Starbucks

The Ham pesto sandwich made me so so sick. I used to eat The other one before they switched it for this one so I decided to try it. Was so disgusting. I took out the chicken and wiped off the cheese barely ate it and now I’m in so much pain!

I ordered a Chocolate Frappuccino small and a Dragon Fruit medium. Got paper cups with weird opening. I asked the clerk why I have this kind of cups. She said this is new cold drink cups for small and medium. Does Starbucks understand the presentation is also part of the enjoyment for a drink? I spent $18 (including a cake pop) and expecting get see through cups with nice presentation! Turn out drinking from a paper cup with cheap opening doesn’t know/see what I am drinking! I will not buy these cold drinks if Starbucks start to using this cups to sell cold drinks! The cold drinks are not that delicious without good presentation!

J'ai pris un café latte et c'était délicieux, cet endroit semble idéal pour travailler ou étudier. Je reviendrai certainement.

Honestly one of the nicer Starbucks' I've visited. The staff were super friendly and the service was quick even though they were quite busy. I'd be happy to go there again!

J'y vais toujours et c'est toujours la même employée qui me sert. Elle s'appelle Nayla et son service client est impeccable, irréprochable, incroyable! Elle mérite une augmentation! Vraiment wow! Sinon le staff et génial! Très bien organisé! Service ultra rapide! Wow! Je recommande

I seriously love going to Starbucks everyone working there is so jolly. Always smiling. Service is impeccable. Even if you're in a bad mood u will have a smile at the end. Because they have good energy.

I hit up the drive-thru and ordered a matcha frap and specified 3 times that I wanted soy milk only to realize later on that they used regular milk as I started feeling sick. Thankfully, I can handle a small amount of milk but had it been someone who is severely allergic, the outcome would have been way worse.

Update: I went back a few days later and told them the situation and they gave us a free drink!

I was having a bad day. I asked for something sweet to eat my emotions and I started crying (too many things going on) The cashier gave me two (delicious) pop cakes and a latté, Free of charge! Then, she wrote this on my cup. STARBUCKS, you just made me a client for life! Thank you for your kindness towards a stranger.

Le staff est tellement gentil ici. Une fois je ne savais pas quoi prendre. L'employé m'a proposé plusieurs drinks et finalement j'ai trouvé la perle rare: un flat white glacé avec 3 pompes de vanille, 3 pompes de toffe nut, lait d'avoine et la mousse crème vanille.

Great service (strange that there were 12 employees crammed up behind the bar while a max of 6 customers could enter at a time). That's the oddity of these covid rules tho I guess.

I go to starbucks lots! And I love it but I would say RESTATE your order twice in this particular location!:) This is the second time they messed up my order: (. Last time I said no sugar and I only drank my drink a bit later and it had a load of sugar. This time I said oat milk because cow milk makes me sick and I noticed it taste funny been forever since I drank cow milk but I thought maybe it's just me, later my stomach was cramping!: (Anyway all to say, I will be asking them to resay my order next time aha.

Très bon café sublime wrap au feta et épinards. Personnels très courtois bravo au Starbucks de la salle. Cependant, très déçus de celui du dix30.

Personnel très souriant et aimable. Par contre les toilettes ne sont pas disponible, a cause de la covid, mais j'avais vraiment besoin d'y aller.

Before leaving, be sure to read the sticker on your drink. Drink is often messed up during the ordering process. With the long line-ups due to COVID, it's impossible to get your drink corrected. Stay one step ahead of the game to make sure you get your desired drink.

The drive through lineup is really long at any time of the day for the past 2 months, waiting between 25-45 minutes, which is unacceptable for a fast food/drinks business. Consequently, I feel less and less inclined to go to this place. Otherwise, the service is most of the time just ok, which is understandable given the fact that they are probably overwhelmed.

I been to Starbucks here and there its like that certain franchaise with the clown as its mascot in consistency you will always get what you ask for so Ive never been disappointed because I dont have very high expectations with this company, however do buy the beans they are pretty darned good and treat the kids to the wide choice of cold beverages.

Friendly staff! Man it's good to get friendly staff serving you especially during these times of covid.
Quality products served as well.
My only issue, is the drive through. The line ups are long and waiting time is not great.
Easily a 5 star if they somehow change the drive through but overall, if you need your pumpkin frappuccino or mocha latte, or just want a friendly service look no further. 4/5

Very nice and cozy place to do homework or just have a coffee with a friend. Prices are outrageous but then again it's Starbucks.

Seating was mildly uncomfortable, the tables were not clean or wiped down. The tea I ordered was delicious but everyone was surprised I ordered it. Consider a refit or a renovation with more comfortable seating. Also please hire more staff. This place is constantly filled with students and people having meetings; consider setting up cozy conversation corners and expanding to the second floor.

This place was clean and had the yummy coffee smell one expects from a Starbucks coffee shop. However, I find that the service is quite slow. We were only 4 ppl in line and it took quite some time to get my beverage. I think it could be a great place to go to relax or to study or even leisurely read a book. Keep in mind that I have only been there twice but overall, I find it quite good. The beverage that I had did not disappoint but don't go there if you are in a hurry because you might miss your bus.

I go here often just because I love Starbucks
but this franchise is a mess

if you bring your own mug, not only do you not get a discount but they will waste a paper cup, pour it in your mug and throw out the paper cup

the staff is also very unstable so the service is extremely slow because they are constantly training

They can’t follow a simple order, never right and always mistakes! I’ve been having Starbucks everyday for years now and the is the worst branch guaranteed!

Much larger than I would have expected, yet it still has a very relaxed and comfortable feel. Many patrons were using laptops and the average age trended younger. The staff were nice and overall it was a very pleasant experience.

This Sunday I entered the store at 9h30, paid and waited 20 minutes. Until 9h50, I still haven't received the latte I payed for. I had to leave for work without getting my latte. I am used to fast services from other Starbucks downtown, they normally gave me my latte within 10 minutes. I just didn't know the service is so slow in this store. If I knew I would never have paid and waited.

This and other Starbucks should keep a cleaner coffee house I think. With so much competition out there they should make a better effort in cleaning up the place, its messy and dirty

Je suis une cliente régulière du starbucks a Lasalle! Depuis 2-3 semaines jattend aumoin 8-10 minutes au service volant? Pour un café? Come on guys

Bon service au volant, mais vraiment décevant de ne pas pouvoir se faire servir en français. L'employée parlait que anglais.
