This store keeps making mistakes on my orders and wait on me to fix them. I went to buy some shoes, asked the worker for my size he personally gave me a pair with two different sizes in it. When I called to ask if I were to come and exchange the shoes would I get compensated for my time, the manager said no because he was not there and these types of mistakes happen all the time so he cannot compensate every client it happens to. I told him what about the pair of shoes they got that they can’t sell what are they gonna do about it, he replied “I don’t know, nothing”. They would rather not make money than make their customers happy.

It is one of the best Sports Experts I have ever been to.

We went there to shop for winter boots and gloves, and being our first winter, it was a bit confusing as to what to buy and not. That's where Miguel comes in.

He is a gem of a person. Super nice and explained to us what might work well for us and what not. The best part was that he never pushed us to buy something specific or pricey.

We ended up buying Kamik's boots, which were at a great deal ($100) along with gloves at a good price, too.

Will visit here again and highly recommend!

Jack of all trades, master of none. TRUST NO ONE. This is a true horror story.

1) Skates scanned at the wrong price. Lucky I caught it before paying.

2) The expensive skates were not sharpened property. Had to back and get them fixed.

3) Bought 2 hats for my kids with my skates, alarm tag not removed. Had to go back again.

4) Bought a hockey face shield for my son and had it installed in store. Had to go back twice to get it fixed since it wasn't installed properly, twice.

THAT IS 4 ADDITIONAL VISITS FOR 2 PURCHASES.

Magasin spacieux rien à dire sauf que l on pose une question sur un produit est ce que vous avez tel ou tel articles? à un préposé on doit.pas avoir en retour une réponse bête mais bon.

Went there to buy Tennis rackets for myself and my father. The racket I like came with a cover, but they said that the Wilson racket that my dad wanted doesn’t come with a cover, which is ridiculous! We asked them to give us any basic cover, but they refused! Horrible customer service, we left everything and didn’t end up buying from that store.

Offen not worry about whos already exist into sector it is us from quebec province that will go there but is maybe ok with police and goverment for be costumers and paid for them stock they may even still give 10% or more deal if your related up to you owned store and then make it again avaiable is notting really at winners even if in the 70s, 1970s was really but bigger now is you and never again winners.if we are lucky enought.

Excellent selection of items (especially bike accessories) with good prices. The staff are very knowledgeable and courteous so there was no problem looking for what I needed. The place is also very spacious and clean.

Magasin avec aucun service, tout le monde semblait être nouveau ou non concerné avec les clients, le téléphone a sonné pendant 5 minutes sans réponse.

Le gérant Marvin fait un travail formidable. J’ai pu trouvé ce que je cherchais et son équipe m’a bien conseillé.

UNFRIENDLY Shoes Sales Guide

My son and me went there to buy sports shoes for Christmas gift.

After we made a choice, I went to a sales guide, a girl, ask her for a size to try.

The girl said ok, and then, directly walk to another customer to serve them without any words with us.

I stand there and wait her for several minutes, but she talks to that customer and seems forgot us.
I had no choice to ask another guide to find shoes for us and made a complaint at the end.

After the manager talked with the girl, the manager came back to us alone, and lead us walk to the girl’s place (not the girl come to us).
In front of us, the girl explained and talked face to her manager, not face us, until I talked to her.

She said she has already asked someone for taking shoes for us. She said it is the standard procedure at a “very busy moment“.
BUT,
FIRST, at that “very busy moment”, including us, there’s only 3 customers.
SECOND, me and my son never saw her asked any one for taking shoes, and she never told us who will take care of us.
THIRD, why she directly passed us to serve another customer? If that customer was a VIP, she could tell us that she serve VIP only!

At the end, the girl said sorry to us with an extremely unacceptable attitude.

I have called their company’s contact number, made an complain, and hope there will be an answer.

There’re still some very nice employees! Like the cashier and the guides for skating shoes. I appreciate them.

Good variety of products, big store & overall good customer service except for this one asian female cashier that was extremely rude.

Wowww.superb customer service by the young lady at the winter shoe session, she helped me and my friend to find the suitable one for our requirement. Also she helped us to get our gift coupons although the cash session was unaware about the coupons.

Friendly young staff. Hockey department is really helpful and obviously mostly people that play the game so there comments are helpful.

I came in from the airport looking for a new carry on as mine unfortunately exploded. Max did a wonderful job at helping me find a bag that fit the demensions and able to carry all my gear. He was able to offer great local incite and also recommend local tourist spots. He also spoke superb English which was a great asset. Keep up the good work!

Every single item that was advertised on special they did not have in stock for soccer shoes they have a very limited selection of shoes every single pair of Nikes that were advertised on special they did not have we're talking a total of about 19 pairs of shoes their excuse was people in Ville Saint-Laurent don't want those shoes LOLLL the store is humongous you walk in there and feels empty

Came here for some new volleyball shoes and picked up a nice pair of winter boots on special as well. The prices were surprisingly not bloated and I found the exact pair of Asics I wanted for the same price that they are sold on Amazon. The staff were helpful and patient as I tried multiple sizes on. A great experience.

Very helpful staff. I went there not knowing that it's their inventory day. Almost all items are discounted. I bought a lot. Good thing their young friendly beautiful staff help me in finding the items that I need.

Ok for all your sporting needs, go to the store on Cite Vertu avoid the store in Rockland Shopping Centre, service disparity between the 2 stores
