Never open and must pickup can’t go into store, might as well close this location terrible customer experience

Not actually open.online only! This strike is stupid and only about greed nothing more! They should accept $19 an hour like the other Union had done! These people follow a union that does not have their best interests in mind! They should just close this location!: (

Now that there is a location at Acadie metro, I can’t justify going to this location to only order ahead of time and pick up.

The most pathetic experience. Been there at least 20 times for nothing. Always closed. I suggest they just close once and for all

The only dispensary to serve this part of Montreal, let's keep the multiple montreal downtown core stores open. Ridiculous hours. Close the st Catherine's store and reopen this one. Why does this location matter so much to the union.

0 stars. Waste of time. I cant wait to see them replaced by automatic vending machine. This compagny is not in the service of costumers but only for there own benefit. Better to close them all and grow your own weed. Gouvernement sale.

So, no you can't (in store) shop here like it says on there web page (thanks for the false advertising), it's now only a pick up location. You have to order online and then wait for the slowest and laziest people to process your order and hopefully in 20-30 min of waiting you can get somthing. Also no cash right cuz is only online.they already have horrible hours and horrible staff. Typically gov run business, I.e completely incompetent and useless. At least post this info online so people don't waist time going there for nothing. (I'm pretty sure false advertising is illegal, but of course you don't hold yourself to the same standards that you imply on other business)

Now even better. They suddenly had to close down it forever. As if people didn’t have enough inconvenience with their part time openings. Well what to expect. Its Quebec!

The laziest people work there. Close it down and put them on the street. Easiest job and they want a raise. SQDC should put signs on the front window that it is closed. There was a 4 people lineup at 12pm on February 2nd, 2023.

What a joke. This is one of the worst and only locations that strike in Quebec. Out of all the possible good spots downtown or in more populated areas, this clown of a union decided to affect a smaller minority of people who live in the outskirts like me. This strike has been going on for moreorless a year now, and nothing has happened clearly because it isn't a location that would make a sufficient impact, just an impact to people like me. They are striking for unfair pay, but at the same time these people are the same ones who can't think correctly.

Used to be 5 stars, but now they're closed often.no offense but nothing these people do merits $21.50/hr and tbh, I'd rather slash SAQ employee salaries than raise these peeps to $21.50 to stand behind a counter.

Le syndicat me semble trop d'emprise sur ses employés. Les horaires changent pratiquement chaque semaine. Je n'irai plus jamais a cette succursale.

Succursale avec heures modifiés non respectés par les employés. Ne répondent également pas au téléphone durant leur heures d'ouvertures mentionnés. Parcontre, les securités et le pauvre employé qui travaille seul et durement, étaient super!

Updated review: Now also closed Saturdays, making this location officially inaccessible for anyone with a standard schedule. Combined with the horrible atmosphere outside. To be clear this is not a statement against the rights of employees to strike, rather just a review of the quality of service available in the current scenario.

Great service, when it is open. Unfortunately the store is generally inaccessible due to limited hours. If you work a standard 9-5 shift weekdays then you have only 12-5pm on Saturdays to stop by, as they are closed Sundays.
Sometimes when you manage to make your way over during the scheduled hours, they are closed regardless.

This is a horrible location as of late. Limited store hours (Opens at 12 Noon) Randomly not even open on certain days (Was closed when I went on Jul-5) and the facade of the building looks like it was vandalized with spray paint and eggs. Oh and they seem to only have 3 employees. I would avoid unless you want to be disappointed

UPDATED (2022) Review: Lowering my original review - not because of the sales staff or products in store. It's 100% a result of the security team this location chooses to contract for their entrance - discriminatory, rude, and overzealous. The guards like to make up their own 'pandemic sanitary laws' which they 'enforce' unevenly, unfairly, and in a demeaning, brazen way. The sales staff ignore any mistreatment the guards subject store guests to, but funnily enough the staff seem to be immune to these same 'sanitary laws' (maybe that's why they keep silent/'look away' when discrimination is occurring in the entrance line?).

Get a more professional security team who don't discriminate guests or make up their own 'pandemic restriction laws', or even better.get rid of the discriminatory, invasive rules altogether and maybe this rating can be changed again. Was just at the Mount Royal location and the security team there was superbly respectful, only enforced "real" sanitary laws and did so in a professional manner.

Facility is big and staff are nice. Well stocked. Will definitely continue coming back here.

Les tisanes à la lavande son très bonnes pour dormir, aussi les gouttes de l'huile aident mon Pitou d'amour contre l'anxiété

Great selection, prices and service. The line gets long sometimes but it moves surprisingly fast.

It was the latest open and closest to home, that's lovely that I'd find delicious products there

Every time I go there! I’m greeted by smiles and great customer service! They are bilingual which I also like and won’t fuss about it. And if I’m not sure what I want they make sure I leave with something great to try! Definitely recommend this place to get your herbs!

La meilleure SQDC de Montréal. Ne manque que rarement de certains produits, excellent choix. Très propre, personnel accueillant, bonne atmosphère! Même la gardienne de sécurité est toujours de bonne humeur et souriante, c'est pas peu dire! Les Employés sont extrêmement compétents, capables de vous proposer des substituts lorsque votre produit fétiche n'y est pas disponible. Ils m'ont même fait changer de produits préférés à quelques reprises! Vraiment, bravo à tout le staff, je n'ai que du bien à dire!

Quick and courteous. They deal well with customers and are quite knowledgeable about their jobs.

Parking situation leads you having to get someone to park nearby with hazards on, making you feel like a) you've got a getaway drivers outside or b) a getaway driver.

Their weed is terrific

All the staff are great️, But the security man is provocative ،I am 38 years old and bald ‍? I gave him a photo of my ID, which was stamped by the police, then they were turned down and asked me about the original ‍️Security here does not recognize official papers. Sorry for the comment, but the situation was repeated twice by the same security man‍️

En général peu de monde comparer aux succursales au centre ville, il on en général du bon stock mais je crois que de plus en plus de gens commence a y aller donc peut être que mon commentaire est nul au moment que vous lisez ces lignes.

Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, never a huge line, clean and great location. The best SQDC in town!

Was just there (Sunday). Fast friendly knowledgable service, in either language. The staff there are clearly interested in the product. Great selection. Great location at Queen Mary + Decarie by Snowdon metro, with ample street parking too. What's not to love?

Love this store. The employees are friendly, bilingual and not rushed like other locations. My disappointment comes with the manager. He refuses to put up a list with the current inventory/strengths of each product. (This is done at many stores including Mirabel and Downtown.) How about listening to the customer instead of dismissing an idea? Great location overall, and best staff in the whole chain but the manager ruins it. Hope they would consider fixing this.

Good service but the quality of the bud is no where near where it should be.the strongest indica they had lasted for about 15 mins before the benefits were off.craft cannabis beats gov. All day long. I hope with time comes improvement and different products such as edibles for clients that cant smoke or wax/resin for those who dont like to burn leaf.

Had the best time. Extremely friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Wheelchair accessible, but not much parking you'll have to park on the street. Needless to say had a great time

Small but not busy nice selection good match for premium marijuana missing a lot of prerolled 1st time I've go but now selection then is limited but if you do wanna wait. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful to help you find what you are looking for. This particular store always has decent product for a good price. I like that they always have a good deal on something different each time I go. It gives me a chance to try different product and see what I like the best.

Weirdly incosistant security guard. Have been there twice and within 24 hours their policy changed overnight where they now card ANYONE under 40.
