care of our equipment! They will lose all my business!

I emailed about a warranty replacement on my defective material in my helmet, and no reply. I went to the Sports Expert, they took pictures and emailed CCM, and no reply. Customers do not appreciate getting “ghosted”. Worst customer service experience and waste of time dealing with this. Not a happy customer.
