Sub par customer service and lack of communication. Very frustrating.

Still missing part of my order and have inquired multiple times as to when the missing/damaged parts would arrive, and have been shrugged off or ignored entirely.

Would not recommend doing business with this company.

"I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with Sports Direct. The problems I encountered include:

False Pictures on Their Website: I noticed that the products I ordered looked significantly different from the pictures displayed on their website. This misrepresentation left me feeling misled and disappointed.

Scamming Customers with a 15% Handling Fee: After expressing my dissatisfaction and attempting to return the items, I was shocked to discover that they imposed a 15% handling fee on returns. This felt like a deceptive tactic aimed at taking advantage of customers who were unhappy with their purchases.

False Advertising: Sports Direct engaged in false advertising by presenting products in a way that didn't match their actual quality or appearance. This undermined my trust in their brand and left me feeling cheated.

Overcharging: I found that I was overcharged for some of the items in my order. This was a clear example of unethical pricing practices, further eroding my confidence in their integrity.

Rude and Inappropriate Behavior: During interactions with their customer service representatives, I experienced rude and unprofessional behavior. This included instances of staff swearing at me, which is completely unacceptable.

In summary, my overall experience with Sports Direct was marked by false representations, deceptive fees, false advertising, overcharging, and a complete lack of professionalism from their customer service team. It was a truly terrible and frustrating experience. "

Placed an order Saturday for a "Panier de basketball portable pro" with pickup in Bucherville.
Order was confirmed only for Wednesday, when they told me that they can't deliver the original with tempered glass but will deliver one with transparent acrylic.
Then even I choose the pickup in Bucherville, they told me to go near Anjou in Montreal Est. That's 1 hour drive.
I tried to call them maybe 5 times. No one answer the calls.
On top of everything, their program is 9am to 5pm but the actual building is close at 16: 10.
I don't know what else they could have done to mess up my order even more.

Nous sommes arrivés sur place sans prévenir et avons été super bien accueillis et servis. Merci, il y a une petite fille très heureuse avec sa poutre de gymnastique aujourd’hui!

Place a order- thinking like everyone else that they had it in stock (if you look into the website - thats how it advertize) - place a order then nothing! To email saying its gonna be delay no one answering anything before you put at bad review- as you can see here in goggle- and the respond to customers is the WORST i ever seen i mean look for yourself -

Great customer service, product exactly as described, very accomodating for delivery, would definitely recommend them.

J’ai acheté un tapis de sol pour enfant. J’ai voulu encourager une compagnie d’ici plutôt que d’aller chez Ikea.
En ouvrant la boîte tellement serrée et avec tellement de tape (on me répond que c’est pour protéger l’item durant le transport, c’est un tapis de sol…).
Bref j’ai malencontreusement coupé le tapis lui même. Et je suis une personne très délicate.
Leur solution? Me déplacer en personne à ville St-Laurent afin qu’ils fassent une couture.
J’estime que si l’item avait été emballé correctement, jamais cette situation ne serait pas arrivée. C’est leur erreur.
Je regrette de ne pas être allée chez Ikea finalement. Meilleur service après vente.

Donc à éviter. Je ne recommande pas.

Ordered $2500 worth of floor mats. The product we got is top notch! Very happy with our purchase.
I was a bit nervous throughout the process as it took 2 months to arrive with no communication of a potential shipping date or any updates. When I called I was given some information which was helpful.
Just be patient when you make a order, won’t be disappointed in the product.

J’ai acheté une barre horizontale de gymnastique juste avant Noël. Faites attention, les photos sur leur site ne représentent pas avec exactitude l’article que vous recevrez. Pour ma part, j’ai reçu une barre identique à celle qui se vend sur Amazon, à une fraction du prix! Je les ai contacté moins de 15 jours après l’achat pour obtenir un ajustement de prix ou un remboursement, et ils ont refusé, prétextant que les photos sur leur site étaient à titre indicatif seulement. Ils ont pris un temps fou à me répondre et disent maintenant que le délai est expiré. Ils ne m’offrent aucune alternative, malgré mes multiples demandes. Très mauvais service à la clientèle. Ils ont même effacé mon avis laissé sur leur site. Sport direct, plus jamais pour moi!

Ne répondent pas au téléphone, ne répondent pas aux courriels. Ne pas acheter de cette compagnie! (Ajout: J'ai dû me déplacé a leur bureau directement à Montréal étant donné que je n'avais pas de réponse après plusieurs messages et courriel pour un retour d'article. Sur place, on m'a remboursé et les gens ont été courtois.)

J'ai commandé une barre de pole dance en silicone pour cueillette, disponible sous 2 jours, bon contact clientèle, bonne qualité. Je recommande!

J’ai commandé un item sur la boutique en ligne il y a plus de 3 semaines et celui-ci n’est toujours pas expédié. Quand je téléphone on me raconte une histoire différente chaque fois.
Première et dernière fois pour moi.
