Excellent service, the staff that served me was very kind and very patient with me because I didn't know what to ask for and they patiently treated me very well. Thank you

Les employés du Starbucks sont toujours souriants, très gentils et à l'écoute de nos besoins. Le Starbucks est petit, car il est lié à Indigo, mais on a pas le temps de s'en rendre compte, car leur service est rapide!

Les deux baristas étaient d’une gentillesse incroyable!
Je m’étais trompée dans ma commande et la barista l’a tout simplement changée pendant qu’elle la faisait!
La Batista à l’accueil était tellement sympathique bravo!

La musique est extrêmement forte. Difficulté à s’entendre parler, à se concentrer pour étudier; ça donne mal à la tête.
Suite à ma demande, le personnel diminue le son pour quelques minutes puis le remet aussi fort.

They had the perfect staff lots of customers and they got it done very organized and for me starbucks is the best

The staff plays hard rock music so loud that it’s impossible to place an order.
When I asked if they coul lower the music or change it the staff did not respond.

This is our go to Starbucks! Staff is great always friendly always helpful. My son loves going there for the staff and says I'm spoiled here. The drinks are always great. They get busy so if you're in a rush move along. Definitely one of the best Starbucks around.

Best branch! Courteous, friendly, quick accomodating service. Good quality - for instance pink drink strawberries are good (unlike starbucks on st martin ouest in laval which serves rotten strawberries, gross!).

Du bon café de qualité.
Parfois il faut attendre dans la ligne à cause de la popularité de leurs café. Quelque chose à améliorer pour accélérer le service pendant les heures de pointe. Bravo

J'aime leurs café et le personnel sont très gentils et serviable n'importe quoi que l'on demande ils nous servent avec plaisir.

Staff is very friendly and I like that it’s right next door to the Indigo but don’t come here if you’re planning on studying, the music is way too loud (very loud pop music). I ended up leaving because it was too loud and could not concentrate. You’re better off just grabbing your drink and heading to a library or some place else.

There was 2 people working on a saturday evening for 23 people. I LITTERALLY counted the number of people. It toke 50 minutes for me to get my drink. I patienty waited for the poor guy, he was trying his best. It’s just a shame that they only had one guy making drinks all by himself for 23 people.

Best Starbucks in the area! Avoid the one in Blvd Saint Martin sucks! If they could give you just water and ice they would.

My absolute FAVOURITE Starbucks in Laval. The staff is fast, efficient and the drinks are always on point in terms of flavour and dosage!

They don't screw up your drinks and also they do not apply the new politic about no ice and things like that

Your typical "hole in the wall" Starbucks. Staff is friendly and quick. Usually a 10+ minute wait.

Super service from Diana! She recomended me to add brown sugar syrup to my iced Chai Latte! It tastes amazing! Best barista/employee I was served by from this Starbucks!

Les employés sont tellement sympathiques et s’assurent que notre expérience soit à la hauteur. L’employée qui m’a servie la dernière fois, Karen si je ne me trompe pas, nous a suggéré une boisson et c’était très bon! Ils sont toujours amicaux et le service est très efficace. Le magasin est propre et bien entretenu. Je recommande ce Starbucks:)

Je suis allée à ce starbucks une journée sombre et en pleine quarantaine, mais les baristas qui était là (2 jeunes femmes) m’ont remis un sourire au visage. Je ne m’étais pas décidé sur un breuvage et j’ai demandé leurs suggestions et les baristas m’ont bien guidée. Ambiance très chaleureuse et une équipe formidable. Je ne suis jamais déçue lorsque je visite ce starbucks. Merci pour votre beau travail:)

Well organized and quick friendly service. Exactly what is expected from a Starbucks. You have great staff at this location. You should send some of them to place 440 Laval location, cause they need alot of help. See my reviews for that location.

Pour avoir été à plusieurs Starbucks au Canada et USA, j'aime bien cet endroit. Malgré que l'espace est plus petit en comparaison aux autres Starbucks, ce lieu est propre. Les employées sont très humains, sympathiques, à l'écoute et travaillent très bien. Mes journées commencent toujours sur une note positif quand je me rend à ce Starbucks.

Le service n’était pas très rapide, les employés se sont mélangés dans ma commande, on m’a chargé plus et j’ai pas reçu le bon format de breuvage.

