Tout rénové pour ça? Les produits hommes / femmes sont tous mélangés, c’est tu vraiment si compliqué de juste faire deux sections, genre comment c'était avant? Les manteaux d'hiver, la majorité n'ont même pas de prix affiché, les autres le prix est caché quelque part dans le manteau, mais jamais à la même place! Aweille cherche le cave! Et pendant que tu cherches le prix, ça t'oblige à tout défaire la belle présentation que s'efforcent à faire les vendeurs avec les articles. Sacrament, c'est pas compliqué me semble, les clients ont juste besoin de savoir c'est quoi la taille et le prix de l'article qu'ils regardent. Mais non vous autres au lieu de mettre ça bien en évidence vous rendez ça compliqué. Dernière fois que je mets les pieds ici. Si vous aimez le magasinage frustrant vous êtes au bon endroit!

Un service pourri du département des souliers. Après avoir attendu 5 minutes pour que quelqu’un vienne me voir, je suis allé « déranger » un employé (je ne peux pas l’appeler conseiller) pour avoir du service. Il est parti en arrière et revenu au bout de 10 minutes avec une paires de souliers. Il est aussitôt reparti se cacher sans jamais revenir me voir et me demander si ça allait. Il faudrait que nos commentaires soient lu et pris en considération. Je ne suis pas le premier à noter une service exécrable de ce département. Les employés démontrent aucun intérêt à servir les clients, c’est malheureux

I am not sure people working there are either dumb or scammers.they place running shoes with the wrong price tags, and when you get to the cashier, they surprise you with a higher different price. On top of that they still expect you to buy it. You should hire people that take the job more seriously!

Bought two snow pants online for 200 dollars. Went to pick them up and was handed the pants in this flimsy bag. Asked if i could get a sports expert bag to which the reply from the legend at the cash was sure go to the back of the line and its a dollar fifty just in case you want to know the price!

We bought a tuque and pair of mitts for our 5-year-old and the total price came to over $70. These were not on the high end of the prices at the store.

Everything sold here seems to be very high quality, and they have almost everything for active sports (see Atmosphère next door for outdoor living gear like tents, camping gear, etc.). We are very pleased with the hat and mitts.

If you are on a budget, however, DEFINITELY avoid this store. You'll find less expensive for similar quality elsewhere (with a little searching).

I went today March 16th and was helped by the manager. Didn't get his name. I had bought a pair of running shoes January 19th, and they started to rip. I didn't have the receipt, but he took the time to search in the computer for the receipt. He found it I got to exchange my shoes. Amazing customer service. I will always get my running shoes there. Bravo sports experts

Nothing much in there that's special all overpriced shoes that are Nike addidas and reebok's lower tier shoes sold as high end better prices online service is hit or miss

The biggest sport expert in Montreal with assorted sports equipment and apparels. The best time for shopping is the end of each season to get premium quality stuffs up to 50% discount. The staffs are young but not necessarily knowledgeable enough to answer all your questions.

I guess they have a massive collection of anything you can't think of, however, it's like outrageously over priced sometimes, especially for items that you can easily get on Amazon, adidas, Nike, north face, etc.websites. Where you can also get free shipping and returns.

Even the jerseys are cheaper from teams websites.
I guess it's good for those who just want to go one place, pick what they want and leave.
