It's one of the biggest e-commerce company that specializes in top brand products with excellent services. Almost lifestyle products they sell with bit high prices but never compromises with quality. It exports products almost across the world. Mostly delivered on time.

Used to be a great shop (online) but last few months it’s been a total nightmare. I placed an order worth over 4,000$ almost two weeks ago and still have to receive it (I live in NYC) bc they sent it via ground post instead of express courier as per usual (there’s nothing heavy in it).
Customer service is pretty useless + I used to have a personal shopper but I guess he left and nobody has been picking it up since.
Lux clothing, cheap customer service.

10 days after placing an order online it hasn’t been shipped after multiple phone calls to customer service. The 2 day shipping info is fake don’t trust it. Is this a scam company?

Absolutely not recommended avoid this site/store!

Bought the same pair of clogs twice, so I can have a backup. Just realized months later that the second pair is size 10 instead of 12.

J'ai fait un achat sur SSENSE, après 2 semaines je n'ai toujours pas reçu mon colis alors que j'ai payé pour une livraison prioritaire! Mon compte bancaire a été prélevé, j'ai envoyé deux mails au service clients et je n'ai aucune réponse de leur part! JE DECONSEILLE

I made a purchase on SSENSE, after 2 weeks I still haven't received my package even though I paid for priority delivery! My bank account was debited, I sent two emails to customer service and I have no response from them! I ADVISE AGAINST

- It was stated that the item would be shipped within 2 days of ordering, but when I inquired because it wasn't shipped, it was finally shipped 3 days later.

- When I made the above inquiry, I was ignored by customer support and received no reply.

-The product was shipped to a wrong address different from the one I registered.

It's a poorly managed online store. It's better to use other online shops like Farfetch. Also, SSENSE deliberately manipulates stock quantities, making it appear as if there's less stock remaining than there actually is.

Étrange concept d'une boutique clandestine quand vous êtes sur place. Sans rendez-vous avec un "styliste" (laissez-moi rire) bous n'entrez pas. Nous avions un rdv.et c'est très robotique comme service.

I order 2 Palm Angels caps (beige and black) I received wrong item and I contacted to customer service after I returned my item which I got from your website you said that I returned wrong item which not from your website. Why are you sending this item to me barcode, tag everything is correct but item is not correct. I’m waiting for the investigation and no response from you. I pay my money but I didn’t get what I want I lost 200 for nothing. (Ticket # 16184449)

I don’t often write reviews, but I’ve had so many horrible experiences with SSENSE, it’s shocking they are in business. In the last est installment, they sent me the wrong order, so far off of what I ordered and never responded to my message (they were shoes for my wedding which will now be too late). Now they have me taking all these extra steps to prove to them that they sent me the wrong shoes. What a waste of my time. In contrast, I always get exceptional service from Net-a-Porter, MyTheresa, etc.will never order from SSENSE again.

Hard to find positive points about it.
I made around 5 orders lately and literally all of them after 4/5 days I have received an email saying the main items are not available anymore. You can find better excuses. This happened to me on all orders I made. And they don’t even come to you and ask, the day after or two max, something is wrong with your order what you wanna do? No, they just go ahead, take the items they don’t have or whoever knows, and ship it. Not even knowing if you even still want the order.
Ridiculously bad. There are literally 0 good reason to buy here. Go elsewhere you will get a better treatment and service.

There’s something wrong with the vibe at this store. It’s nice that the staff is not overbearing during the appointment when you try on things, but at the same time they’re chatting away about their personal lives and avoiding eye contact when you need to ask something. I’ll go back to ordering online tbh

