Rude staff and non professionnal. After waiting 20 min for my order - a large, black, coffee -im being yelled at that i have to give my name next time; the clerk didn't ask it of me but it was my fault for not telling her somehow.

I ordered multiple times via Uber Eats. Out of 3 orders, for 2 of them they did not put cream on the top even though I had clearly selected it in the menu!

Don't know what to say.

I’ve been here for many times but today was really bad experience
I ordered a strawberry frap and less sugar no cream on the top
When I got my drink was too sweet even sweeter then my bf’s regular sugar drink and with cream on the top
Then my bf told the girl who are blond and short who I never seen her before said we ordered less sugar but it’s rely sweet
So she made new one for me
But you guys can see it’s white at all
? I understand if she is new stuff but she made wrong drink not even to me
My bf ordered a regular sugar frap crml and it was like half sugar and there was a guy ordered a cold brew and she gave him iced coffee? !

It's a busy spot. Staff are welcoming and trying their best. Just be prepared to wait longer than usual on weekends.

I am a regular costumer at Starbucks. I feel very disapponted with quality of service. Very recently I ordered Moka at this store and I was served with a cup of milk/froth and (maple) syrup instead. Your staff are overworked and prone to make mistake.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon to get some work done for school.

I wasn’t sure if it was a student friendly place.

So here is my review:

The music is a little loud, I’ve managed to get myself a little place in the corner with an outlet for my electronics.

I wish there were more sitting space available.

I’m next to the bathroom, so a little busy here and there, which is normal. I chose this area because of the corner and it’s a little more private.

However, I must say that the washroom isn’t clean, a worker came to do a cleanup after almost 2 hours I was here, there was garbage all over the floor.

Overall cleaning is okay, I’d have to add that the chandeliers have alot of dusts, they would need some love.

Also, talking about cleaning, there wasn’t paper towel and spray available to wipe down my table nor chair. I find that in these covid times, it is crucial to have access to cleaning products when needed.

Customer service:
Staff is nice, have good recommendations, friendly, didn’t experience any errors in my orders unlike other reviews I’ve read on here.
Fyi, baristas talk louder than the music in the shop. I have AirPods pro with noise canceling and can here everything… but then again it’s normal. Just a heads up if you were looking for something quiet.

Area:
Probably because of the pandemic, but there isn’t much space to sit.

I have 2 people come up to me to use the extra chair that was at my table.

I feel bad for people coming in and want to sit, is it so pack!

Overall, it is student friendly, but good luck in finding a place to sit, not so many unfortunately.

The cashier named Sirop, thats how he pronounced his name, was rushing so much and cutting me off while I was ordering. I went to the window and realized I forgot one more drink so I told him he was rushing me I couldn't finish my order and he responded "what is the problem madam? " and he didn't acknowledge that I didn't get to finish my order. When he gave me the order it was wring and I didnt want to complain any ore because I was so tired from.work.very disappointed with the service

Horrible service & wait times are ridiculous for a drink you didnt even order. Waited 25 mins in the drive through just for them to give me a vendi cup of water and almond milk, rather then the vanilla chai latte I ordered, ridiculous and will not be returning

Arianna is the best barista. She was quick, friendly, and polite. She remade my drink eventhough it was my fault (I ordered it incorrectly). My coffee was made just perfect also! Thanks to her and I hope there are more baristas like Arianna

Just of highway 40, this particular Starbucks is great in getting your coffee togo before or after work. I have found that the staff are very friendly and always trying to make your stay extra special. During the summer months, you can enjoy your favorite beverage outside on their patio in a very quiet and relax setting. Drive through is a little slow and you may need a little patience especially during peak hours before you get your order. Overall, great place to get fresh coffee and delicious deserts at reasonable prices. Love their cappuccinos!

They were closed 11 am on a Sunday. Not the first time I've shown up and they're randomly closed. Staff is very friendly when it's open, but it's very frustrating that it isn't updated anywhere online when closed.

I kid you not they always gets the drive through order wrong. Every. Single. Time. I come here often and i repeat the order 3 times to make sure they get it because ive noticed they dont train their employees well here or they dont hear anything. I always get either whip cream when i say specifically not to give it, the WRONG drink or just absent minded. This is the only starbucks drive through that 100% of the time lets me down. Only reason i even bother to come is its a convienient place to my routine amd i usually go inside whete they make it properly most of the time. Seriously, train your employees to listen and pay attention to customers! Already these coffees are pricey at least get it right.

I went into Starbucks today and I just want to thank the staff for their amazing and caring service. I am a plus-size woman, and unfortunately there was an altercation between me and a man in front of me in line which consisted of him shaming me for coming to Starbucks due to my weight. Not only did he make comments to me; but to my little sister as well. When he commented about her on his way out, my sister got very angry and told the man to leave and leave us alone. The staff hearing what had happened was so kind and gave us our drinks for free. They honestly didn’t have to; I know they are super busy and what not; but the gesture was really appreciated. I don’t remember the partner at the cash who was so sweet; but I hope she has an amazing day. Thank you for your kindness.

Despite the fact that there's always a huge line, the staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, today might have been a bad day for them because they were slow, they were talking between themselves and got my order wrong but we all have bad days.

I ordered a grande mango and passion fruit refresher. Asked for ice on the side because when the ice melt, the drink taste too watered down. I really wish i could post the pictures i took of my drink. Not even half full, asked them why wasn’t it a full cup they said because you asked for ice on the side, if we had added the ice in the cup it would’ve looked fuller. Really disappointed with that service.

Slowest service. Drive thru lineup is painful. Who has the time for that? Even when there are only a few cars it takes at least 10 minutes.

The line of the drive thru is always long and the parking gets busy.even if you walk in instead of the drive thru it takes so long to get your order. Coffee is good tho!

