Stationnement Indigo Montréal M150 - Cité Internationale

Je me suis Stationné à cette endroit il y a plus de 2 mois. La machine m'avait charger 2x pour le stationnement. Ils m'ont dit qu'il me rembouserait et J ATTEND TOUJOURS le remboursement. Faite attention lorsque vous payer à la borne!

Je suis resté prise au dessus d'une heure dans le stationnement et personne n'était à la guérite ni rejoingnable par la ligne d'urgence.

Il a fallu que je contacte la compagnie qui fait la maintenance sur la guérite, afin qu'il me conseille de suivre une voiture de très prêt afin de que la guérite ne se referme pas pour que je puisse sortir.

People say that you can't get in after hours. That's not true, there is an intercom on the right side of the locked doors in the "metro entrance". I paid with the app, so didn't have a ticket to unlock the doors. When I pressed the intercom, someone immediately answered, confirmed my details and then let me in. Inconvenient, but it only takes 2 minutes.

Good place for parking. For those who have issues accessing parking, head to Victoria Square Underground metro, follow directions to Cité Internationale parking. Make sure you have ticket with you to unlock the gate. You could also use assistance to buzz you inside.

Had my car broken into. No one around to help. No security. There's cameras, but they apparently are only on the entrances. And apparently some homeless person has been living in the garage.

We could not find the entrance after parking late at night and call the attendant at the vehicle entrance to open the door, she refused and gave us WRONG direction 3 times in freezing temperature. Terrible expérience
