Très beau centre sportif et bon service à la clientèle. Mention spéciale pour le jeune employé Louis qui a fait preuve d’initiative et d’autonomie tout au long de notre réservation la semaine dernière. Ça fait du bien de voir des jeunes travailleurs qui se donnent à fond. Belle équipe. Je recommande!

Si on paye 10 dollars par heure pour chaque personne on veut y jouer pas juste entre à l'intérieur, c'est pas la musée des beaux arts.
La responsabilité de l'administration c'est de surveiller que la quantité de personnes qui ont payer pour jouer football correspond à la capacité des terrains.
La chose la plus simple c'est de dire ça m'est égal, jouez tout le monde en même temps.
Belle place. Mauvaise administration.

Espace désigné pour ceux qui aiment bien pratiquer le sport en salle et particulièrement le soccer.

Nous allons au vendredi matin pour nos boutchou de moins 1an. C'est un bel endroit pas cher pour effectuer des rencontres entre mamans et discuter pendant que les bébés jouent avec des balles ou passent dans des tunnels

It's a really big place! Great place to practice badminton, squash, tennis I would think.there's a fake grass area not sure what sport they were playing over there (a school was using it.) behind a big white wall to separate the areas.

Plutôt bien. Sauf que les gradins en aluminium sont froids, durs et inconfortables. Et regarder les terrains au travers un filet, c'est assez ordinaire.

This is a beautiful facility and we are fortunate to have it in Châteauguay. I will definitely be look into the indoor track for next winter.

Called for rates to rent a field. Gave all my info to receive email from them and never heard from them. Price given over phone seemed quite over priced for recreational rental of field for children.: (

Je suis allé plusieurs fois a se complexe et le service a la clientèle est vraiment a travailler. Surtout l'employé Kevin qui gère la surveillance des lieux, ne respecte pas du tout les honoraires du et surtout se permet de mal nous parler tout au long du processus d'enregistrement.malgré les belles installations

S'il était possible de laisser aucune étoile, je l'aurais fais! Par où commencer? Parlons d'emblée du manque de professionalisme de la part des employés. Cela prend 40 minute enregistrer 3 personnes dans le systèmes pour ensuite nous couper notre temps de jeu car ils sont pressé de rentrer à la maison (petite mention pour l'employé de l'année Kevin). Il est incensé de devoir payer 10$ par personne pour 1 heure de jeu et ensuite se faire sortir du terrain sans respect d'autrui avant la fin de notre temps. Cette endroit est à EVITER. Quel gachit. À revoir votre entretiens d'embauche!

Bad experience to schedule the time for soccer. Supervisor told that completely wrong information they provided us by telephone is not bad just not correct. No responsibility at all

Don't know, why I pay taxes for this service. On the phone they tell me one thing, when we arrive they tell completely different thing. We just waisted one hour of our time going there.

Très beaux terrains pour jouer entre amis mais le service à la clientèle rend vraiment ce lieu déplorable…. J’y est été à plusieurs reprises et à chaque fois le problème venais du même employer. Il s’agit d’un surveillant qui se nomme Kevin! Il nous manque de respect à l’accueil avec un ton arrogant et ne respecte pas ses engagements. Nous payons pour avoir le terrain pendant 1h et lui après 40 minute veut déjà nous faire partir…. Vraiment un service dégoûtant qui ne me donne plus envie d’y retourner malgré le fait que ce soit une très belle installation.

Manque de professionnalisme, de sérieux et d’écoute. Ils manquent de respect au client et donnent de mauvaises à leurs clients aussi. LA MADAME A LA CAISSE LA BLONDE DOIT QUITTER LE SPORTPLEX ET LE ROUX DOIT QUITTER AUSSI IL N’ÉCOUTE PAS QUAND ON LUI PARLE.

The supervisor constantly "mistakes": gives unverified information on the phone, demands to leave the site before the paid time, argues, behaves defiantly.football fields are good, but after talking with the supervisor there is no desire to come again.

Mauvais service à la clientèle, pas communicatif et compréhensif du tout. Celui qui travaille dans la surveillance ne respecte pas le temps qu’on débourse de notre poche, mais quel honte et quel déception pour un tel complexe.

Forget the “soccer libre” it’s 25 people who show up before the time slot, who all know each other and instead of booking the field as teams do, take advantage of this very small time slot. The soccerplex is always over loaded with teams every night and the free soccer they couldn’t careless about, they’re just trying to fill their pockets for a small moment when it’s not booked. The first day it opened and they were over the amount of people, just ransoms without any soccer equipment running, with twice the number of players making games. My son and I were really looking forward to practicing twice a week, guess this is/was a major let down. We called to rent the field for 1 hour and wanted a ridiculous price.

When I we entered we left right away and was refused to be refunded and have to fill out an electronic form via email and provide a reason for reimbursement. It seems this business is a lot more crooked when it comes to funding and money than most originally had thought. Avoid any private use of this place for free nights. As for local leagues it seems great, not for the general public.

Belle espace pour le sport mais je trouve qu'il manque souvent de stationnement surtout lors d'événements.

Très bel endroit pour plusieurs sports intérieurs, grand stationnement. Les locaux sont très propres et bien éclairés. Toutefois il faut payer un peu cher pour pratiquer son sport

New and big faculti. 3 gyms, one full size soccer field, running track 300 meters a lap. No weight lifting gym. Schedule still not set properly yet.

Tres beau endroit pour faire du sport avec toute la famille mais je trouve que c un peu cher pour faire des sport libre en famille car on pourrait très bien aller au parc à la place

Nice new sport place, the gym is saddly not really well setup for badminton right now (white ceilling, white curtain divider to separate gym section and open window without any device to close them when sun go directly through them) so, easy to lose sight of the shuttle in fast play (could be corrected easily when replacing those equipement or restoring later on). Height of the ceiling is very good for badminton and volleyball, plenty of room for defence. Another point difficult to explain is the opening hours schedule doesn't really make sense, open in the day time when majority of people works or are at school and close before 17h (when I went for a couple weeks in a row in the day time it was mostly empty 5 to 10 people at pickle ball and 5 to 10 people at badminton), recreation and competitive club of many sport will need a place like this open until 23h. Hope this is modify in the futur. Conclusion they're place for improvement, but it's still a great start having this center build!

Excellentes installations! Multisports, bancs pour le terrain de soccer, spacieux et propre. Un filet gris protecteur des estrades aurait été ependant préférable car regarder au travers d'un filet noir c'est difficile. Un gros plus pour les deux bornes de recharge électrique

Beau site. Parfait pour pratiquer les sports intérieur. La piste de course par contre tourne un peu trop sec, mais quand même très bien.

Excellent for sports. Soccer 7x7,11x11, Lawn tanis, base ball, running tracks, and lots of other spots. Wifi is free. AAA
