Just walked 30 minutes to here for the inside to be closed on a sunday morning and being refused service through the drive through. Horrible business practice hire people if your short staffed.

Café brulé ou prevenant d’une machine jamais nettoyée! J’ai demandé qu’elle le refasse ce qu’elle a fait sans rien dire et me donne un nouveau café encore brulé encore une fois sans rien dire.

We bought two drinks today, only to finish one of them and see that there was an ENTIRE WASP at the bottom of the cup! I don't understand how no one saw that before giving us the drinks. Gross.

I’ve been here a few time and I’m always disappointed. There’s always something wrong with my order. When you pay 5$ for a coffee, I expect my coffee to be perfect. We are paying an expensive price for coffee! I am also unsure why they keep forgetting to put whip cream. This might the third time I order pumpkin spice and they forgot the whip cream AGAIN! My coffee was also half empty when it was arrived, very disappointed with their service.

I ordered with my mobile phone, but my name was not called after waiting for 20 minutes. When I asked, I found that the cup with my name on it was left on the coffee machine and was forgotten. The whole working state was chaotic.

For me there's nothing better than my Starbucks I make it personal because the service is great the coffee's great the food's great the atmosphere is great it's my kind of place.

I order through the app every morning before i leave the house and i still have to wait in the twenty minute line only for them to start making my order when i pull up to the window.management needs to reconsider their hiring choices cause at this rate i'll be surprised if this place is still up and running in a few months

Beau grand Starbuck, bon service du personnel mais l’endroit est sale. Les employés devraient faire le ménage régulièrement. Ça améliorerait beaucoup.

The atmosohere at this branch is "nice" depending on the time and day, however when i went it was kinda dirty, the service was good.

Update: This branch needs urgent cleaning, this is disgusting at so many levels.

Rip i simply ordered a marshmallow square (the pre wrapped ones) for pickup via the app (at night) but waited 5 more minutes in store only to have re-explain my simple order again lmao.and then i missed my bus i ordered online so i can i pick it up in 1 minute

Gone are the days that this location was good. They seem to hire based off of looks versus personality and skill.

Waited 20 minutes for a coffee when there was virtually nobody in the store, and no line up in the drive thru. When asked about how long it would be because I was in a rush, they mockingly said "oh you're in a rush! " And then proceeded to laugh with each other.

25 minutes total in store, for all elements of my order to be wrong.

Honestly, if you can't find competent workers, just modify your store orders instead of hiring cruel, juvenile girls who are eternally stuck in a high school mean girl mentality.

I live next to the worst Starbucks location. I seriously just waited 30 minutes in a 7 car lineup at the drive thru for a simple drop coffee and it was absolutely cold. This is the 3rd time I get a cold coffee. I don't usually complain but it's ridiculous at this point

The employees are very nice and friendly. But the only thing is it's sometimes too slow to get served. That's why I'm giving 4 instead of 5

Went inside for a frap and chocolatine, i was the only customer stood there at the cash for 2 minutes while 3 young men were completely avoiding me didn’t even greet me … finally he came to the cash and I advised him of the bugs crawling all over the food they were displaying and he told me don’t worry about it. I then waited 5 minutes for my frap. 3 employees and I am the only customer. 5 min for them To joke around and argue about who’s going to make my frap…horrible service I will never go back to this location and the bugs was just GROSS

The music is loud and questionable taste… I feel like Starbucks are making it less and less comfortable to work there.

This location always always always messes up our order. If we order an iced coffee, they give us a hot one, if we order a venti drink they make a Grande and put it in a venti cup (half our drink is missing). Our clinic always orders from this Starbucks and I don’t think we’ve ever received a perfect order.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered from ubereats at 11am on Monday and spent 30$ for 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches and the entire order was wrong. I asked for a large caramel frappe with oat milk because I can’t drink regular milk and received a medium and it tasted so bad, there was caramel syrup in the bottom of the cup and chunks of ice on top (pretty sure it was not blended properly) it literally tasted like blended ice and milk with caramel and I can taste that the milk was wrong as well, I now have a stomachache. The other drink was fine but it was also a medium (I asked for venti for both.). The sandwiches were not the right ones either, I asked for a sausage and egg sandwich but received a ham and bacon sandwich (I can’t eat bacon and the sandwich was cold and gross couldn’t even eat it). The other sandwich was cold as well and didn't have the sauce I asked for. I called them to confront them and maybe ask them to remake my order and I’d come pick it up but they wouldn’t pick up my calls and I can’t even get a refund from ubereats. I can’t eat or drink any of this and even if it was the wrong order it made me sick and because of them I’ll probably have to take off from work if I don’t feel better soon. My 30$ have been wasted + I have a stomachache.

Went to the drive through. It was pretty quick which is nice but they made a mistake with my simple order of a small flat white, 1 sugar. It was super sweet. I didn't have the time to turn around so I just drank it over the objections of my pancreas.

The girls working are always incredibly kind, sweet and always happy to serve you with a smile. Today was an exceptional experience, as 2 workers were just so kind and friendly, turning my bad day into a good one.:)

15+ minute wait for an iced coffee, only to be told they don’t have it at the moment… they HEAVILY prioritize drive through orders over in store customers so be prepared for a long wait
