Starbucks

I’m not entirely sure what’s been happening, but there has been a new team and the old employees are no longer there. It’s been at least a year since I’ve noticed that the drinks are not consistently the same. My blonde flat white does not taste like one. Let alone that Starbucks has its reputation but unfortunately, the drinks at this location is a complete disappointment. And this makes me sad because I absolutely love the team and the effort in their customer service.

Been to this branch 3 times in the last month and Ordered through the Starbucks app. The last year we have been drinking coldbrews with the Pistachio or Macadamian foam.we have been to a handful of different Starbucks in the west and the whole island of montreal. This is the one location who keeps messing up our drinks. First they added peppermint syrup, and the 2 other times it was if we were drinking a glass of milk. And the barista claims that this is how the drink is made, while we have ordered this same drink hundreds of times. Terrible customer service, they did not offer to remake the drink and tried to gaslight us by twlling us that we were wrong.

Waste of money and time.

We basically got a 7$ version of a 1$ mcdonalds ice coffee.

Husband ordered a non fat latte - tasted like water and for some reason staff added splenda.he went back and staff eye -rolled. The 2nd one was cold and worse. We are long time Starbuck fans but the service and product severely lacking.

Dropped in to pick up a coffee, got back to my car, and the coffee was luke warm, not even hot. I guess theres a First time for everything?

The staff are always super friendly and full of smiles. I think that’s key especially in the morning when you just want to be greeted with kindness and not with a grouchy attitude. They give such good vibes and energy to their customers.

I gave a negative review 3 years ago because of multiple negative experiences back then. Something has changed in the way they do a business, service improved greatly and I have no complains about a service at this place anymore.

Staff are super nice, especially Helen! Drinks are consistently well made.
One request: Add more space to sit!

My God, a child took my order, it was just a hot Moka no whip cream, the child was unable to take the order, asked me to speak in english (i was already and kept it simple) 3 words, Hot Moka no whip.gave the order 3 times, after that just got out of the drive thru, went to Kirkland, the best in town!

The coffee at Starbucks is complete garbage. It tastes like water that has been sitting out for days. The staff is also incredibly unprofessional and doesn't know how to make a decent cup of coffee. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
