Le vendeur pour les bottes de mon garçon etait super gentil et de bons conseils. Il nous a fait un service qui sort de l'ordinaire en allant chercher des bottes d'une super couleur pour mon garçon. Il ne pouvait pas mieux choisir. Merci encore!

Je donnerais 5 étoiles pour le service des jeunes, mais le services du gérant de ce magasin avec la clientèle est tellement mauvais que je n’ai même plus le goût de revenir.

It is unfortunate that the management gives wrong info to staff in return policy. I purchased two sports shorts and swimming trunk, three days later on sale both. Manager told me sorry we can not take it back. The tags are still on the merchandise, untouched unused. Where as staff told me yes you can return them. I would not waste no more money on top brands at least at this place.

Correct, mais pour le côté hockey ça pourrait être mieux, ils devraient ouvrir un Entrepôt du Hockey au lieu du Hockey Expert, on serait mieux servi dans le coin de Vaudreuil-Dorion

Le gérant s'appel Alex et est d'une arrogance et d'un je m'en foutisme hors de l'ordinaire! Je lui expliquais mon probleme avec un retour et il m'a dit d'aller chez sail! Jeune homme ignorant et irrespectueux envers la clientele et pas un bon exemple pour une équipe ca c sur! Ne semble pas intéressé et se fout de la clientele. Fuyer ce magasin a moins que vous aimez etre accueillis par un trou du.

Personnel courtois, magasin propre, beaucoup d'inventaire pour tous les sports populaires.

One of the worst sportexpert locations all over quebec, very rude stuff especially at the cashiers. Not once or twice.
Dont waste your time with this location, Go to Fairview Mall.better dealing and very helpful stuff.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Chantal at the cash refused to give me a plastic bag for the 200$ jacket i bought because it was bad for the environment. I am the first one to carry environmental bags with me, however that day i did not have one with me. I was with my 2yo daughter who was beginning to fuss, and i did not have the hands to carry it, so i asked for a bag and the lady was EXTREMELY rude to me. Told me my purchase was a rain jacket and who cares if it got wet outside. It wasnt just the fact that it was raining, it was the fact that i was sure to drop it on my way out since my daughter was struggling in my arms, and since i bought it as a gift, i did not want it to get damaged. I owed her no explanation, but i gave her one and remained friendly until i eventually gave back the bag and left. She was so rude that i will NEVER go back there and urge others to do the same. I will be complaining to the head office about her.

This is my favorite sport store in the area. No stuffed trophies and riffles on display as per their competitors.:) Their purchasing department also has better taste in clothing selection. If ever you find inventory limited, you can always check inventory at another location or order on-line. When it comes to buying sports clothing I like the convenience of being able to try the items on for comfort levels as opposed to direct internet sales.

Je m'y suis fait rembourser des items achetés en ligne qui n'étaient pas de la bonne grandeur. La seule raison pour laquelle je ne donne pas 5 étoiles, c'est qu'ils n'avaient aucun de ces items pour ma grandeur. J'ai cependant eu un très bon service.
