Doesn’t even deserve one star very rude and don’t care it’s sad they tell the whole city to call at 7am to make a appointment but all their lines are busy cause who cares why even be open to the public if you don’t want to be on top of that if u have multiple issues they’ll only focus on one a day basically they just act like no one’s ever loved them before sucks to see my country fail

Used 2 phones; after 30 minutes of call back later, I finally got through only to wait 2 hours 4 minutes and 25 seconds. Once the receptionist said "hello" and I said "hi" she hung up

I called five days in a row at 7am only to be told by 7: 05am that there’s no room. I’m always told they’re missing doctors. I call again a week later and they’re still missing doctors. When you’re on hold, the phone lines randomly cut and you loose your spot in the wait list. What happened to actual walk-in clinics? Receptionists are nice but the service is unreachable. Those who manage to get an appointment should buy a lotto ticket.

Let me say, I have been coming here for the past 15 to 20 years. Staff is great. Wait time is acceptable. Thank God for this place. Hope places like this stay open forever.

The receptionist “Réseau Statcare” who cancelled my appointment April 19 at 12: 35PM (per my request) needs to spare us the lectures about calling around to other clinics. Lady, we are all doing our best in this broken system and when we’re sick we certainly don’t need to be condescended to

I would give 0 stars if i could. Absolutely awful. Been on hold since the lines open and after 30 minutes of waiting i get told we are full for the day try again tomorrow? THIS IS WHY EMERGENCY ROOMS ARE OVERFULL WITH NON URGENT CASES! WHAT AM I SUPPOSE TO DO EXACTLY? !?
i cant book a doctors appointment. I cant book a walk in appointment. I am sick and need antibiotics. What other options do i have? Make our medical system make sense. Absolutely ridiculous with staff that doesn’t care. Disgusted.

GP services are really bad in Canada. Its been 4 days that I start calling clinic from 6.59 and it doesn't even get transferred to reception and just a prerecorded message all lines are busy. You will get through only after 9.30 and then they will say call back again next morning.same story again. Very frustrating and it seems a joke getting medical attention. The only choice is go to the emergency and wait 12hrs.

“Walk in“ clinic where you MUST make an appointment, can only call at 7am to make that appointment, you call any later they say they don't take appointments until tomorrow, and only make appointments for the day of, makes perfect sense to me?

They are the worse. Avoid at all cost. You book an appointment and they don’t respect it. They let walk-in and people with later appointments come in before you. The nurse have no compassion and are very rude. I wish I could put 0 stars

Calling from last three days at 7am, all lines are busy. Seems like I am living in some where in Africa. If I call later in a day receptionist says call 7 am in the morning and when you call 7 am all lines are busy. What happened to health system of this country.

Today 23/1/23 I was given appointment to this joint (can't call this place a clinic) my appointment for 5pm. They're keeping me outside waiting room with no visible covid symptoms! Time is 6: 20pm. I'm waiting since 4: 50pm. Don't go to this place.

They used to be great (back in the day). Don’t bother calling to make an appointment.it’s a long wait and you’ll only end up being told to try again the following day because they are fully booked. I did this for a week straight.same answer all the time.

Hard to get appointment here, three days calling from 7am, finally get answer after 40 min waiting and no appointments available. Not enough doctors on shift, as they say.

She is very rude and discrimination to disability. I show her that I am deaf and she still talk with wear the mask. I show her my cell note and said Write down a piece of paper 3 times and she still talking. I told her again write down 4th times. She is no respect what I said. She is very rude. The worst clinic I’ve ever had the displeasure being at. A walk in clinic that refuses walk-in’s. You have to call 200 times at the moment they open just to get through, you wait on hold for 30 mins, only to be told but an unruly and sour receptionist that they have no space and good luck for your pain. Even when you do get through and have an appointment, they keep you waiting for over an hour in the waiting room just to be seen. All to be told maybe you should try the emergency room and they can’t help you, when the emergency room staff sent them to you! Horrible staff, disorganized mess and unsympathetic doctors make up this « clinic ». Gave them 1 star only because they have ample parking… which you have to pay for.

