J’ai eu un petit problème là-bas en ne trouvant pas mon colis, mais il a été résolu professionnellement d’abord par la superviseure là-bas qui était gentille et serviable. Et un suivi de la situation a été fait par Mme Manar qui était super gentille et a montré à quel point le personnel de Sports Experts est professionnel et elle a fait en sorte que le malentendu a été résolu en suivant la situation jusqu’à la fin et que je suis totalement satisfait et heureux de la service client de Sports Experts. Un grand merci à eux deux.

The store was not too busy, so shopping was very comfortable. The sales associate was very patient and polite, I had great customer service and a lot of help in choosing the right athletic shoes that were best for me, regardless of the purchase price. I enjoy my time at sports experts.

Customer service is not friendly. They told me they would keep a jogging pants for me for 1 hour. But when I went there, there was nothing.

J'adore quand je vais magasiner et que le vendeur ne me suit pas comme un petit chien. Ils sont là, et si vous avez besoin pour quoi que se soit, ils vous aidront. Le magasin est assez vaste. Excellent service rayon chaussures pour homme. Les produits étaient en stock. Entièrement satisfait.

Personnel très agréable dans les rayons bien que peu nombreux… par contre à la caisse: catastrophe! Accueil déplorable, pas de réponse à mon bonjour, seulement des paroles automatiques sans aucune gentillesse ni intérêt… par contre deux caissières qui rient entre elles mais aucun intérêt envers le client… un sacré tour de vis à donner à ce personnel de caisse dans leur compétence en communication envers les clients… c’est frustrant de dépenser plus de 200$ et d’avoir si peu d’intérêt en retour… pathétique…. Peut être doit mieux faire! C’était dimanche 30 juillet à 13: 30

Prix à la caisse n’est pas le même que sur le site internet. Après la remarque ont ajuste mais le client se fait avoir si il ne consulte pas le site. Pour moi c’est un étiquetage fautif et la loi prévoit une réduction non? Mais le gérant ne veut rien savoir et dit que le site et la succursale sont deux entités différentes (!).
Bref grosse boîte qui t’attire avec des soldes qui ne sont pas disponibles finalement.
Allez voir votre magasin local à la place.

I had an amazing customer service at the store from more than just one employees at the store. Julianne was one of them she was joyful, polite and pleasant. When I needed a different size that was not available at the store, she went far and beyond with her coworker to call another store. We don’t get that type of service anymore so much appreciated to see great service! Thank you!

Thank you Beatrice for your remarkable service. I confronted her to ask for service and she was super pleasant and super kind. I was trying on 3 jackets Woods, The North Face and a Hally Hansen and she was right by my side in case I had questions or needed a bigger size. I was in the store at 10 when they opened and was gone about 30 minutes later and for me that's fast. If you want an amazing service go see her for she will service you. There was another girl that just walked by 2 times not saying hi nor asking if I needed help or nothing. Beatrice was far from where I was but she did not mind at all to service me. This girl deserves praise. It's super hard to get great service at any store but she stepped up to the plate. Thank you Beatrice

Expected that the store would provide their customers with some professional explanations about the order, however, the cashier replied: I don't know, it wasn't me.

J'ai fait réparrer mes skis, pas un tuning complet (mise au point), juste une petite intervention mineur. Ce sont des incapables, ils travaillent très mal! Ils m'ont rendu mes skis à moitié fait et quand j'ai contesté en demandant de les refaire le technicien a refusé répondant "ça ne changera pas grand chose! "

J'ai acheté un manteau colombia a mon mari en fin d'année 2021 et j'ai payé le plein prix, la fermeture éclair a deja briser n'importe quoi, ont payent pour de la qualité et ont na de la pacotille.je vais rester avec equipeur

The return policy differs for every store on the items on liquidations, which did not leave make me a good impression, and the personnel dont seem to care about that. Aldo i sensed some attitude. I dont think i Will soon return to that store.

