You can't really rate them for atmosphere because it's inside of a Mall.
We came around 3pm there was long line-up, but these lady's are like machines, we didn't wait long. Thank you for being you.

Always forget to add extras that i paid for and very stingy with it, always understaffed so i can't order ahead and there's constantly such a long line.

The waiting time is long after placing my order. But their chocolate chip cookies and their blueberry muffins are the bomb! Especially when they’re warm and fresh!

Staff is wonderful all though it is super busy since it is the mall, the service was 10/10.all it takes is patience since it is super busy and they all look like they're trying their best.café is always full but again it is the mall which is to keep in mind, everything else is excellent!

One of the most terrible Starbucks I have ever visited. Super low standards and it’s nothing like any other Starbucks cafe I’ve seen outside Montreal. They’re very understaffed, rushed and quality of drinks are below Starbucks standards. I ordered my favorite Grande white mocha after waiting for 30 min in the qeue, and my cup was half full only! The service station was empty no cinnamon, no chocolate powder. It was so far the first terrible experience with Starbucks at this store.

Young worker behind counter. I am observing her, while in line, blowing her nose, throwing the used tissue on the counter, going on to manipulate coffee containers etc. Spoke to non-official manager who was courteous. She asked her employee to wash her hands and she did. All the while she was laughing out loud with other staff members that I had the called her out! Spent 10$ on coffee.will not come back here again. By the way, the cups and other things for sale were covered with dust! Not acceptable for a café that handles food items.

$5 for a decaf coffee. Absolutely ridiculous. Only starbucks location to charge more for the same drink I get $3 elsewhere

Very disappointed and feel very taken advantage of. I simply ordered two drinks for my daughter’s it took 30 to 45 minutes. Considering we were the first ones at the counter this was extremely unprofessional. Then I asked the counter where the drinks were. The lady had said they were busy and coming soon but I overheard the employee talking to each other saying how they should wait for 4 of the same orders instead of doing the orders they got. I was very upset hearing this then we finally received our drinks but they were very poorly made and tasted like water. I would not recommend to go there.

I came from far and I really wanted a drink from Starbucks. On Google it says that they close at 9 PM, I came there at 6: 01PM to then hear an employee tell me it's closed after one minute, I showed her in Google the time table and she told me never trust Google and ignored my presence. I mean common sense would be to have an order of only one drink that I pay for yet she refused me impolitely. Who am I supposed to trust, if not Google?

Trop chère. C’est un succursale qui est plus chère qu’autres succursales de Starbucks sans aucun raison.

I was at this location a few weeks ago and my order got mixed up. They gave me regular milk when I need almond. So besides correcting the coffee, the girl serving me said, "here take this, it's $4 off your next coffee. So sorry. " And handed me a card. Great! Right? !
Ya, I just went to use it at another Starbucks and was told it was an 'inactive' card. NICE!

Normal starbucks. The shop has seating but there is a line to order your drinks every time i go past it

The staff is really unprofessional and the coffee is always burnt. I've never had a good experience here.

Used to love starbucks but lately no locations have been offering the same quality as they used to. Ordered a medium soy latte today and took went straight to my car. I went to take a sip and noticed this is what it looked like! For a 7$ drink i expect it to be full