Called exactly at 7am just to be on hold for 53min. Finally I get an answer of course saying " their all full for the day" and got a spot the next day. Absolutely HORRABLE service

What a waste of time! I got on the phone at exactly 7 AM and was finally answered at 8: 10 in the morning telling me there was no space. I cannot believe that an hour and 10 minutes goes by hoping to get an appointment and then I’m told that. They should be ashamed of themselves for false advertising appointments on the same day if you start calling at seven.

Although it’s a headache waiting on the phone at 7AM to get an appointment, it’s worth the time! Professional and kind medical professionals.

I started calling before 7 AM, the call was not answered - closed. Exactly at 7 AM they put my call on hold, after 51 minutes of waiting they answered me that there were no more places for today and if I want to, they can sign up me for tomorrow! At 12: 10PM. How so? Do they say call from 7 AM to get an appointment for the same day and at the same time offer the next day? Naturally, you can never get an appointment for the same day if already at 7: 50AM they offer an appointment for the next day.

5 days of calling finally got me an appointment for 8: 10 am the following day.only to go there and be told to wait, and wait, and wait for later walk-ins who got priority and where they had one lonely doctor floating around. After 2.5 hours, I had to leave.
This clinic is so disorganized and absurd! Let's go back to the way things were done during quarantine.some issues can be handled over the phone. I wasted days on this and still no resolution, when just one call back from a doctor would have sufficed.

What a joke. It says everywhere no appointment needed, then you arrive, they tell you there is no room, but the place is empty and that you need to call to get an appointment. They give you a card with the phone number (see the picture) where it clearly states no appointment needed. Services like this should be banned from operating

52 minutes on hold to get an appointment. Why is there no CLSC in the West Island. We are lacking medical care in this area. This clinic should not be so short staffed and overburdened. The care is good IF you can get in.

They take hours to answer the phone it’s been two days that I call and they said to call tomorrow at 7am you call at 7 and guess what? No one answer the phone until 8: 20 am finally they answer and again they said that they are bussy to calm tomorrow at 7 and hang up the phone on you! See my calls every time I try they cut the line.

Literally called them the minute they opened, waited an hour on hold only to get told they were already full for the day. Told me to call again tomorrow. “Better luck next time”

Good reviews for clinics are rare because people don't think about leaving a review when satisfied. In the middle of the pandemic, with no family doctor, the clinic gave me an apointment and the doctor was as good a doctor as i've ever met. I really can't complain about the waiting time seeing that other clinics simply wouldnt have. If its walk in expect to wait thats what youll do in all of quebec's medical instutions.

Staff wasn't very helpful. Place was completely empty (near closing time/not a single patient in sight). Girl (front desk) claimed there wasn't enough time to see the doctor.yet she offered to wait to see the doctor I accepted and then she simply refused and said come back tomorrow morning. Very unprofessional.

My family and I have been coming here for years. A great alternative to waiting in the emergency room at hospitals. Reception staff is super friendly and professional. Doctors and nurses have always been super helpful and attentive. Call as early as possible (7 am) to get a spot.

I was very happy to visit this clinic.all the staff, receptionists, nurses and doctors are very polite and humble. It was easy to get an appointment, though there was waiting but its the same thing everywhere. I recommend this place

Went there, was told to call. Called at exactly 7am when they open, waited on hold for an hour to be hung up on. So they won’t let you walk in to a walk in clinic AND YOU CANT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. So they’re being paid by my tax dollars to be rude essentially. Awesome

Stats care is the best walkin centre for emergencies. Very clean, professionally staffed, and a great setup inside in terms of system. You can also book an appointment and send alerts on your phone when your place in queue will be reached soon.

