Went through the drive thru with the mobile order, there was no line so I had gone through pretty quick. The girl at the drive thru started to lecture me on staying at the order station because my mobile order was not ready. She ruined my experience by talking down to me, not to mention she lacked tact with people and wore so much body spray that I got nauseous.

Going through the drive thru comes with free attitude apparently. Such a bonus and porous attempt at dictatorial service from the window girl was the travesty of this year and a true stain on Starbucks as a whole. As a non drinker having tried it for the first time in eons and I probably wont go back

Everything is good about this place except for the drive through.what a horrible setup! Honestly get frustrated EVERYTIME we drive by there with the cars waiting in line straight up in the street causing trafic. Ridiculous.

Worst place ever I waited 33 min for my moka and above that it was supposed to be without cream and guess what she added cream. The cashier said I must understand because they are only 4 employee it's not my fault if you boss is abusing you guys I paid top dollar I want top service never again. I'm calling Starbucks head office

Hygiene Concerns Need Immediate Attention"

I recently dined at this Starbucks, and unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by significant hygiene concerns. While I'll acknowledge that the staff were friendly and the menu had enticing options, the overall cleanliness left much to be desired.

The moment I entered, I noticed the nastiness behind the counter that hadn't been properly wiped down, and there were crumbs and liquid scattered around the counter and floor. This immediately raised red flags about the restaurant's attention to cleanliness.

I believe this Starbucks has potential, but hygiene should be an absolute priority. I hope the management takes immediate action to address these issues, as I would consider returning if significant improvements are made.

In summary, while there are positive aspects to this Starbucks, the hygiene issues I encountered during my visit were concerning. I hope my feedback helps them make the necessary changes to provide a cleaner and safer experience for their customers.

Que ce soit en après-midi ou après une soirée d'hôpital il est bon d'aller se chercher un café et de le déguster avec bonheur seul ou entre amis surtout s'il a été préparé avec soin! La rapidité du service au volant est assez phénoménale!

C'est le Stabucks de notre quartier, avant qu'on puisse commander via l'appli Starbucks, les files d'attente étaient très longues, mais depuis qu'on commande à l'avance, c'est tellement plus rapide! Nos drinks sont toujours prêts à temps et les employés sont rapides à nous répondre s'il y a quelque chose.

Line can be long, but the staff is polite. I suggest going in by the back entrance (much easier)

This is getting a 1 star because of their ridiculous drive thru setup. Firstly, it forces people to block the car lane, bike lane, and sidewalk on st Martin to get in.
Secondly, the speaker is on an awkward corner and you can can't get very close it and the employees can barely hear your order. We always have to yell at each other and ask to repeat 50 times

Nothing to complain about this place! Always had great people serve me and it’s always clean. No judmental look when you spend the whole day studying or working.

Ma fille a commandé un jus qu'elle n'avait jamais essayé et elle n'a pas aimé. L'homme qui nous a servi était super sympa et je lui ai changé. Wow super sympa, on adore le service.

Très désagréable! Nous sommes arrivés a 10h23 pm & ils ferment a 10h30. Rien n’étais indiqué que le service au volant était fermé + une voiture qui était devant nous ils l’ont passé. J’ai trouvé sa façon de nous dire les choses très irrespectueuses. Je lui ai dit vous avez passé la personne qui était juste devant nous & nous non? ! Elle ma répondu ON EST FERMÉ!

La cassière, Lyna, est très agréable, cependant l’ambiance me semble tendue. Ses collèges sont très durs avec elle, mais chapeau à son professionnalisme et son calme.

The service was amazing. The cashier was very nice, very friendly and she helped me to choose a drink, and I loved it. Lyna made my experience at Starbucks greater, but her colleagues seemed really mean to the clients. I got lucky that Lyna was the one to take my order.

Delicious iced matcha latte.
Service a bit slow because of the time of day, but they were very prompt in fixing a mistake made on my order.

Nice place, it is attached to an Indigo Book store. So you grab something to read and then you can sit a enjoy a great cup of tea while you read your book.

Always getting the worst service at this place, got told three times today to just be patient for my drink. I waited a total of 40 minutes after ordering to finally being told they lost my order, which was exactly why I politely asked them for an update. The workers had such a bad attitude towards me for their mistake.

Long line, rude staff. They forgot my order, ok no problem. Mistake happen. The people waiting in line behind me got all their orders before me. Finally when I got my ice frappe, they forgot to add vanilla. It was bitter. And they fill it half way, kinda cheap not to fill it up. I had to go back and ask to redo my order. Normally I’m very understanding and let it pass but it was so bad I couldn’t drink it. Another girl had to do my drink and it was perfect. I’m very simple. I just wanted a ice frappe. I don’t know if I’ll try it again. They had full staff at this location today.

30 mins d’attente après le paiement pour un latte ordinaire et un refresher (j’ai même pas mentionné le temps avant le paiement) au final, après 30 mins j’ai demandé un remboursement tout comme d’autres clients qui étaient arrivés avant nous… ça invite pas à vouloir y revenir!

Around 7 pm we arrived at the drive through the service was very slow it took them 20 minutes to prepare 2 cups of drinks knowing that they didn’t have clients in side (maybe 2 or 3) in addition to that they got one of the orders wrong we were frustrated as well as the people behind us.