FUYEZ! (Modifié car la personne qui répond à ces commentaire ment! Ainsi que le service client que j’ai recontacté et qui ne m’a toujours pas fournis les soi disant photo du colis comme preuves de bonne livraison. Vraiment au personne qui lisent se commentaire ne commander pas ici si vous ne voulez pas perdre votre argent. Ils pensent être au-dessus des lois!) Ne commandez pas ici ce sont des voleurs! 0 étoile c’est ce que mérite Ssense. J’ai commandé des vêtements pour un peu moins de 500€ (Commande 1971785548624) et j’ai reçu à la place un colis ouvert et re-scotcher par le dessous avec à la places des vêtements du sucres et une bouilloire! Ssense me dit qu’ils ont sois disant lancer une enquête avec le transporteur. Je reçois quelque jours plus tard un mail de leurs part m’indiquant que ni eux ni le transporteur n’assumera la responsabilité de ce vol! Avec sois disant comme preuve dès image rattaché au mail alors qu’il n’y avait du tout dans le mail à part leurs refus de m’aider dans ma situation! Dès signalement anti fraude on été fait de ma part a l’encontre de Ssense dans les diffèrent organisme anti fraude présente sur le net. Et une plainte va être déposé cette semaine a l’encontre de Ssense ainsi que de sont transporteur.

EDITED TO ADD IN RESPONSE TO THEIR LIE OF A RESPONSE: not “resolved”, put me through absolute hell, and since I did not mention it before out of courtesy but just due to how annoying your response was, made ableist remarks. ALSO, your staff has spammed my email for weeks after this despite me asking several times for you not to. It is beyond petty, you gave me a severely terrible experience and no lie is going to change that. Don’t shop here people. I regret my every purchase.

Purchased this for nearly $200 and it arrived looking like it came out of a dumpster with dust, crushed bug inside, and made me want to vomit. Over 24 hours and customer service refuses to help me. This place has become a scam with zero integrity, truly pathetic business with no regard for customers or the products it sells, clearly.

We came, tried on 30 outfits, bought like 5K of clothes and shipped to Vancouver.

However, when we got home, they refunded us partially and saying items unavailable. Although we tried them on there.

Thus, I will return all and never buy from Ssense again.

Love the store's layout and interior.

Do setup an appointment 7 days prior to your visit. Worth the experience of trying on clothes, hassle free.

Wish they still had the cafe at the top floor which now is shoes.

Ordered two pairs of shoes, they shipped super quickly to Ontario. One did not fit and I sent it back for a return, and followed up with customer service requesting an exchange for a different size. Unfortunately that was not an option, however the customer care representative offered to cover the shipping for the next order for the new shoes. The refund came through within the same week that I sent it back, so I re-ordered the same pair but in a different size and got the shipping refunded as well. Overall, very easy and seamless process. Treat others with kindness and they will so the same!

Par où commencer? Vêtements arrivé sale, avec des trous, étiquette manquante ou seulement attaché avec une aiguille sur l’étiquette. Soulier déjà porté ou encore avec défauts. On parle de marchandises designer avec le prix qui vient avec. Complètement innaceptable. Me fait douté de l’authenticité. Est-ce que la marchandise est soldée car elle est seconde mains? ! Aujourd’hui je reçois de nouveau une commande il manque la moitié car bris d’inventaire. Pourtant ce retrouve toujours sur le site web. Plus jamais SSense, je commander ailleurs.

J'ai pris un rendez-vous sur le site Web que j'ai dû modifier. En arrivant au magasin on me fait savoir que j'ai manqué mon rendez-vous. Leur système a accepté la modification malgré le fait qu'il n'y avait plus de disponibilités. Extrêmement déçue et une perte de temps totale. Je ne sais plus si j'ai toujours envie de magasiner sur SSENSE.

Pour ma part, le shipping est toujours hyper rapide lorsque je commande chez Ssense Montréal. C'est peut-être la raison pour laquelle les colis ressemblent toujours à des envois de guerre: ') lol.sérieux je serais gênée d'envoyer des choses autant dispendieuses dans un colis tout décalice.c'est légit le cas à CHAQUE livraison.et je parle pas uniquement de l'extérieur, souvent c'est l'intérieur le problème.je suis sur que les colis Shein arrivent plus propre et moins en ruine.clairement si je fais un achat de 1 000 + $ un jour je vais pas me risquer à le faire chez ssense. L'enveloppe ou la boite d'un produit se doit d'être nickel, entre autre pour la revente d'items de designer. On dirait que c'est pour ne pas qu'on le fasse aha.nice inventaire tho: ')
