Expérience de magasinage très saine. Belle ambiance éclairé avec un service superbe. J'ai toujours été bien accueilli à chaque visite et des conseil bien. Tout pour le sport. J'adore cette endroit.

After purchasing a floor model paddle board, my husband and I were surprised to find that it was missing a crucial component such as a pump. Additionally, the paddle broke before we even had the chance to use it in the water. Taking the board to Shirley's Bay for its maiden voyage, we were disappointed to discover the absence of a pump and the presence of a broken paddle, especially considering the high price tag of $650.
Attempting to use the board naturally led to some contact with the sand along the shoreline. Despite this, the manager's response was less than courteous, implying that the board appeared "clearly used. " It's worth noting that outdoor equipment is meant to be used outdoors.
The entirety of our customer service engagement has regrettably been characterized by a deeply unsatisfactory and unacceptable level of service. A span of two weeks was required to achieve resolution, with interactions with the store manager and supervisor yielding results that were mediocre in quality.
The logistical inconvenience cannot be understated; the store's location requires a one-hour commute from our residence. This predicament has resulted in a considerable investment of our time that ultimately yielded a subpar outcome. The absence of any expressions of remorse, coupled with a lack of basic etiquette, and the nonobservance of your advertised customer guarantees have further exacerbated our dissatisfaction.
Regrettably, I can no longer consider shopping at Sport Expert in the future. Moreover, I feel compelled to caution my friends and family against patronizing the store due to this unfortunate encounter. The sale of a faulty product from the outset, combined with the evident disregard for customer satisfaction once the purchase is complete, has severely undermined my confidence in the store's commitment to quality and customer care.
