Attendre plus de 10 minutes un simple café filtre, c'est un peu long! ça serait bien d'avoir toujours du café de préparé.

Employee are really nice and fun to talk to but there was one guy his nametag said dredre he has like an of energy i felt like he was a bit arrogant but thats not what bothered me bcs i understand that sometimes our day isnt going so well but what bothered me is that he smelled like freshed smoked canabis and it wasnt professional at all so im taking out 2 stars for that he could've wait to smoke when he finished working but overall its a nice place charming ppl

Avoid at all costs on the weekends! Not for the staff but the people lining up who have 0 manners and don’t understand the concept of waiting their turns.

On peut pas blâmer le personnel car la file d'attente est longue, c'est pas de leur faute si les gens choisissent d'aller à Starbucks en détriment des autres concurrents dans le même mall, contre il faut s'activer un peu à un moment donné surtout en fin de semaine. Passer 3-4 minutes par client quand on a 10-15 personnes dans la ligne ça peut faire beaucoup. Sinon du bon café et personnel à l'écoute.

The customer service of Starbucks carrefour laval is top-notch, I highly recommend everyone to go there.excellent service. The best team ever Adrien the manager, Vanessa, Zakaria, David, Marilou and all of them are amazing! Team is always friendly and helpful. Favorite Store ever

La fin de semaine le temps d'attente est extrêmement, pour 3 frappucionos on a attendu 30 à 40minutes.

Des vrai voleurs. Ils m’ont charger 1.60$ pour la crème dans mon cafés et ça aussi un café froid. A évitez cet endroit

Stay away from this place. They charged me 1.60 for the coffee cream