Woke up at 6: 00 in the morning, called exactly at 7. A. M as the receptionist told me the day before and was put on hold for 50minutes, then when she finally picked up, she said hello and hung up this is by far the worst clinic I have ever seen in my whole life. I really hope this clinic gets removed from the W. I

After 10 calls and an extra wait time of 35 minutes she picked up again just to hang up the phone yet again.this clinic needs to get canceled this is unbelievable. I bet Africa has a better health care system than Canada/Quebec

I didn't have a medical card with me but I really needed an appointment. This was a few months back. The clerk informed me that I could not get an appointment until I paid in advance for my appointment. I showed up the next morning ready to pay by card for my non-existing appointment. The stressed out nurse told me I could only pay by cash. I explained to her that I came out of my way to pay and no one during my last call had told me they now had a cash only process. The nurse could care less. I showed up the following day with the cash in hand and the same rude nurse told me that I arrived too late and she could only accept payments first thing in the morning. I asked her to give me a specific time this time and she said around 6: 30am, at which point I gave up on seeing a doctor and simply waited until I got my medical card in hand.

Even so, it's nearly impossible to get an appointment at the clinic these days. When I call at 8am, the nurse/clerk tells me that they're full for the day and I should be calling in by 7am. I call at 7am only to be put on hold for 20mins or to be hung up on while patiently waiting on hold. You have to be incredibly persistent to manage to acquire an appointment in the end.

Well, I finally managed to get someone on the phone this morning only to be unapologetically told that the doctors are at a conference today and tomorrow so to "keep calling back" for an appointment.

Don't even get me started on their parking lot. If you have any issues getting in or out of the lot because the gate barrier's not working, the same rude staff will tell you it's not their problem. The clinic is very poorly run.

Tried 2 days in a row to book an appointment. Phone just keeps ringing and no one picks up. As the only walk-in clinic on the west island, this is unacceptable.

Multiples tentatives: soit la ligne est tout de suite raccrochée, soit très longue attente avec le sempiternel message d'accompagnement "votre appel est une priorité. " puis la ligne est raccrochée. Absolutely terrible. Wife was told to come in after a positive pregnancy test. We went in for the appointment and were told that only my wife could go in to see the doctor. We argued and were finally told that I could accompany her. After waiting for almost 2 hrs after her appointment time, we were let in to see a doctor that had absolutely no idea why we were there. Once we explained the situation to her she left us waiting for another 15 minutes and came back with a referral for a gynecologist. 2 hours and 15 minutes for a piece of paper and the doctor never even checked her

Super rude receptionist, my mother called for myself as I was trying to reach a few places as well. She makes a statement like why isn't he calling as if I wasn't trying on other clinics. Then has very little patience when it comes to me answering questions. I have never been treated so rudely, and honestly do not think she should be a receptionist.

I waited more than 30 minutes to just talk to a receptionnist. Very very disappointed by their service. After 30 minutes, when finally somebody replied, she was just not listening to me. Very bad service.

I don’t get some of the bad reviews on this page. I’ve been going to this clinic for years and always had great experiences: reception, doctors and nurses were great and continue to provide an impeccable service. Remember, it’s a walk-in clinic. Expect to wait. Be patient. It’s still is way better than going to the hospital.

Had a consultation may 8th, doctor told me to send in by email any forms I needed to sign, I sent in the email that same day so i can pick up my forms the next day, Called today may 11th, Receptionist Told me I had to make another appointment to have any forms signed. Receptionist was rude, condescending and snarky. Doctors are thorough, Seems like Receptionists don't want to get up and tell the doctor to sign a form for 30 seconds, Unbeliveable!

My son couldn’t walking because of a wart on the bottom of his feet, so I tried to take him to nearby Statecare clinic when I called They said “call tomorrow at 7 am to schedule an appointment”,
the next day I started calling at 7am until 8: 20 and in every call they cancel the call when I chose zero for receptionist, when I called after 10am and waited for receptionist she refused to schedule an appointment and replied “ call tomorrow at 7 am” even I told her my son pain and what happened with me but she never tried to understand or listen,
My previous experience with this clinic was good staff and excellent medical team.

I visited this clinic several times, the last one being about 4years ago during summer. Worst clinic ever. The waiting time was horrible, like everywhere else and I didn't mind waiting. The issue was that I went in with symptoms of pneumonia: coughing my chest out, thick greenish sputum, chills, SOB that I could not even lie down flat. The doctor I saw said it was sinusitis and wanted me to leave with a prescription of nasal rinse.no xray no sputum test and thus no antibiotics.please do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

The 3 stars goes to the doctors who are excellent and very compassionate. In all of my consultations, they took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I received all the proper care needed.

