For a Starbuck's it really lacks the service component.
Staff is slow and not tentative to growing line ups. With just 3 people ahead, it took way more than 5 minute to take my order and batista was staying idle, with not orders to take.

J'aime ce Starbucks avec les chaises et fauteuils disponibles dans le mall devant le commerce. Le service est toujours rapide et point de vue café, il est excellent. Malheureusement les prix des cafés sont un peu élevés. Je suppose que c'est le prix à payer pour fauteuils et la tranquilité, car c'est tranquille. Le centre Rockland a une clientèle assez tranquille à la base, j'adore!

J'ai eu une très belle expérience je vous conseille d'y aller pour goûter au chocolat chaud blanc, le wifi fonctionne magnifiquement bien, les prix sont très abordable, les employés sont respectueux, Ariane est une personne souriante.

My best place to take coffee is from Starbucks but this one is the worst i order every day but not from here its was 4: 25 i took my order 4: 47 they passed my order and let all people go before i took the gerant name julian its the first time in starbuks i saw someone do cocktails without cleaning the blender

Threw a hole venti iced coffee in the trash because it was so disgusting. They have been inconsistent with their quality tbh it’s not even worth the price anymore

Whatever happened to quick service. Staff is super friendly but having to wait for 30mn to get an espresso shot is not serious business

Starbucks has lost it's image of luxe in serving the real coffee and all other beverage, event hough the food they put it in a plastic bag and they serve it in a paper bag even if you will eat in the café, the service bar lose many items from milk, cream and chocolate & cinnamon powder.the ceramin platters disappear.the diplay fridge is poor in deserts and snacks varieties.they lost their trademark value.

The worst starbucks i’ve ever been, we’re still waiting for 30 mins just to get our order, they’re understaffed and i wish i can give this place a 0 star cuz it’s so terrible. Don’t go here.

Worst Starbucks ever. Two coffees took an hour and the cashier messed up my points for the app.

Super slow service! One frk employee serving 20 people waiting for 30 mins for a drink. Second one comes out and still slow service.

I have been a starbucks loyal consumer for more than 30 years now and I have never ever encountered such rude employees (the supervisor and her employee friend). After her insolent behaviour and rude attitude, I will never visit that outlet in Rockland and seriously thinking of switching brands, just to avoid meeting other sarcastic characters! Most of the time the drinks are wrong and she ends up giving them away instead of throwing them.

The ladies working in this store especially the supervisor are bullying and insulting customers I had a traumatic experience today when she started calling me rude and bad
parent’´in f 8 yrs old kid because I told her in a nice manner shethat w she were before the customer she was serving for the second time because she was mistaken about the ingredients in her drink.

Very dirty, lots of flies, employees chatting while crowded, dirty floors and counters, very appalling state

Closing time today is 6: 30pm, I came at 6: 20pm and the girl who’s working there told me they close at 6: 30pm but they’re understaffed so she can’t serve me with a rude tone. What an excuse not to serve me, it’s so unprofessional. Some clients were just served so they were drinking their coffee or wtv, there was no other client than me who wanted to order something so it wouldn’t even taken her much time to serve me plus they were 2-3 employees there.

Randomly closed at 2. Not the first they have randomly closed or not opened at all in direct contradiction to their posted hours.

Le service les asiatiques qui travaillent sont tellement gentils aimables envers leurs clients. Dommage par moment il n, y pas de place pour prendre son cafe. Il devrait être plus grand ce stabucks
