Starbucks

When I have a craving for a good coffee I would normally think StarBucks however lately I found the coffee at the location in kirkland a little below standard compared to other starbucks.
I have been served warm coffee on many occasions and when I have already left in the car so I just do not bother drinking it. What a waist of my money so on June 8,2023 I got another warm coffee. So this time I go back and ask for a hot cup of what ever they have just to hear that the other pot is no hotter. So the girl offers to make a new pot of fresh coffee and says it won't take long. What I did not see is she put the cup under the coffee machine and caught the first drips to fill a cup. Then she calls me and says its ready. I had to come back again because it was so strong it was undrinkable.
I can understand maybe the girl dosen't drink coffee or has no idea what she just done was wrong. Management is responsible for training the staff correctly on what a starbucks standard are.
I went to a coffee house they specialize in this and should know better between a warm and hot cup of coffee and know that I as a customer will not mind to wait the extra time till the coffee has finished dripping. I appreciate the fact she warned me it will take a few minutes to make a fresh pot so there was no rush let the pot finish.
I hope this helps them learn that Coffee is what they do so please try to do it right.

Following a trend at Starbucks where they're understaffed and thus lately make more errors in their attempt to keep up.
Order contained wrong drink however took too long so didnt bother correcting.

It's a bog standard Starbucks. Surprisingly crowded for a Thursday afternoon. Service was a bit slow and the staff seemed overworked but they were friendly. The coffee beverage I ordered was fine.

Friendly staff. Get the order right every time. Not much seating since COVID unfortunately.

New staff during the holidays were very friendly. Glad they took their time to ensure the drinks were done correctly. Most of the staff speak both English and French, so don't be shy if you're more comfortable speaking one or the other. Washrooms were a bit dirty and the dining area was not well kept (since it was busy), so we took our drinks to go. Overall a positive experience, especially considering how busy they were.

The staff is amazing especially Jasmine. She is friendly, knows the regulars orders and is always polite.

Love their hot chocolate. It's not too sweet so I get that raw chocolate flavor and its not too heavy neither.

Close without any reason! It was a Saturday evening, around 5 pm, a lot of people coming to this place and the door was locked with nobody inside.
Terrible place, avoid it.

Always my favorite coffee, since I just enjoy plain black coffee I feel out of place with all the lattes and Frappuccinos. And I love the oat bars. Friendly staff!

Supper nice staff…Jack served me today and he made my day by the great drink he prepared. He comforted me when he found out that I was having a bad day️

Like most other Starbucks locations. Wraps are quite good, drinks are okay. This location actually mixes my drink. The others I've been to leave it layered so that I have to remember to mix it otherwise the flavours aren't blended.
This location needs a drive thru!

Have no major complaints for this location of Starbucks. Generally staff is very polite and attentive. Sometimes I've noticed they run out of the bold coffee and the options after that are Pike's Place or Blonde.personally I don't care for either of them, but they need to find an alternative to the bold coffee when not available. Keep up the great work!

Vous avez souvent des grosse fil d'attente, ce qui n'est pas un probleme pour moi car ca roule relativement vite. Lorsque votre machine interac ne foncionne pas, je suggererais, si possible, de mettre la pancarte "comptant seulement" un peu plus loin pour evitez de faire attendre certain pour rien. Apart ça tres bon service!

Service is sub par. Employees were more focused on discussing what transpired over the weekend then the 4 people waiting to be served.

It’s almost a little secret place, when people drive in the mall, they are paying attention to their driving and many people do not know they are there. Great variety and the staff are fantastic. Nice place to sit and relax with your coffee and read the paper or go on the web, they offer free wifi.

Friendly staff and speedy service! Very well maintained and clean environment! If you’re looking to study here or sit and do some work finding a table may be difficult because this location is quite busy

Very well organized and functional place, attracting young people working on their university assignments or just reading. Clean washrooms, lots of air, modern music playback, polite and trained stuff on duty, extended hours of work, great offers, convenient tables, chairs, coaches etc

Having placed my order, I stood waiting for my drink when the Batista made her bosses drink b4 mine. There were at least 4 ppl behind me waiting for their drinks. This did not impress me at all. Took her a total of 10+ mins to fulfill my order. Plus their garbage cans were overflowing. How gross!

Service chaleureux et rapide, environnement agréable, mais beaucoup d'affichage uniquement en anglais sur les murs.

Why don't they get rid of Pike Place, it's weird. Im curious if they are doing any sort of customer surveys about their coffee choices. I go there if and only if I want some sugary drinks like macchiatos. Other than that the inside is always more cozy than others.

Friendly and helpful staff with good selection of coffees. Need to improve on the food but it's ok.
