Starbucks

It closes at 10pm everyday as advertised. I arrived at 9: 52pm to find the doors locks and the staff cleaning up. I knocked on the window and the staff member looked at me and shrugged and pointed at the cash and said it was closed. I proceeded to call and saw the same staff member look at the phone and ignore it. This was very unprofessional and frustrating as a customer. I assure you I will contact whoever needs be for this matter to be addressed.

I was ordering through drive thru. The lady who was taking my order is such a sweetheart. Very patient and helpful. She was greeting us with a lovely smile. You can tell she loves her job. The drinks are good, and there are a few mistakes, but they changed it right away.

I have never seen a more disorganized place. 30+ minute wait for a mobile order placed at the store. Staff stands around a lot during peak times, rather than filling orders. Avoid this Starbucks at all costs.

Chaque fois que je viens ça prend 15 à 20 minutes recevoir mon breuvage …que ce soit à l’intérieur ou au service au volant. Incroyablement long, ils devraient mettre plus de staff en service.

Starbucks is not what it was. They don't follow recipes right the taste is never the same

Just waited in line for 20 mins at the drive thru, arrived at the window to order at 10: 03 for the staff to tell me they closed 3 mins ago. So much for hospitality, courtesy and good customer service…I know for a fact that at every other starbucks, a cone is put behind the last car so that customers know the store isn’t taking new orders anymore. Ridiculous!

Not satisfied waithing in line for ever service slow and then problem with the machine to pay not amazed after all never again.

Parking is very restrictive, but there are additional spots in the back in another complex lot. Drive thru traffic may impede access in front and around the establishment.

Hands down, one of the best service you’ll ever get from Starbucks, the employees are extra nice, I live very far yet this branch will always be my favourite and very choice to go

Service rapide mais malheureusement souvent TRÈS achalandé à la commande à l'auto, et peu de stationnement pour aller à l'intérieur. Juste deux conseils: soit commander à l'avance avec l'appli pour l'intérieur, ou si vous tenez à passer par la commande à l'auto, arrivez par le sud pour faire la file sur le boulevard parce que par le nord il y a toujours des irrespectueux qui passent devant vous en plus d'avoir à devoir couper le traffic inverse! Pour l'intérieur et l'ambiance, c'est propre mais pas le plus beau que j'ai vu, mais tout de même pas le plus laid.

Service au volant excessivement lent. Erreur constante pour le même refresher commandé a chaque fois, jamais pareille. Remplisse de glace avant meme de mettre le jus

Very quick service, very good at suggesting alternatives if something is out or you can’t decide what to get. Great wifi as per usual. Like most Starbucks, it’s chilly in the winter being a sweater I’d you plan to stay long and study

Majority of staff are bilingual don’t fret Anglo’s!

Some staff have no manners, taking breaks on the side while on their phones without earphones playing videos out loud - we all know by now this is impolite and rude

Ça fait 20 minutes que j'attends un simple café (à 7$) et c'est super tranquille! Et ya 5 employés! C'est vraiment frustrant de se faire perdre son temps comme ça parce que les employés n'ont pas envie de travailler!

Service lent mais ce que je comprend pas c toléré un chien sans laisse et le laisser monté sur le comptoir

Le service au volant est vraiment toujours long. Autour de 20 minutes en file, toujours pas servi.

Le café est toujours fermé à l'intérieur par manque de staff donc quand tu fais une route à pied pour que le magasin sois finalement fermé de l'intérieur et que la seul façon de commander est en voiture s'est dérangeant, surtout que même en venant en voiture la file pour le service aux volant et géante.

Qualité des boissons irréprochable. Attente peut être très longue si vous passez durant les heures de pointes. Très bon emplacement ce qui attire plus de personnes

Sadly, it's getting worse by the day. Though the drinks are well done, you never know if you will be able to go in and order or if they'll be attending only in the drive thru in the middle of the day. We usually come walking, so it's been very frustrating, since we can't be attended in the drive thru (found out in the worst way.)
They should be ashamed of not having an online order option like EVERYONE else nowadays.and by they, I mean Starbucks in QC.

Always had very slow service at this place. Try to avoid. For the price they charge its not worth it.

Excellent service! Always doing their best but I wish that the other customers will understand and accept the fact that they’re understaff, which is out of their control if no one is available to work, and that’s why it can be slow sometimes:/

Drinks are always delicious, but not worth the 30+ minute wait. I recommend driving 5 more minutes when the line up is wrong to corbusier or st martin Starbucks

You'll wait minimum 30 minutes for a drink. First time I think it's a bad luck, second time: ok must be another bad luck. Third time I'm off bro. It should be free if you have to wait that long for an expensive drink.

Hours are extremely deceiving. Went today Monday April 19th at 3: 45 p.m. And found their drive through shut and no one inside. Not the first time this has happened. Not too happy about it and hopefully this issue is resolved.

Il n'y a JAMAIS ce que je veux toujours en train de me dire qu'ils n'ont pas reçu leur commande et ce 2 fois semaine.
L'attente est interminable moyenne de 30 min par matin Je tente de téléphoner avant d'y aller être sûr pas faire 30 min et ils n'ont pas ce que je veux et ils ne repondent pas au téléphone. OUF what a service!

Make sure to have at least an hour to waste even if in your car, average of 10-15 minutes per car. At least the order wasn't mixed up

Un café Starbuck c'est un petit plaisir luxueux que je m'offre à l'occasion. Le mien c'est un Caramel Macciato, quel est le vôtre?

Lineup is always crazy at the drive-thru because of the pandemic but I always get good service at this location.

Place itself is very nice. Bright and large space. However, for the service, extremely slow, many baristas on the floor but all of them are busy joking around. Seeing the long line at the drive-through so decided to walk-in, the guy was not welcoming at all. Nobody was in front of us but he still manages to make my friend and I wait for a long 5 minutes for him to actually say Hi and take our order. You would expect a drive-through to have a fast service, but this place is NOT.

L’endroit n’est pas propre dès la porte de l’entrée. Les portes tachées, beaucoup de mouches à l’intérieur. J’ai regretté d’avoir acheté mon breuvage à cet endroit.

Literally the worst starbucks.serving 1 client every 15-20 minutes, staff joking arround while clients are freezing outside, took me 1 hr to get served a Dragonfruit when I was 5th in line