I don't understand some reviews. This place is great. Took me in quickly, treated my very infected cyst and off i went. 100% recommend!

Very bad Rude receptionist, she puts on hold 50 minutes, and when she came back she says the is no room today call tomorrow. Every time I call for an appointment the put me on hold a minimum I had 20 minutes. This clinic should be closed or they replace the staff.

Just called Statcare. NOTE: There are NO WALK-INS at the moment! The receptionist took all my info for a teleconference with the doctor (same day). Receptionist was very nice and polite. I waited a bit on hold at first (tops 5 minutes)

Not an "emergency walk-in clinic, " despite the name. They won't see you if you show up - you have to call and make an appointment ahead of time. There were no slots available anyway for the next 2 days.

They refused to see my husband who works in an emergency in a hospital. I said he has no symptoms and will wear a mask and sanitize his hands. They said absolutely not, he cannot come to statcare! Nice way to treat a frontline worker!

First time to attempt getting an appointment here. The receptionist is absolutely rude and of no help whatsoever. I called for information on how to get an appointment and she kept telling me to get a pharmacy phone number even when I understood it from the first time but only asked why and how I should procure one after. She interrupted me mid question to tell me to call back when I have one without listening to me. I understand it might be frustrating and difficult due to the situation we live in at the moment, however if you answer the phone please be of more help and less condescending than just repeating to me the same thing without listening.

My 2.5 yo was not seen bc we showed up 1 hr before closing time? Ppl who turn children away for such reasons shouldn’t be working in healthcare!

My appointment is at 7 am and I got here at 6: 30am. Nurse never showed up for the appointment on Time!

The clinic was appalling. The facility did not seem clean or hygienic. I lived in Toronto for many years and I've used city walk-in clinics and I never experienced anything resembling this. I'm sure the nurses and doctor's are flooded with patients and they are more than likely overworked. As for the other reviewers saying the staff was friendly, unfortunately that is not what I experienced. They weren't necessarily rude, but abrupt and uncaring. Dealing with health and well-being should not be treated as a cattle call.

Many people they are checked by the physician just after giving their information to the nurse instead waiting their turn. Something wrong. I've been since 8 am and now is 4pm and still 3 before me. The number of patient called is the same since over an hour.

Zero or minus 10 stars if I could rate this properly. I did not have a family doctor when I attended this clinic for a CNESST injury. Waiting was often an 8 hour ordeal, from Oct to Jan2018, including flu season, where mask-wearing was not enforced by oblivious staff. The one redeeming feature is that you can leave after triage if you pay for the alert system to your cell phone that your number will be up soon, and come back (an 8 hour wait) later. In one case it took me 3 visits not to be turned away due to load of patients waiting. Ultimately the dr I saw did not fill out CNESST forms correctly, and signed a release to my work BEHIND MY BACK that I was READY to go back to work, dated on a day I was never at the clinic. I was still in treatment, needing treatment, according to physiotherapy professionals. DO NOT TRUST THIS CLINIC IF YOU'VE HAD A WORK ACCIDENT. Find a dr who handles CNESST patients that you can trust. Renew your prescriptions here, beyond that, don't bother trusting your well-being to disinterested individuals.

Very long wait it was an average of one patient every 45 minutes.got there at 10: 00am left at 5: 15pm
called back the next morning for information concerning the medication that was prescribed to me And the only thing the nurse was able to tell me was that I had to go back lousy service don’t recommend it to anybody and I won’t be going back

Registered at 12: 30, went home without seeing a doctor at 8pm.
Numbering system got stuck at 71 - I was 82.
Been waiting for a family doctor for over two years - will have to wait at least two more according to RAMQ.
I'm sure Mozambique has better access to doctors than Canada or Quebec has.

Very thankful for Statcare. It's usually a long wait but considering the workload they are faced with every day they are great.

My easiest walk-in clinic experience yet! They have a service ($4) that will call you when there are 10,7, and 5 patients left in front of you so that you can LEAVE and come back later! Just don't forget to validate your parking when you do this ;)

Good friendly service and although there are long waits, you can register to be called when it's near your turn. Better than expected.