Je suis allée dans la section souliers et il y avait deux employés.ils ne m’ont pas salué ni demander si j’avais besoin ni offert de m’aider.j’ai du attendre que quelqu’un s’approche pour que je lui demande de l’aide.en plus, qu’il était sur son téléphone cellulaire pendant son shift de travail devant une cliente c’est pas vraiment un signe de respect!

Worst service ever dont waste your time ornmoney placed an order online with a gift card. They sent me an email telling me the order had been canceled. I asked how my gift card could be refunded and my emails were never responded to. I called the store asking for assistance or at least a customer service number and the person put me on hold for over 25 mins, I guess she wanted me to hang up. If anyone from sportsexpert reads this and bothers to help your customers this was my order number 455283.

Je vais souvent magasinner ici. Le personnel sympathique est bien formé et prend toujours le temps de bien repondre à mes questions. Super service de toute l'equipe.

Dominique est tout simplement un magicien. Alors que tous les autres repair shops de velos demandent 1-2 semaine de délais, il a ete capable de trouver et reparer le probleme sur mon velo en quelques minutes. Super satisfait et recommande fortement!

This store always has what I'm looking for in stock when all other stores don't. And they have really friendly and professional staff.

Terrible service. Went in looking for something my boyfriend had seen they had in stock online. They barely acknowledged me as a human being interested in spending money in their store but just told me they didn’t have it and the website was not up to date. Didn’t offer to help me find something similar. Or anything actually, they just went on their merry way doing whatever it was they were doing before I interrupted them. This is why I hate retail.

L'inventaire en ligne affirme qu'ils en ont, même si ce n'est pas vrai. De plus, quand on demande de l'aide à quelqu'un, ils ne prennent même pas la peine d'aller vérifier, ils nous disent "Je pense que j'en ai plus". Expérience médiocre.

Dedicated staff and a good variety of sport clothes. They didn't had my size but the staff checked in other Sport Expert for me and put it aside there.

I really love this place they have a lot of options and the ratio of quality to price is really good

They should really update their stock on their website to whats actually available in store so people don't come there for no reason.

Great store. Selection and spacious. Went with a plan and confirmed item (wasn't avail online?) for end of season discounted (-30%) winter boots, repeat buyer. The salesrep (Jocelyn) was knowledgeable, friendly helpful and competant over the phone and in person. The cashier not very sociable but pleasant enough and competant. Quick visit in-and-out Monday afternoon, not busy at all. I like this location better than the 1 on St-Cath esp for the time/speed. Thanks.

This location is not accessible to people with mobility issues and mom’s with strollers. They only have 2 thin escalators (not wide enough for my small stroller). I had bags in the bottom so it was not so simple to collapse the stroller and carry everything up the escalators. I was with my mother so we managed but if I was by myself I would have had to leave. If you are alone in a wheel chair or walker you would not be able to access the store. They told us they had a freight elevator in the back but they were so busy we would have to wait about 5 minutes downstairs. They were nice at the store but I just can’t patron a place that doesn’t consider those with special needs.

I found a good variety of indoor soccer shoes with very good prices. From now on it will be my first place to look for sport stuff!

Amazing selection of merchandise but it is hard to find someone to assist in finding stuff. It seemed like the staff was not familiar with the entire stores stock. Oops.

Terrible store. Refuses to accept prepaid vanilla visa gift cards even though any quality merchant should accept them. Not the customer's fault your terminal is what it is. Will shop elsewhere in the future.

Bad experience today. I live nearby and this is the store I normally go. All of a sudden they decided to have one line for all cashiers with no clear guidance. When I arrived there were 2 cashiers.one had a customer in front of her, the other just finished with a lady.the lady brought 2 boys.somehow it took her very long to clean up her stuffs.while I was waiting there was another lady came and waiting after the other customer. Then the cashier called her. I said I came first. The cashier said but the line was there. What?

Poor service. I took my skis on a Sunday to have them prepped and they asked me to come back on Wednesday. When I came back they hadn't done anything and didn't call to notify me. A waste of time.
