Bought a venti vanilla bean frapp with extra vanilla bean.when tried it home, no vanilla bean powder left with oat milk only in the cup.tasted like nothing for 9.25$. Really disappointed

Used to be great but we wont be costumers anymore.the croissant used to be crispy and tasty, now it looks like cheap croissants from the grocery store. Breakfast sandwich with sausage and eggs taste different, looks like they dont toast it anymore, english muffin gets soggy and weird. I don't know why it changed, it wasn't like that a few weeks ago.for the price point, really not worth it.

I asked for my drink to have less ice, this is outrageous and low key thief. Keep in mind that some of the glace melted.

Parfait super c’était ma première fois à starbucks mais j’ai adoré le personnel super agréable et compréhensif service rapide aussi

Way to slow. Great staff but there's no reason it takes over 15 minutes for a latte every time I go. A rush is not the time for two staff to be filling up whip cream and other prep items.

Great place but the priority is (of course) the drive through. Great ambiance and positive employees

La nourriture et les les boissons y sont délicieuses et les barista sont très sympathique.

Mauvais service à la clientèle. C'est difficile d'avoir une réponse à ta question. Peu à l'écoute. Ils ne prennent pas le temps. Malheureusement les produits sont très cher et tu t'attendrais à avoir un service plus chaleureux. Très peu agréable. Endroit moyennement entretenu. Dommage.

Ses plutôt rapide les employers sont gentils mais se que jais pris comme boisson s'était pas temps bon jsp si ses juste sebque jais pris

Update (2023) : Unfortunately, it seems that the pandemic has taken its toll on this place. The once amazing crew they used to have has been replaced by new staff that is clearly less experienced/less efficient. Every time I've been back, I've had to wait 15-20 minutes (either in the store or drive-thru) for my drink, which never tastes the same as it used to. I don't know if they water it down, or what.but I started supporting local coffee shops instead. Would strongly suggest avoiding this place.

Original review (2019) : Awesome baristas who go the extra mile to remember regular customers' orders! Drinks are always perfect, food is great. My go-to coffee shop in the neighborhood.

My friend and I ordered on the app and received the wrong drinks TWICE and it took 30 minutes. When told that it was the wrong drink, she told her coworker to just ‘take the whipped cream off’ even though the drink itself was entirely wrong. Didn’t bother telling them a second time they made the wrong drinks
