Super restaurant! William le serveur est plus que compétent. Le cocktail lavender fresh est un succès extraordinaire. Excellent repas de tartare. FAMEUX!

Le restaurant Spritz est définitivement un lieu de rencontre incontournable à Gatineau. Son menu gastronomique est haut en couleur avec ses pâtes délicieuses, ses pizzas au four et ses desserts. Plusieurs options végétariennes sont aussi disponible. Il y en a pour tous les goûts. Il y a plusieurs spéciaux sur les vins et la nourriture.

Anniversaire, célébrations ou simplement pour se rencontrer entre amis; la liste de drink est étonnante, comme par exemple le daiquiri à la mangue ou boissons à la lavande.

Le Spritz à aussi un deuxième étage avec un lounge luxueux qui est magnifique.

Je conseille fortement le détour, la découverte de ce magnifique restaurant au coeur de l'Agora.

I have 3 stars: simply because It’s been 1 hour and a half I have been waiting for a tomahawk. And by the time I’m writing this review, the lady just told me it’s going to be another 15 min. Sorry I love this restaurant but tonight’s service was not it.

My margarita pizza was burned and the cheeze was uncooked. The owner said it was their new formula, having fresh burrata, cold on the pizza. 30$ for a burned bread, with tomato sauce and 3 slices of cold burrata cheese.oh and 3 leave of basil. I am so insulted. I will, never return even if we pay me to go.

Beautiful atmosphere, looks beautiful! But the food was mediocre. Went there for a girls night and we were so dissapponted with our meal that we went for dessert and drink somewhere else. Shame because nice looking restaurant and has alot of potential. Service was great as well.

Si je pouvais donner moins qu’une étoile je le ferais. Un restaurant qui semble si bon de l’extérieur et qui nous ont servis ce que nous avons reçu ce soir c’est rire du monde avec un grand R. Premièrement nous avons reçu nos entrées après 1h30 d’être assis. Ensuite, ils ont oublié une de mes entrées et après leur avoir demandé plusieurs fois le serveur a réalisé qu’il ne l’avait pas demandé en cuisine. Ensuite le repas principal a été servi après 2h20min d’attente. Si seulement la nourriture avait été bonne mais non seulement nous avions attendu longtemps mais les pâtes étaient littéralement brûlées, le verre de vin était sale, la pizza était froide, le cannelloni était similaire à du Michelinas réchauffé, BREF tout était fade. Nous avons laissé 80% de notre repas. Comme compensation; ils nous enlèvent 20$ de notre bouteille de vin ainsi que mes pâtes brûlées. Je déconseille FORTEMENT d’aller manger à ce restaurant si vous désirez manger tout court.

2e fois et accueil TRÈS froid, on se sentait de trop comme si on dérangeait. Nous avons rarement ressentis autant de condenscandence. Serveur correct mais les promotions (50% pour les tartares) sont trompeuses et ne sont pas claires.

Service ordinaire, cuisine lente, repas adéquat. Cocktails délicieux et décor vraiment sympa par contre.

Cette place mérite au moins une visite sinon plus. La déco est juste incroyable. La nourriture est bonne et le service aussi. Une excellente place pour célébrer une fête, un anniversaire, ou des occasions spéciales. Une petite amélioration peut-être.est un menu d'entrées (appetizers) plus variés et une carte de vins qui peut répondre à une clientèle de tout genre.

Très cher pour rien de spéciale. Le service était très lent et je n’ai pas trouver la nourriture agréable. Je m’attendait à mieux.

Taking off a star due to lack of english breakfast menu but other than that the service was lovely, food was tasty, and ambience was very nice. Will most likely come again to try their weeknight promotion dinners!

I went there for breakfast, from the time I entered the restaurant and the time I got my food it took 1 hour. There was at max 9 other people in the restaurant, almost empty. Too slow.

The place is literally amazing but the service last night was horrible
We order drinks we got them 40 minutes later
I ordered cacio e pepe
They made me the pasta without Pepe the main ingredient after the cacio
Usually the waitress should bring parmigiano and black pepper or at least ask u if u want some
Drinks were water down and we literally sit there for hours and the waitress came maybe 3 times
I m italian and when I got there I was super exited for the Manu and the atmosphere
But I got so disappointed a place like should have a honorable service as well sorry

Margherita pizza is my fav from any Italian restaurant. This one was tiny and flavorless for the price. Looks nothing like it did in the pics.

Ordered a Quattro fromagi pizza and it’s the best one I’ve ever tried in Canada. Highly recommend.

Je ne recommande pas ce restaurant. La qualité des repas est vraiment médiocre. C’est vraiment décevant.

Prendre un steak à 160 $ demander médium saignant et avoir bien cuit? Me dire la seul solution enlever 40 $ sur ma facture une vrai farce à ne pas commander!

Poor customer service, information on their website is inconsistent with what they tell you in the restaurant, and they also do not honour their promotions.

Loved our experience from May 5th. The Ambiance is awesome. The food was good. Service was excellent. Manager and Server were super kind. We had celebrated a Friend's birthday and we loved it.

Nous venions pour la promotion du jeudi soir "Tous les tartares à moitié prix" puis une fois sur place, le serveur nous a dit que la promotion s'appliquait seulement aux tartares format entrée (pas de salade ni de frites). C'est "misleading". Nous avons pris le format repas finalement sans rabais. La nourriture était très bonne, mais la facture était plus salée que prévu.

Very nice place. Service was great. Half price pizza night. For two people, you must order two pizzas to get the special. We ordered a Ceasar salad and got the pizza for half price. The Caesar salad is 5 star while the pizza was good but not much on it. The pepperoni pizza was $32. They have a great selection of cocktails. The wine selection, by the bottle, is big but pricey. Wine by the glass, 7oz, between $14 and $20. They also have a good selection of draft beer. My bill, including a 20% tip, $132. A bit pricey for me.

Where do I start? At first glance, the place looks perfect. Clean, modern, hi-tech equipt, the works. However, it was a bit suspicious that it was completely empty but for a table with 2 people. For a two-story, high-end place on a holiday Friday, this should've been a screaming red flag. Never the less, we took a table and the "fun" began. The water glasses were covered with lipstick from previous customers, the lunch menu was way overpriced, so we decided to have breakfast. We were told that we are 15 minutes past breakfast time. They couldn't make an exception, even though the place was empty? I thought that it's not worth staying. When we asked for the bill, not only the machine was not working, but it turned out they don't even accept Amex, even though they supposedly cater to the high-end crowd.
We left and we're never coming back.
