Sports Experts - Atmosphere

J'ai eu une expérience exceptionnelle chez Sport Expert dans le département des souliers, grâce à l'excellent service offert par Thomas. Dès mon arrivée, il m'a accueilli chaleureusement et s'est montré très attentif à mes besoins.

Thomas a démontré une connaissance approfondie des différents types de chaussures de sport, ainsi que des marques disponibles. Il a pris le temps de comprendre mes préférences et mes exigences en matière de confort et de performance, afin de me proposer les meilleures options.

Ce qui m'a vraiment impressionné, c'est sa patience et sa volonté de trouver la chaussure parfaite pour moi. Il a pris le temps de m'expliquer les caractéristiques spécifiques de chaque modèle, en mettant en évidence les avantages et les inconvénients de chacun. Grâce à ses conseils éclairés, j'ai pu faire un choix éclairé et trouver la paire de chaussures qui répondait parfaitement à mes besoins.

En plus de son expertise, Thomas était également très courtois et professionnel tout au long de ma visite. Il a répondu à toutes mes questions avec précision et m'a offert un service client de qualité supérieure.

Je tiens à remercier Thomas et l'équipe du département des souliers chez Sport Expert pour leur excellent service. Grâce à leur expertise et à leur dévouement, j'ai pu trouver la paire de chaussures idéale. Je recommande vivement ce magasin et spécialement le service de Thomas à tous ceux qui recherchent des conseils d'experts et un excellent service client.

Malgré la vente de fermeture, une très grande quantité de clients, tout est en place pour favoriser un magasinage agréable. Félix (rayon chaussures hommes, et lunettes quand une employée lui a demandé de venir m'aider) a été une aide très précieuse. Très beau sourire, très courtois, il s'est occupé de moi comme si j'étais la cliente la plus importante du magasin. Voilà un jeune déterminé, passionné qui est tout à fait à sa place avec la clientèle. Merci Félix pour ton aide.

They are closing and moving a few stores down. Hopefully they get good staff as the young kids helping with shoes offer little assistant

Me and my girlfriend went for a rollerblades, they advertise 20% off, and then and the cash they denied the discount.
False advertising, scummers.

Encore une fois j''ai recu un super service de Nathalie! Ça fait quelques fois que c'est elle qui me sert et elle est toujours efficace. Elle nous écoute, toujours souriante et elle a toujours d'excellents conseils. C'est rare de trouver un aussi bon service de nos jours.

Nous avons eu une superbe expérience de magasinage avec Ali. Il est très professionnel, proactif et donne d'excellents conseils. C'est très rare ces temps-ci de trouver un aussi bon service. Merci encore!

Chris and Ziad were absolutely helpful. Buying shoes for work is always an issue but they were both prompt and helpful. I am not the easiest shopper since I want esthetics and comfort thank you gents. I appreciate you both.

You can blame employees shortage for the lack of support, but I do think management here is not good. There are never anyone to ask questions. Want to try something? Good luck finding someone willing to help. Once I saw how a bunch of employees were hanging out while i need to try some clothes, no help offered.

Ali did a really good job! He helped us choose our paddleboards and was really Nice gentlemen!

Beau magasin et vraiment satisfaite! Excellent service avec Nathalie. Souriante et patiente, elle a répondu a plusieurs questions. Je suis repartie avec pleins d'informations que je ne connaissait pas.

Very bad experience from this store. I purchased a bike during their liquidation sale. They told me to go to store next day to take the bike. I went there after 2 days by traveling 1.5 hours by public transport and get to know that they have found issues in the bike and it will take 1/2 weeks to get it fixed. They didnt even bother to let me know the issue. Manager didn't have time to talk with me. Later Shop owner showed up and offered full refund or home delivery. I really liked the bike and opt for the second option. I didn't take all the pain to go to Laval from Montreal by public transportation two times to get refunded. After two weeks they delivered the bike and I came to find that the seat of the bike is faulty. I again informed them and they again asked for 1 week time for the replacement of only that part or refund. It looks like refund is the only way to make their customers happy and hide their faults. Can they refund the time I wasted in total for this?

Such a harassment from a brand like Sports Experts. I don't know when it will end. Will think multiple times before going there again.

Très beau et grand Sport Expert et Atmosphère, le personnel est courtois. J'ai trouvé des bons spéciaux, de ma grandeur, wow je le recommande.

Il n'y a plus rien d'Atmosphère, absolument rien. Oublié les marques de pleine air comme Patagonia, Arcterix, Salomon.
