Starbucks

During lunch time they are quick usually cuz they know it's a rush but after 5pm forget it. Took 25 mins before i got to the cash and there were 3 orders before me only but 7 clients behind me. 4 people behind the counter and yet one is spending their sweet time washing god knows what. The drinks are good, never tasted the food so can't say. But service wise, while they are nice, they found chatting to be more important than serving customers.

I had a fantastic experience at Starbucks. The coffee was superb, the staff was friendly and efficient, and the ambiance was great for studying or catching up with friends. I'll definitely be returning for my caffeine fix!

Je veux seulement à mélanger mon café mais la fille a refusé de m’aider. Le service est très mauvais.

À chaque fois que je vais a celui au Galerie d’Anjou je suis tellement déçu, mon café infusé à froid goûte toujours l’eau et ne ressemble jamais a celui que je prend dans un autre en plus il mettent trop de glace! C’est vraiment pas correct au prix qu’on paie …

Tout les autres Starbuck sont 100% mais pas celui-là! Peut être revoir la formation et les quantités des boissons?

Malheureusement, je vais faire le détour pour aller dans un autre.

Expérience client nulle, toujours les erreurs dans les commandes, les extras payés en plus sont jamais rajoutés à la boisson, boisson à l'avoine faites avec de l'eau! Le superviseur est jamais présent pour demander un remboursement, j'ai écrit un message au service à la clientèle pas de réponse! Les boissons sont quand même chère pour de permettre d'avoir la mauvaise boisson à chaque fois! Si personne me contacte je vais boycotter et écrire tout sur les réseaux sociaux.merci

Mettre 1/3 de liquide et 2/3 de glace. En plus de ne pas remplir le verre au complet. Je vous recommande de faire 10 minutes de trajet de plus pour aller à celui de Lachenaie!

Staff here is pretty competent and always friendly. They are also bilingual which is a big plus. What I really like about this Starbucks is that although it is frequently busy, the baristas are super quick at making the drinks and they've never made any errors with my orders. I've never seen the staff overwhelmed or flustered. However, there were a few times where the cashier seemed confused about my drink orders. I don't know if they were new but it's a bad sign when the cashier is asking the customer how a drink on their menu is made.

I think Starbucks as a company needs a better hiring process because I’m not sure how some of the staff at this location were hired. Extremely rude and unprofessional, insulting customers and giving attitude and rude responses to questions. They gave me a cold drink in a hot drink cup and refused to give me a plastic cup even though they give out cups of water for free? Then they began speaking aggressively towards me when I asked why I couldn’t just get another cup. Ridiculous. The entitlement is incredible. These are the people you want representing your brand? Hire better staff.

Pas facile A atteindre quand ons voyage sur la 40, mais il me fallait un Starbucks avant de poursuivre mon chemin.service hors pair et courtois.
