One of the best places in Montreal to get coffee, a bit expensive but they make the best frappuccinos! I go here almost everyday

Very nice and cozy place at 751 of the central avenue. Mont-Royal, this is a Commercial Avenue where you will find many offers and news and you can accompany them with a good coffee

Endroit sympa mais très peu spacieux! J'ai du attendre une bonne quinzaine de minute pour qu'une place se libere.par contre bon debit de wifi! J'ai réussi à travailler sans soucis!

My recent experience at the coffee shop with Barista Abi left much to be desired. Despite clearly communicating my allergy to milk, Abi insisted that my drink was made with oat milk. I had witnessed the preparation and knew otherwise, as this issue had occurred at another Starbucks before which taught me to be more vigilant. The argumentative stance was both frustrating and insulting. Abi's lack of belief in a customer's allergy is concerning and reflects poorly on the establishment, especially for the premium we pay as consumers.

Starbucks is always such a disappointment for me. I do not drink coffee so I do not often go to one, but when a friend wants a coffee I sometimes join them for a hot chocolate. The hot chocolate was fine, definitely not worth the price, but it was ok. I did ask for a mug as I was drinking it there, but they do not have that option, so you must use a throw away cup. They also do not encourage their patrons to bring their own mugs to avoid the waste. As a leader in the industry Starbucks could do a lot of good, but instead they do nothing, thus I prefer to go to local shops that care about the community and planet.

Difficile d’être plus mal aimable en ce beau dimanche de Pâques avec ces 3 employees… en revanche on connait toute leur vie personnelle…discutez un peu moi et servez les clients ;-)

Terrible experience, super rude staff, they made my drink wrong and didn't want to correct it, incredible to me that this happens in a Starbucks, they told me to do whatever I want and they wouldn't make me the drink again.

Super bad service, I asked for a drink and they gave me another recipe, when I asked for the real, they said, no it’s the same, I showed them pictures of what I want, and they said, no, there’s nothing that we can do. My Gosh! Terrible service

Ils ne prennent même plus la peine d’annoncer les commandes prêtes, d’une lenteur incroyable, certains employés semblent tellement blazer, comme si ça rendait légitime de mal faire sa job

Ma note générale a changé pour 6/10 et c’est uniquement pour leur personnel qui est très sympathique. La qualité de leurs cafés lattés a malheureusement drastiquement diminuée… Ils goûtent davantage le lait plutôt que le vrai goût de l’expresso, qui est très dissimulé.

Allow me to regale you with my recent jaunt to a certain Starbucks establishment. Unfortunately, my experience was not quite up to snuff.

As I sauntered into the shop, I was pleased to note the lack of a thronging crowd, and therefore anticipated a speedy coffee acquisition. Alas, this was not to be. I waited for a full twenty minutes for a simple americano, much to my chagrin.

I cannot help but remark upon the youth of the employees who were tasked with my order. While I have nothing against youthful exuberance in general, it did seem that their lack of experience showed in their less than professional demeanor. It appeared that they were not quite focused on their work and this ultimately led to a less than satisfactory experience for yours truly.

After much consternation, I ultimately decided to request a refund and depart to the welcoming embrace of a much more professional establishment - the esteemed Première Moisson.

In conclusion, dear reader, I must say that while I appreciate the youthful vigor of the staff at Starbucks, it seems that more training and experience are needed to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience for all patrons. Until then, I shall be enjoying my coffee elsewhere.

Bon latte (pour le prix vaudrait mieux), mais alors sandwich, rien dedans pour 10$, un vrai vol!
Comme j’aime bien le dire, allez dans des petites places bien locales, c’est nettement plus plaisant!
