Square Saint-Louis

This park is delightful. Located alongside beautiful homes, with mature trees, lots of people walking around enjoying nature and the scenery. Even has a little cafe in the middle of the park along with a gorgeous fountain. Squirrels were unusually friendly. Paths are not paved though.so watch your step.

On est à un coin de rue de la très achanlandé rue Sherbrooke mais ici, c’est très calme. J’aime les bâtiments centenaires tout autours. Au milieu du parc, il y a un petit café éphémère.

It's a simple residential park with a fountain
In the morning it's peaceful and gets more pumped at night.

You'll see locals hanging out and having fun.

There's a bike stand right by it making it easy to get to.:)

Parc sympathique et les maisons colorées qui l'entourent sont vraiment très beaux. En prime les écureuils dans le parc.

Great park. Close to the metro. It has free WiFi a. Beautiful fountain and great trees that gives you shadow. Also a small ice cream and coffe shop. I definitely recommend this park

Place emblématique de Montréal avec ses maisons colorées, sa verdure (en été ;) ) si vous ne faites que passer pour prendre des photos vous pourriez poursuivre votre itinéraire par la rue Drollet (pour ses maisons colorées) ou Du Prince Arthur (pour son calme piéton et ses commerces)

This place used to be soooo beautiful with beautiful flowers and nice falling water sound from the fountain.now it is different.seems like the city was not taking care of it from long time.so sad since it is located on rue St Denis near down town Montreal.

The homes were easier accessible by Metro. Beautiful and just a few steps away a fountain with benches. Most benches were taken and folks were eating their lunch, chatting with an old friend or reading a book.

A few of the younger ladies taking photos were sitting on the stairs or pretending to knock on the doors, I think everyone should remember it is private property and just take a photo or video.

One of the best parcs to visit in Montreal! At the heart of the french milieu! Jog walk run bring your dog bike.watch the fountain drip water! Imagine what to be homeless. Sit or snore on the many benches! Watch the squirrels share the Parc with you! Please do not feed them as they reproduce faster than you blink. Music troubadours specially on sunny days! In short one sunny afternoon or an early morning visit is all you need to change your life! Enjoy!

Beautiful fountain, nice trees, and lights dotted throughout the park so it's quite pleasant even after sundown!

Great place to breathe fresh air and refresh your moment. Come here with your close ones and spend time with these big trees!

Nice little gem in the heart of the city. Great multicolored plateau style buildings all around the park. Very calm and relieving. There are nice fountain and little coffee place inside. Lots of benches to sit and squirrels to watch

Très beau petit parc vert dans ce quadrilatère de vielles maisons patrimoniales et d'édifices publics. Petit bémol sur le respect des endroits pour marcher versus l'herbe. Le respect pas toujours présent

C'est un lieu que j'adore malgré les itinérants que l'on peut trouver.très agréable pour s'y balader ou se poser sur un banc.

It has a quartier latin feeling. Good place to meet with friends and have a inconspicuous drink.

Not only is this place sublime, the neighborhood is full of charm, the colorful houses are magnificent, but enjoying this beauty under the snow is priceless!

This is a wonderful square surrounded by buildings exhibiting an architectural style that reminds me of New Orleans or old Montreal.go figure. This is a wonderful place for taking your own photos. My only complaint is that there was signficant road construction in the area at the time of our visit. The pedestrian walkways were also very icy and hazardous.

Quiet in heart of lower Plateau. Lots of public seating, and weird people to watch. Well treed for shade so grass is not as nice as it could be. Close to lots of little cafes for a little outing.

Where many would say Quebec's Quiet Revolution began in the 60's. Take a break from the city and enjoy the fountain, the flowers and the squirrels surrounded by charming fin de siecle residential architecture.

Nice and quietEuropean style square with statue and a fountain in the middle. Highly recommended if you want spend a quiet time with a coffee in the square’s kiosk.

Central fountain lovely with benches, an engaged small city park in a Euro style, summer kiosk, strolling enjoyers, charming on warm nights

Nice small place to sit, relax, and feed the squirrels! Sometimes there is people playing music, sometimes you can only enjoy the sound of the fountain. Traffic can be noisy around during the day but at night, the ambiance is almost romantic.

One of my favourite places to relax when you’re out on a romantic walk up St-Denis. Sit down, relax, have a drink and listen to the fountain.
