Staff is always nice. Still surprised the opening hours are horrendous. The pre roll selection is lacking.

ferme sans prévenir quand ses déjà ouvert seulement de midi a 5h je peut même pus compter le nombre de fois ou je me suis déplacer pour rien -10 sur 10 seul bonne chose ses que le personel est souriant et accueillent apars sa ses une vrai joke.

If I could shop in Outaouais I would, but I have a 9-5. A lot of revenue is being lost to Ottawa, and it's become a running gag that the SQDC is useless in our region (see photo).

As a customer, it's also difficult to understand why the SQDC isn't given an equivalent wage and benefits package to SAQ employees, both work for the state which should encourage fair compensation. There could be some level of prejudice as to which vice is the most socially acceptable in our provincial politics.

Cette succursale est pratiquement toujours fermée. Ça ne sert à rien de se déplacer, vous allez être accueilli par une porte barrée. Pathétique. Je vous conseille fortement d’aller à Ottawa, service courtois et ils sont toujours ouvert.

I don't know if it's my scale I don't think so because it's new, but I bought a 3.5 and it weighed less than advertised on packaging.

This is what happens when you make a government monopoly. Spoiled employees get paid more than most Canadians and they are STILL on strike. Open up private retail, you're bankrupting legal growers while the illegal market thrives.

Government run dispensaries are going terribly. The Quebec government needs to hang it's head in shame and and revisit this situation.

Bought 3 pre-rolls and all 3 we're no joke the worst joints I've ever smoked in my life, worse than the joints I first rolled when I was 15 years old.

This location when first opened was awesome but since opening the staff continuously go on and off strike and it makes it hard for those of us who work during the day we cannot make it in during the limited business hours the operate in during these times. Also most stores that offer in-store pick are the only ones that are 45 - 50 min drive away from my place what kind of company are you guys running here. When cannabis went legal you guys couldn't keep up with demand and going forward there new businesses practice is to be closed. Or purchase online and wait a week for your shipment why has it become so hard to shop in stores?

This place used to have amazing staff that were super knowledgeable about the many constantly changing products.since the strike, this location is absolute garbage. No matter what the misinformed/ignorant people say, these employees deserve a much better pay for what they do. Other than doctors and pharmacists there aren’t many other jobs where people go for advice on CBD consumption because they have cancer or other illnesses and need to relieve pain… That just doesn’t happen at the SAQ yet they’re paid much more than the SQDC employees, and are a sister company.
With the huge profits SQDC is making where is the money going if it’s definitely not in provincial infrastructure, healthcare, the stores appearance, store advertising, or staff salary?

This feels like a hallmark met with your grandmas incense shop, all while playing Russian roulette with overly priced crispy bud. Almost anything tastes like it was dipped into your unchanged aquarium and then dried in your uncles camper trailer with loads of moth balls.

Disappointed that I could not look at the product.

I would give them a higher rating if I was allowed to look at the product before purchase.

I don't understand why we need to produce ID to buy weed but we don't need it to buy alcohol or cigarettes and they cause more damage.
Why does a middle age person be required to prove their age. Wouldn't anyone that looked like they are born in the last century. Well that ought to be proof enough.

I don't understand why with every money you are making and you have enough costumers why do you need to be closes on sundays and mondays where every person's is upset that we finaly have one in Aylmer-Gatineau and the one open in buckingham does not make sense to anyone as people's discouraged to see the only oneclose is close for 2 days.because of lack of work please you need to give us at least a good explanations why are you close for 2 days.

SQDC Aylmer has all your need and essential when it's come to cannabis plants. Pre-rolls, flowers, edibles and even cannabis tea and coffee. If you need something to smoke, eat or drink to get high as a kite. Then I really recommend you pass by for a visit if you can.

Friendly and knowledgeable service! However, striking staff have been defacing the building. Looks really unprofessional. I hope the union doesn't protect these individuals, they are clearly acting incredibly unprofessional. That's no way to have your voice heard.

Terrible hours. Closed on Monday and Sunday and now closes at 5pm every day even on Saturday. If you work during the week that literally leaves you only Saturday to visit the store.

Close on a friday wont go there anymore go see my buddy whey better product and better price most of the time its so dry or too damp to smoke sqdc is going down as the years pass by worst of worst

Je trouve que cette succursale est située à un lieu convenable et facilement accessible. Je suis sastsfait de la varièté de 3.5g ainsi que plusieurs pré-roulé. J'aimerais un plus grande variétés de produits de 15g et 28g indica/hybride. Les dispensary en Ontario ont beaucoup plus de choix en ce moment. Je crois et je suis certain que si les employées seraient compenser à un salaire raisonalble améliorait grandement la publicité, ainsi que la vente des produits Canabis. On oublie parfois l'importance qu'on les employées envers leur travaille, ils favorise l'expansion de cette nouvelle insdutrie. Employées heureux, clients heureux.

Forgot my wallet but had credit card. Need ID when over 60? Will never go back again; Ottawa is close!

It's bright, friendly, and clean. I got helped immediately! I'm so excited they are open.