They jacked up the price of the coffee from 2.45-2.70$, what a rip. Most of the time there coffee ain't good, tastes like day old brew. I'll stick with Second cup

Les employés de ce Starbucks sont toujours attentionnés, sympathiques et gentils. Je n'ai jamais eu de problème avec ma commande. Malgré l'absence d'un service au volant, j'aime mieux attendre à l'intérieur pour bénéficier du service des employés que d'attendre dans mon véhicule!

Waaaaaaayy over priced.only good thing is service was a tiny bit faster this time. 7: 12 minutes vs 7.34 for a simple coffee (burnt) and a piece of dried cake-ish thing.

Il manquait des chaises pour s'asseoir et j'ai vu qu'il y en avait une de libre mais avec la sacoche et le sac de la dame. Je lui ai poliment demandé la chaise et elle m'a répondu que c'était la sienne. Une demi heure plus tard la chaise était toujours occupée avec sa sacoche et son sac. Ma question est la suivante: est-ce qu'une chaise est pour asseoir une personne ou pour mettre ses sacs? Naturellement les gens qui travaillent là ne surveillent pas.ils servent que des breuvages. Ou est le service à la clientèle? J'étais très faché de cette expérience!

Busy place across from the Bell center. Only one person to take orders. Service slow. I left without ordering. People going home from work, maybe more staff needed.

Le café est toujours parfait, le personnel sympathique. Mais pour ce qui est du nombre de place assise manquant, je vais maintenant ailleurs. C'est bien dommage car je sais que vous offrez la meilleure expérience café. Quand je suis en pause café, j'aimerai bien pouvoir prendre une vraie pause et m’asseoir un peu! Si ça avait été un Starbucks avec un service au volant ça aurait pu justifier que l'endroit soit petit. Mais comme ce n'est pas le cas et que le principal service est axé sur un comptoir intérieur pour consommer sur place, il devrait y avoir de la place assigné pour ça justement!

Nice coffee, but very small coffee shop with limited seats. But if you take it to the library next door then that's not a bother

They had the air conditioning to high. It was 11°c outside. The service was slow and the tables were not very clean. But it was not the staff's fault, I guess it was because there were only 2 people at the counter and a lot of clients! Anyway the coffee was excelent!

Amazing place to grab a coffee and study! Not to busy and service was great & very quick.

I’m not the kind to leave bad reviews but the store could be a bit more welcoming. Store is a total mess and barista takes their sweet time making only one drink at a time.

If i could rate my experience a 0 stars, I would. I go to Starbucks often, but this time it was terrible. I ordered a pink drink, and asked for it with light ice. I ordered a small, and it costed a little over 5$, which is quite expensive for a small drink. The barista was rude and after i ordered, she just talked with the other barista and forgot about my order. She took a while to make my drink, and when i got it, it was FULL of ice, even when it said light ice on the label. It was the most ice I’ve ever had in a Starbucks drink, even when i don’t order it with light ice. The drink was good, but by the time i walked out (30 seconds after i got the drink), It was done. I am very disappointed because of how much this cup of ice costed, and i don’t recommend going to this location.

Bon service rapide malgré un achalandage important. Mon venti latté écrémé était très bon comme toujours!

Unfortunately, they didn't have the Kenya coffee I love for their special Clover brew, then I was given the wrong size coffee, and worse, my coffee was watered down. I usually have a better experience at this location.

Over-expensive, slow service. You basically go to starbucks because you have no other options. 8 bucks for a yogourt and a juice? No thanks.

Unfortunately this location is very small. Don’t expect to find a free spot to sit. It’s very annoying.

The menu is not appealing at all. Very little room. Had less than 10 tables inside. Staff was ok

Lots of people, so the waiting time in line to purchase your drink is long. The sevice is amazing! They are always happy to see you and at the end you have your drink, so for me its no big deal because the experience is friendly.

Nice Starbucks. Always very busy, but they manage to have a reasonable wait time, most of the time.

Starbucks is always great to visit, especially during the Christmas season when they offer their Christmas specialty coffees. The problem with the 900 Corbusier location is that the seating is limited. Maybe a renovation/expansion is in order. Otherwise, 2 thumbs up!

Drinks aren't bad, always get my orders right. The location is a bit small which sucks once the Indigo is closed but when it's open, you've got a nice, quiet place to drink and read.
