They've added more tables/chairs. Still got a very helpful and courteous staff of baristas always ready to help. Always friendly and cheerful.

Amazing experience at this spot. Not only are there multiple window seats with various charging outlet stations, but they have a hallway "extension" where more seats are available in the main room is full. Staff wise, I noticed right away how cordial everyone was, their positive energy was palpable and they did great in recommending me a drink I'd love. My cashier walked me through my options and I'm glad I trusted them with the final choice. They called it the "Bueno" drink, sweet enough to gulp down while still having that coffee kick to wake you up. It was DECELICIOUS! The barista made sure to let me know when they started working on my drink and checked in to make sure it was correct, which I really appreciated since often at other Starbucks store they don't bother. Overall, I'd definitely recommend coming to this store, you won't regret it:)

Usually have great service with a different group baristas. This morning was pretty bad, only one guy on register and one making drinks with a girl doing inventory. I understand it’s important but there was a line all the way outside and the guys were not productive. The guy at the register was clearly going through a rough hangover, couldn’t keep a conversion, kept crouching down and holding his head. Kind of surprised as this is a Starbucks reserve and the service is usually stunning!

Wonderful experience. Service was fast and efficient. Staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone. Hands down the best starbucks in MTL! Special shoutout to Hatice that made me discover the starbucks double shake drink. You made my day.

Although I don't typically leave review, I must commend Hatice for consistently providing exceptionnal service at this Starbucks location. Unlike other locations I've visited, Hatice consistently deliver great drinks with a smile, making every visit a pleasant experience!

Les employés sont super courtois, empressés, gentils et souriants! Les cafés sont faits avec exactitude! C'est toujours plaisant et ça commence bien la journée d'aller s'y chercher un café!

Coffee was tasting water by putting so much ice in it, place is really small, got my name wrong not coming again will go to other starbucks much better than this one

Le café ferme à 20h, mais dès 18h30, dès qu'un client quittait une table, les employés mettent les chaises sur les tables et avise ceux qui entrent qu'ils doivent prendre pour apporter. Heureusement ils nous ont laissés finir nos choses (ceux qui n'ont pas quitter), mais mettons que ça donne pas envie de s'éterniser sur place.de plus commencer à nettoyer (balais et mop) pendant que les clients sont encore en train de boire leurs cafés ce n'est pas très professionnel.
Sinon point positif le personel lorsqu'ils sont au comptoir sont sympathique

Customer service is good and clean quality is good too but I’m kind of disappointed I can’t used Starbucks app and coupons here they said they are franchise just doesn’t make sense for client for me Starbucks is Starbucks

I always get the wrong starbucks order everyone is extremely kind there they are amazing but I just hope they could understand the orders I basically asked for a iced coffee made with sweet cream but they always put the sweet cream on top when I clearly said made with sweet cream in the coffee …

I have been to a few different places but this place has got to be my favourite one. You get a warm welcome every time you step into the place and the service is fast. The staff is friendly and is always attentive to your wants and needs. Would highly recommend this place
