Je suis arrivé de France pour passer une semaine à Montréal afin de préparer mon installation future. Mon dossier était assez complexe du fait du timing serré, de mon statut de Français sans permis de travail à date (le process était en cours) et de la rareté du bien que je recherchais.
Steven m'a permis de trouver une maison en moins de 48h! Premier contact en matinée. Nous échangeons pendant 20 minutes. Steven comprends parfaitement ma recherche. Je reçois l'après-midi 6 propositions de maison qui correspondent bien à ma recherche. Le lendemain matin nous en visitons 3. J'en sélectionne une l'après-midi et le lendemain j'ai l'accord des propriétaires.
Steven m'a tenu informé de toutes les démarches et m'a apporté toutes les précisions nécessaires. Il m'a également contacté a posteriori pour savoir si tout se passait bien. Je me suis senti vraiment très bien accompagné.
Je recommande vivement Steven et il ne fait nul doute que je le solliciterai pour ma prochaine transaction!
