Ask the employees of they get to keep the interac tips when you pay.the answer is no.the boss keeps it all. Just so all you good folks know.if you want the server to get it.give em cash.if not corporate takes it all! Shocking to me!

Visiting from Toronto, St. Viateur was on the must list. I visited the Anjou branch on a Friday morning - enjoyed my first ever visit to St. Viateur! It seemed like a family run business, and you could see the kitchen while you sat and eat. The staff kneading dough and putting the Bagels in the oven.

Ordered the Traditional and Wow! And both were amazing! Would love if they open a branch in Toronto. Would recommend a must visit to anyone visiting Montreal!

The staff were super friendly. Will happily switch to English or French.
You can watch the bagels being made fresh, order a bag of 1 to 1000 on one side of the shop.
Or order fresh made bagel sandwiches on the other side. Their Sublime Smoothie was amazing. I had the Breakfast Sandwich on a Cinammon & Raisin Bagel. The egg on it was cooked to a perfect over easy consistency. Light and fluffy, not running down your hands while you eat. All the ingredients were fresh.
We left with a dozen Sesame Bagels, and the guy threw in 1 from another flavor for us to try. Would absolutely recommend. And will return if ever in the area again.

Stopped here for a quick bite. Place was friendly and clean. We did not speak French but we received excellent service and they went out of their way for us.
We had a steak and club bagels. Both were very tasty. Worth the drive for authentic Montreal style bagels. If in the area again I would definately stop.

The best bagels in Montreal, and probably all of North America, has opened a new branch where now you can sit down and have a bagel sandwich made for you in a very lovely dining area
Their bagels are always fresh and has this perfect chewy stretchy inside with a delicious crispy crust

Ça n'a pas l'histoire et le cachet de la rue St-Viateur, mais les bagels sont toujours aussi excellents! En plus, il y a un restaurant-café attaché avec beaucoup de places assises.

My go-to location is the Laval location since it is closer to my workplace. Just discovered this location while browsing on the Internet. The bagels are on par with the Laval location and they are Excellent. Went there on a Tuesday morning at around 9: 00AM and there was 2 ladies there (one at the sandwich counter and one at the front counter ; in their mid 50s). Both were cordial and very friendly (might be the owners). Will definitely go back since it is closer to my home. 10/10!

Very unorganized system, staff lacking experience and good manners.
I will not return.

Les bagles sont vraiment délicieux. Leur sandwichs sont vraiment bon. Le service, les prix, la propreté et la gentillesse, tout y est pour faire de cet endroit un incontournable! Très belle découverte!

The best bagel I've ever eaten. Right from the oven. Especialy sesame ones.the price quality ratio is excellent.
The public transport is not accessible, you need your car or bike. Otherwise it's located in a place close to Costco and Reno-Depot. Facilities are clean and new.
The service is very cordial.

The Bagels are delicious! But the customer service at the store is very poor. The employee's rather have conversation between them instead of serving you. I mean I would do self serve but it's not possible.
I rather drive all the way to St Viateur street to get better service.

If you speak English to one French speaking sales person and ask for 2 bagels and get 3 of each and the another English sales person tries to help and still can't get my order right. So I walked out. Called and told this to owner. Tells me by law she doesn't need to speak English.

I ordered a latté and got coffee with my milk. The ratio of milk to coffee was way too much. Please learn how to make proper coffees.

L’endroit est magnifique! Excellent potentiel. Cependant, je suis habituellement patiente et compréhensive dans cette période de pénurie de main d’œuvre, mais mon expérience a été loin d’être agréable… j’ai commandé une salade maison (laitue concombres tomates oignons et thon) la jeune fille au comptoir a eu de la difficulté à l’assembler.elle me l’a remise sans thon. Mon copain a attendu 5minutes avant qu’une des 5 personnes qui étaient dans la cuisine lui demande ce qu’il voulait… rendu à la caisse on m’a chargé un extra de 7$ pour le thon dans ma salade alors que dans le menu j’avais droit à une protéine de mon choix pour 16$ (le prix de base). J’ai donc payé 23$! Pour une salade ultra basique. Lorsque mon copain la mentionné à la caissière elle a simplement sorti une raison bidon… nous avons payé et sommes partis. Vraiment déçue de mon expérience. Je retournerai simplement pour me procurer des bagels frais.

Wow, what can I say. AMAZING! The bagel sandwiches are sooo good. Great for breakfast and lunch. My next visit, which will be very soon, I will definitely try the ricotta, fig jam with balsamic glace on a bagel. Also please note: There is PARKING! The staff are very welcoming. Loved it!

So happy there’s a store in the east end! Great variety and all the classic accoutrements you would hope for a quick bite or dozen to go

I went there today! Delicious sandwiches and good coffee. Bought some different varieties of bagels to bring home.good and fresh. I will definitely go back!

Ate there the first time for breakfast, bagels and coffee are excellent, however i find that everything is over priced and exaggerated, for $20 more me and my wife and toddler can eat a king breafast at a breakfast resto. How does a a breakfast begel wity egg bacon come with no cheese? And $3 extra to add a slice of cheese makes absolutely no sense! Totally exaggerated, I’ll return to pick up my dozen bagels but not to eat in.

Bagels freshly made each day with a variety to chose from. If you are hungry they have a kitchen side where you can order meals to eat there or too go. They have tons of coffee selections if you just want to relax with friends in a modern setting.