I was so happy with my latest visit that I had to write a review. Emma from the Lucerne location made my day today.
I usually pay with my starbucks app on my phone but my phone kept glitching when I was at the cash, I offered to pass the people in line behind me while I restart my phone and try to fix it. EMMA refused and said not to worry, the coffee would be on her today and wished me a wonderful day. That's what you call a unforgettable customer experience. THANK YOU

Very bad service
Received the wrong flavor of frapuccino at the drive thru and when i tried to tell the barista who gave it to me that i ordered something different she said, “this is what you asked for so this is what you get” and didn’t give me my real drink or explain. Waste of time and money, rude service that is consistently sub standard

The customer service is terrible, the cashier was rude and impatient I felt like I needed to rush. She got my order wrong. I waited 30 mins to get my second drink because I had ordered 2. That was done wrong after waiting half an hour because they forgot my second drink. I told the girl the size was wrong and she just argued with me and tried to explain to me that’s what I was going to get. I never asked for a small size when the girl was taking my order I had specified venti. I just don’t understand why I was getting so much attitude from the workers. I am not one to complain or ever even write reviews but this visit really rubbed me wrong. I could see the workers whispering in-front of me and they were just completely rude. I had found a piece of plastic in my drink back in early October and I just went in and showed them and never wrote about it but it just keeps getting worse. It’s unacceptable that the service keeps getting worse and the quality is declining as well. I never had that kind of service in the morning, mostly in the evenings.

La personne qui était au service au volant le 21 novembre 2020 a 16h a décidé de retirer son masque et de sentir ma boisson pour s'assurer qu'elle avait mis le bon sirop. Et lorsque je lui ai demandé "whatsupp" et que je l'ai informé que je n'allais pas prendre cette boisson, elle a dit ne pas comprendre pourquoi j'en faisais tout un plat! Like where are we? Ce genre de service est innaceptable même si je serais entrain de mendier.
Je ne comprends pas que ce genre de comportement soit permis ches Starbucks.

On Monday March 9th at round 12 30 pm. I had ordered a double espresso macchiato with almond milk which costs 4.16$ at the Starbucks drive through. I had decided to pay with cash, gave the girl a 5$ bill and she did not give me any change back. I then asked her where was my change and she told me that the prices went up. I told her that just a few seconds ago at the intercom the person taking.the orders said that my coffee was 4.16$. She then gave me the dirtiest and most disturbing look ever.she then reaches over to a bag full of cash (maybe her tip) and gives me my change.
It is not about the money.its just 80 cents but about being an honest employee. Imagine how many people she does that too and tells them prices went up.not cool. Never returning back that Starbucks.

It is my favorite SB, I am there like everyday at the drive-through. I realized you have to ask how much sugar they put at each SB in any drink, different SB put different amount of sugars. Cheers!

I go every morning to pick up a grande blond coffee Most of the time it's lukewarm and very strong. Like coffee that's been sitting for too long. I'm often dissatisfied with the coffee and once I received someone else's order.

Pretty good coffee if you order the right thing, according to your preferences. I work Saturday mornings and that cinnamon flat white and sausage and cheddar breakfast sandwich gets me thru the shift. The lady/female/person who works at the drive thru window is very friendly but without being over board, which can be bracing after 4 hours sleep. All in all, good reliable place for slightly over priced good reliable coffee.

Couches are so old. They remind me of furniture that's thrown out on moving day. But it matched the look of the dumpy place. The cinnamon tasted off too. This is a very lousy location.

I love the Rose blossom matcha iced latte and this is what i usually order when I come to Starbucks. The girl at the cash said they ran out of Rose Blossom syrup and offered to try the Vanilla syrup. She said she liked the Vanilla syrup. I hesitated at first but than agreed to give it a try. What a disappointment! The taste is completely different! Feels like there is a problem with stock supply management in this place. And my husband did not like the almond croissant, too dry and too little almond paste inside.: - (

Bad service!

Today was a hot day so my wife had a desire for a cold coffee. So we went through the drive-through and ordered the Frappucino Caramel, size venti. Since the lady who talked to us spoke in french, I answered in French. I was polite, even upbeat. But when we got the drink, it was small size. I asked her why it was so small, she answered that I ordered "petit" which was small in French.

I asked that we get a size venti and asked her the price for it. Lisa, the person who was serving at the drive-through, wave her hand at me in a dismissive manner and looked angry when she replied that there is no need to pay. I insisted, she refused in a very rude way as though I was bothering her.

A few minutes later, she handed me the drink. The whipped cream was melted, there was no ice anymore and the drink was warm already. LISA HAD GIVEN ME AN OLD DRINK THEY HAD LYING AROUND. I was furious, but I chose to not escalate the matter. So I took the drink, drove next to a sewer opening and dumped the content into the sewer, as for the plastic glass, I threw it into the thrash can in the park next to where I dumped the liquid.

This was a horrible experience. I do not think my wife and I deserved to be treated with such disrespect. We offered to pay for the new drink. So we were clients, twice for the same drink! And since we were clients, should we not be welcomed? Especially on a hot day when drinks should be flying off the shelf and clients be flocking?

Anyways, I wish good luck to the owner (s) of this branch of Starbucks. With employees like Lisa, he/she/they will need it!

Easily the most unprofessional staff at any Starbucks in the city. They make insane amount of noise while chit-chatting with each other, goof around, male staff flirting openly with female staff (without showing any restraint in the presence of customers). The owner must fix this cultural mess or replace the store manager to instill some professionalism. Staff asking for food from each other from one corner of the store to other for themselves - disturbing everyone - is a common occurrence. All of them are young and might have been poorly trained on their first job as to how to conduct themselves when not busy in the store.
